My go to when ordering door dash - it's the more inexpensive option and it is a good amount of food for the price. The few times I have ordered inside the service isn't terrible and the place is decently clean. I was a little upset how they keep getting rid of menu items yet the ingredients to make the items are still technically on the menu - just make the broccoli cheddar mac and cheese already! read more

I would give this location zero stars if I could. The order is never put in correctly, even if the cashier confirms it back to you and you confirm it's correct. you will not get what you ordered. Have this one a second chance but it was my last. I recommend going to another location or to Einstein bros down the road. read more

I am from St. Louis, where Panera started as the St. Louis Bread Company, and I was quite a fan of it. Over the years have been there many times, and I once lived within a half a mile of its corporate headquarters. So my wife and I stopped north of Cincinnati to get food, because she likes it. I find it OK. Although I have ceased getting coffee from them, though, because every time I get coffee, it's cold or luke warm. I complain and they said it'll make you some fresh and they brought out a new pot and it was the same. They don't put hot water in the pot before they fill it up with the coffee so the coffee heats up the pot and gets cold. But that doesn't have to do with today's events--we stopped to order and my wife tried to pull up her app, and the app didn't work and then said it needed to be updated, but there was no update available on the iPhone store. Then we thought we'd go ahead and order, but it turned out they didn't have any bread, they had bagels and asiago bread and that was it so anything I ordered had to fit into that. I could get the bacon turkey bravo sandwich because they had the bread for that, but I like to get the French onion soup in my you-pick-two, which they make well, but it comes with a side of baguette, but they didn't have any baguette, and then I said, "could you substitute another bread" and they said oh no, no substitutions. read more

We ordered lunch from this Panera to be delivered. Not only was the soup barely warm but they forgot the ice tea completely. I called Panera and received their standard excuse that I would need to contact DoorDash for a refund. I didn't order from DoorDash. I ordered from this sorry pathetic location. I didn't contract DoorDash. This sorry pathetic location did. Panera your quality is slipping and your customer service just plain sucks. You can rest assured that I am one of the most tolerant people but I expect responsibility from those I do business with. I won't be using Panera for personal or business. If you dont respect me as a customer then I really don't see a need to give you my money. read more

Four friends and I went for breakfast at Panera bread on Tylersville Road in Westchester, Ohio. After receiving a breakfast sandwich, we were told that half sandwiches only are served at breakfast. We had specifically told the order taker that a friend and I were going to split a sandwich and he led us to believe it would be a good size. We paid $16 for two coffees and a half sandwich on a ciabatta roll and it was about as large as the palm of my hand. There was a very thin folded egg, and cheese that had melted so I couldn't find it and two half pieces of bacon. two other people at our table had quiche. The quiche were taken out of a cabinet where they were on display and heated up. My friends took a couple of bites and abandoned them. When I complained the manager had them redo the sandwich so I could actually see the cheese. The whole thing was tasteless. I will never go back there again. The coffee that they had in a large urn on the counter was also cold. That was it for me. Terrible. read more

This Panera location is my favorite one by far. Management is so nice, the food always tastes fresh, and they give good portions. And on top of all of that if it's not enough, it feels really welcoming inside. read more

We are traveling and came through for supper. They had us waiting to order while they played on their phone. The order was incorrect. The first error I found while we were there and they did fix it promptly, we were on the road for the second. It was unimpressive and not up to the normal Panera bread standards. read more

If I could, it would be ZERO star. I've ordered green goddess cob salad online, curve side pickup. When I got back to the office, there was no green goddess dressing in it. I went back to the store, and they told me the dressing was out. If so, it should stated online. I pick out other dressing and start opening my salad, all greens, avocado are brown and bad, requested to take pickled onion but there was. Wasted my time and money. Don't recommend this Panera bread. read more

They were out of the Autumn Squash soup that I ordered on the app. They substituted it with the Broccoli Cheddar soup and said "that's the best we can do". I suggested giving a gift card for the inconvenience, they said they "weren't allowed to do that". How about crediting my soup or throwing in a free cooking? "The best they can do" is equal to poor service and running out of popular items. read more

My husband and I went in for a late lunch/early dinner at 4:30 p.m. on a weekday. A sign was on the door that they were closing early at 8 p.m. due to staffing issues (and there were bunches of signs for interviews and hiring.) Luckily, there were only a few people sitting at the tables and no one in line, with 3 workers behind the counter. Unfortunately, nobody was cleaning any of the mostly dirty, empty tables. My husband ordered a new Asian chicken salad without cilantro and the cashier said, so you want the chicken flatbread? Luckily, he did receive what he ordered, but it was 85 to 90% lettuce. For $13. He still liked the taste of the chicken and Asian dressing, which upped this review to two stars. My stomach wasn't feeling great, so I got a bowl of chicken noodle soup. It came nice and warm and the flavor of the broth was rich and herby. It was a good thing the broth was so tasty as there were 2 noodles, 2 tiny cubes of chicken and maybe 3 small slices of carrots in the bowl. Cost $7. If I had felt better, I would have taken the bowl back to the counter and asked for actual soup instead of broth. I don't know if it's an understaffing issue, that employees aren't trained because of turnover, or each has too many tasks, or if it's Panera itself. It's always seemed like you don't get much food at Panera, but pay a lot for it. read more

Excellent service and food. My order was correct and ready when requested. I picked up at the window. Everything was great.

