Broth is very rich and tasty and customer service was very good as well they were really nice and friendly.

Food servings are small (shrink inflation) and it's expensive. It is good, but you're still hungry.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 2/5 The food is always good. They have some pho is delicious and their fried rice is a sleeper favorite. Service is top notch! You can tell the folks who own and work there care about their customers. Ambiance: It is clean and comfortable but there is not really an ambiance to speak of. I would say though that it doesn't matter at all. The food and service make up for any lack of ambiance. read more

If you like Pho, this is the place to go! They also have great curry and the best crab Rangoon I've ever had. The service is always excellent, even when they're busy (and they usually are). Food arrives quickly. If you're looking for romantic ambiance, this is not the spot for you, but other than that, take everyone you love to Pho Cao! read more

Come for the Pho, stay for curry, banh mi, and fried dumplings! Excellent food, great service, quiet and comfortable little restaurant :) Can't wait to come back! The only thing I would suggest is that they let the potatoes in the curry cook a little bit longer. read more

We all preferred the Chicken Pho. Had a bit more spice to the broth. The pork fried rice wasnt that impressive... the pork was overcooked. For Gluten Free, there were plenty of options. If I go back, I'd like to try the curry and the lemongrass chicken. Pho Real in Breckenridge still the best Pho I've had, and everything will be judged based on that. read more

Always good, always fresh. The steak pho is my favorite. The spring rolls don't miss either! Perfect for this time of year. Will be back soon. read more

I can't even tell you how wonderful this place is. I'm from out of town and was holed up in my hotel room sick with a cold, after sadly attending the funeral of a family member. I was looking for something to help me feel better and when I called in, an angel picked up the phone. I'm sad I didn't catch her name, but she knows who she is! She gave me an awesome recommendation and helped me get exactly what I wanted. My brother went to pick it up and he said it was super easy to do, and he's deaf. The broth was amazing, and I've tried A LOT of Pho. The meat was delish, noodles soft, and it was exactly what I needed. And most of all, the service was out of this world!!! And then there was a super sweet note that lifted my heart, and really did make me feel better. Highly recommend read more

The team is awesome!! The food is delicious!!! Great hospitality and professionalism. A must to visit.

Good food and the staff is always friendly! We eat here about once a week. Love them here :)

Pho was really good and the service was amazing. Didn't get her name but she was on top of everything. Attentive, accommodating and great attitude. Bonus points considering it was a busy night and I was by myself. A lot of times when you dine alone or if it's a busy night you might not get the attention you would hope for. But she delivered. And she says "pop" instead of soda so even more bonus points. I travel a lot for work and it's the first time outside Michigan I've heard another person say that. Glad I stopped by and next time I'm in Wichita I'll make sure to come again read more

Best pho in Wichita. Also have delicious fried rice and spring rolls. Friendly and fast service

Going into the restaurant I wasn't a huge fan of pho but that all changed. The noodles were nicely cooked and the soup was nice. The chicken fried rice is absolutely underrated, truly recommend. read more

The friendliest staff I've met. I'm loving the authenticity and unique layout. Would definitely come back again!

Good food that tastes homemade and always good friendly service. We've been a few times and this one of the places everyone likes.

Great place, exceptional service, the bowls for pho are adorable. I'd give this place a 7/10 as far as the best pho in town. It's up there, but not my 100% favorite, However, you probably will not be disappointed if you're looking for a bowl of pho. The serving sizes are pretty small, in my personal opinion. read more

Service was amazing as usual and the Pho with all the sauces and extras was delicious. Price was right as well. My favorite pho place to go! read more

Great food and the staff is so friendly! Highly recommend the steak pho and spring rolls.

We've eaten here many times but today they fell WAY short. My wife's Pho hardly had any meat, no bean sprouts; generally small portions. My Banh Mi sandwich was just bun and meat. No veggies. read more

This place is very meh. I might come back here if I am near but I am not excited about the pho here. The broth is boring and flavorless. The veggies are not fresh. They have a tv that was playing some Vietnamese Idol or something. It was singing in language I dont know. So it was pretty useless having a tv facing the bar that I cant enjoy. There was a little girl staring boringly into her cellphone behind the counter too. I am sure family of someone working there. But still.... The place was just medocre overall They did a good job of keeping my cup full. I will give this place another shot in the future but I wont go out of my way to get here. read more

Great staff, great food! The "Bird's Nest" and the pho (especially the chicken!) are absolute standouts. Chill atmosphere- great for both families and solo diners. Has a bar you can sit at, watch the game, have a drink, eat some food, and relax for a while. Large portions, high quality without being pricey. Can't recommend this Wichita gem enough! read more

My girlfriend would go to the old Charng Ann with me cause she had a poor experience many years ago. Once I got her open to going.... they closed and we were so sad but were DELIGHTED to see that a new pho restaurant arrived to the west side. This interior isn't outstanding... yes I'm talking about the carpet. It needs to be replaced with linoleum or hardwood and it would completely change the atmosphere. Plus it is easier to keep clean! The service was outstanding! Came by several times to check on us but was not hovering over us. Food.... omgosh the food.... easily the best pho on the west side! That hurt to say because I am so loyal to Pho Chopstix but it's true. I tried the broth before adding any extra condiments and my goodness.... I think I ate half of it without adding sriracha! I also made many comments that they have a lot more meat than other pho spots! I wanted to subtract for the sketchy carpet, not having butter baguettes available but this spot is now my favorite pho location in proximity to my apartment. I can't wait to see this location evolve! Tip: They have a drive through so call ahead and come pick it up without leaving your car! But for real.... please add buttered bread/baguettes that we can dip in to the broth.... read more

I thought the Pho was well flavoured and the meat was good quality. I would definitely come back.

Their food and service is amazing! I love their pho and spring rolls they are my fav. The servers are super nice and greet and seat you as soon as you walk in. The server remembers my exact order from previous visit. I highly recommend this restaurant on the west side. read more

I'm giving this review one star as the workers were nice and tried to correct the problem but the food was HORRIBLE. The pho was - like another reviewer said - was boring and flavorless. I TOTALLY AGREE. Yes, I tried the broth before adding any condiments and even after the condiments - still bland and flavorless. The vegetable plate with such little bean sprouts and sad looking basil that only had two leaves and looked like it had been picked at already, made me raise an eyebrow. I tried to eat just the protein with sriracha but couldn't. IT WAS BAD. Yes, I've been to many Vietnamese restaurants here in town, good ones and bad ones, and on the West side. Yes, I know what pho should taste like. Yes, I know every region has their own flavors and YES, I KNOW WHEN I'VE HAD BAD PHO. Husband ordered lemon grass chicken. First two things we noticed was how much much liquid there was on the plate. Isn't it supposed to be a stir-fry dish and not a soup? And the portion was tiny. I had a taste of it too and yes, it was BLAND. He ate it though because he was starving. Made my comments to the staff about my bad experience who was nice about it and offered to bring out another soup for me, but I declined the offer. She, and maybe owner, did offer to take care of the bill which we were appreciative of as it would bug me if I had to pay for the meals. First and last time we dine there - And I was SO CRAVING for a bowl of pho that night. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. read more

This place has such good food!!! I'm very picky about my pho, and this place nails it! The broth is very flavorful and the brisket was cooked perfectly. This place, by far is the best pho I have tasted in Wichita. My husband ordered the lemongrass chicken and loved it! The people here are so sweet and really care about their customers. Next time I'm in Wichita I will be sure to stop by once again! read more

In my opinion this is the best phò in town! The service was excellent. I can't wait to go back.

First and last time we're coming here. Overpriced for the amount of food provided. The sandwiches were $4.85 plus tax. The size of the sandwich was small, just as long as my hand! On top of that, no flavor and only one layer of THIN meat. After that, our food was very underwhelming. $9.85 plus $1 for a large Pho Da Biet(lmao to the owner Tae Cao), beef broth was flavorless and thick. Too much MSG? The Large bowl itself is just slightly bigger than the cereal bowl my kids eat in the morning. When we normally pay over $10 for a "large", we're expecting something to at least fill us up. We understand there's a pandemic, but does rising the price and being stingy on the meat help bring back customers? NO! Attached is a photo of our other dish and the amount of meat given.‍ We wanted to give it a 1 star, but it wouldn't been fair to the awesome servers who had great attitudes. Also some of the food did have decent flavor. read more