This place is absolute garbage. If you have 30minutes to spare- go through the drive through. I work right next door to this location so I stop for coffee/sandwich some mornings and time after time something is either wrong with my meal, or it takes FOREVER. I understand everywhere is understaffed. Unfortunately, this location has always been this way. Even pre-covid. I've even had the manager fix my meal or time and he ALSO takes forever. Garbage location. read more

I came here for a quick breakfast before going to the AMC theater for an early movie. The service here was sub par. I waited almost 10 minutes for a latte that I ordered. The staff were unfriendly. The cashier didn't speak to me and seemed over all displeased to be there. Then I was asked to leave a tip? The cinnamon roll that I ate was good. The coffee was okay and way overpriced for what you get. All in all, I'd probably stop by here again for a quick breakfast without ordering coffee. read more

So when I walked in to the location the tablets to place an order were present and clean. Easy to order and complete the transaction. The location was clean and offered a pleasant feel to it. I had an easy request to add some additional dressing to my order and I wasn't sure how to add with the tablet when I was placing the order. I approached the associate behind the counter and asked if more dressing could be made available. Minimal acknowledgment. The associate just walked away when I asked for clarification. That's frustrating. When my order was complete I asked another associate to verify and they did confirm. However, this third associate also wasn't friendly or approachable. Patrons can be annoying but when asking for simple things - engage and be friendly. read more

I like Panera except for their coffee, I got tomato soup and grilled cheese; which was very good. I really enjoy tomato soup and grilled cheese, one of my favorite comfort foods. Customer service here was very good, I was waited on quickly and my food was done promptly. The atmosphere here is good as well. The place is clean and not overly loud at least not on a Friday night. I would and will come back. I also enjoy the bagels here, but didn't have one this day. read more

I'll start by saying I'm not a huge fan of panera - for what they charge I feel you can go get a much nicer meal from a local restaurant and pay about the same price. That being said I think the panera should be highlighted for one reason It has a drive through The drive through line was very efficient, they prepared my U pick two actually quite fast - I was expecting an abridged menu but that's not the case it was actually the full menu. No while it's still panera so I can't give it that high of a recommendation, if you like panera and don't wanna get out of your car this is the place for you read more

I'm going to start by saying that I already had my expectations set: this is a Panera. It's a chain, they do what they do in bulk for a crowd. I came here yesterday for pre-soccer breakfast before 9:00 on a weekday. They were out of a lot of things. It looked like they had 3 kinds of bagels, a few pastries. We tried to order a couple of things but they were out so we went basic. We waited for a while at the counter for someone to come help us though there seemed to be a few people working and almost nobody inside. The food they had was good, the manager stepped in for his apparent trainee, we ate and left. We tried again this morning at 9:00 and the shelves were even more bare. I got a bad vibe from the way the person greeted me, just a touch on the aggressive side. Maybe it was me. "What can I do for YOU?" I asked what they had this morning. "Sorry, just cinnamon bagels." I said thanks and left. This Panera didn't offer their signature range of baked goods in quantity for a crowd. Service ranged from trying to maybe not. I read the reviews in detail after posting mine above and it seems this place is consistent, at least. read more

Disorganized. They were 5 of us from work. Every single order was either wrong or incomplete. By onion soup. Good but had to go back to get a spoon, two people ordered salads. Full salads. Both were served half salads so they were both returned. One of the two with missing ingredients. A Fuji apple salad with no apples on it. The other two also without silverware. They didn't like they were understaffed and while this was at lunch you could see they were backed up. They need to get better organized read more

This place is FILTHY. Let's start with bathrooms. Literally the worst I've ever seen. Walls, tile, grout, toilet inside and out, floors, everything. Every surface was disgusting. Out of soap. I usually love Panera and the atmosphere! However, the shift supervisor took our order and seemed that we were "holding" her up as if she had something else to do. She wasn't very friendly, just gave us the total and sent us on our way. The bathrooms were not very clean but weren't a mess either. It was fairly slow with the snow that was coming down. The walkway to the door was NOT shoveled at all!!! That's a huge negative in my book. read more

Shout out to Jalissa... she absolutely rocks. Her personality, and willingness to go above and beyond is commendable. I am quite the lover of Panera Bread. My "My Panera" card would show I usually stop in at many locations multiple times a month. Unfortunately, at this location, I have had more negative experiences than positive. Most employees are usually quite pleasant at Panera, but at this one, I have experienced being cut off at the drive thru while ordering and the staff being very short at the window (Examples: pulling up and them saying the total without saying hello or anything of the sort; receiving my food with just a "here you go" followed by the window closing). Something a bit more warm would seem appropriate. My largest complaint is the amount of time I've waited at the drive thru. When it's not rush hour, it is not unlikely to wait 10-15 minutes. I've purposely watched the size of the bags given in front of me and they aren't large. This leads me to believe there is a staffing problem. The drive thru should be convenient but almost never is. I also do not prefer their Rapid Pick up station being all the way at the back of the restaurant rather than right at the front like most others. For these reasons, I typically go out of my way to go to another location or skip it altogether. read more
