Been here multiple times and have never had an issue with wrong orders or rude staff. Food is always good and the bakery items are really great. Only knock I'll give Panera is the price, pretty pricey considering the portion size which is not bad but should offer more for the price. read more

I've been here a few times. Always a friendly staff and good service. I love the chicken salad sandwich and their butternut squash soup.

Food is good. Service is average. But there is a pompous atmosphere here. It's a sandwich place, not Spago!

I have been to Panera breads on several occasions enjoying the same entree each time. This trip I decided to try something new. I tried the fuji apple chicken salad it was terrific. The dressing is made from the apples the chicken is tasty and the pecans added a great taste. Try it! read more

I've been here many many times. It's a great place to study and also the staff is incredibly friendly. They messed up my order one time (forgot a smoothie) and when I brought it to their attention they not only hurried up to give me my smoothie but they gave me a refund for it. I was ecstatic when a Panera Bread opened up in Warner Robins. Finally, we get something decent and halfway healthy. There's no way you can screw up a sandwich chain, right? Wrong. In an area reknowned for its terrible service, Panera Bread in Warner Robins is a shining beacon of just how low you can go, if you put your mind to it. I have now given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, and today was the last straw. They have repeatedly screwed up my order, from giving me the wrong sandwich, to giving me someone elses order entirely. To top it all off, the staff is totally incompetent, and would rather huddle around talking than take your order or prepare your food. How do you screw up a bagel? I didn't even know that was possible. Not only fail with a bagel, give me the wrong spread, then give me a dirty look when I call you out on it. This Panera is the reason the Darwin Awards were created. Epic fail. read more

I love panera bread. Glad that one opened up close to my house. Great service when we went in there. Everyone was willing to help in any way that they could. Food was phenomenal. I like it because you can mix and match with the you pick 2 plus you can make up the sandwich any way as well. They also have a bakery where you can buy bread by the loaf and has a WIDE range of breakfast items (Bagels, Scones, etc.) Well worth a stop by. Price maybe a turn off by some (up to $12 per person) they have something for every price range plus you will not get out hungry. read more

Good food terrible customer service! Ordered to go items, left without complete order, and this was after we noticed that we had to pick up soufflé at separate counter than pick up counter. So down the road and the pastry was also not in the bag, we turn around go back and no apology, clueless server, will not go back to this Paneras'. read more

I wish the order counter was better organized. This afternoon it was a cluster! Three counter staff working out of two registers filling each other's orders and ignoring the line of people standing there. Couldn't tell who was next in line. When Denise waited on me, she didn't ask what I wanted, just stood there. I placed my coffee order first and she punched it in and gave me my total. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else. So I told her what else I wanted. Gave me my total again, I paid with my debit card and didn't get a thank you. One of the items I ordered, they had run out of. She offered the other two flavors of scones only. Didn't offer anything to substitute because that would mean more work if there was a cost difference. Had to wait for my coffee. No biggie, but the guy just slid the to go cup on the counter. I had to ask if it was mine since he didn't bother to call out a name. Tasted my coffee in the car - not a hazelnut latte. Sometimes the food is fine but definitely not outstanding. Why won't I eat here after my last visit a few days ago? Well, put another log on the fire and permit me to report. Seriously, I'll try to be brief. In the last 5 months or so, I've visited this Panera location about six times. Out of those six visits, the "sandwich makers" have managed to screw up my order at least THREE times! The first two times, I shared my experience with the lady manager. What a waste of time! She's got a lame attitude and is defensive of her incompetent staff. (Some at the register are fine and try to help.) This week, I didn't even bother to wait for her to appear from somewhere in the back room. Later, I went online to "chat" with a corporate CS rep about my experience. Another waste of time. It seems the "Panera way" is to avoid addressing the problem by offering you a free bakery item. No thanks. I declined. Wendy's down the street looks better and better! (By the way, I suspect a number of favorable reviews for this Panera are written by the manager or staff!) read more

The best broccoli and cheddar soup ever! The bread is so good too. I didn't dare try any of the sweets, but was so tempted. I've always enjoyed my trips to Panera and it's really nice to just sit and relax and check your email when you've been out of the office all morning. We went today and had the sweetest girl behind the register, thank you Ms. Brianna for being so patient with my indecisive husband and thank you Panera for the excellent food and keeping us all connected. read more

I love this place, particularly the coffee and the power salads.

Definitely the remedial location of Panera. They seem to have a hard time getting the orders right. Went there with a large party on Saturday and they left out half my order. When someone in my party asked where my drink was, that reminded me I'd not yet received my cafe mocha, after like 15 minutes. So I go to the pickup counter to ask and the girl looks bewildered. "Oh, did you order one?" I answer: "yes, like 15 minutes ago." They finally call my name again like 15 minutes after THAT. Wow, thanks. Also thought there new shrimp salad menu item tasted awful. I make the mistake of going back for breakfast the next morning. Wasn't hardly a soul in there, but I still have to wait a while for my to go breakfast sandwich. I always order the bacon, egg, and cheese on ciabatta. Same this morning but VOILA, by the time I unwrap my sandwich it is sausage NOT bacon. Lovely. Think they coulda told me they wAnted to change my order once it got to the pickup area. And the sausage was beyond greasy and gross! read more

Food is great. Love the cheese bagel. Service leaves much to be desired. Counter staff wants to argue about the posted price on the menu board, because their computer tells them something else. Next time, listen to what your customer is trying to tell you. An open set of eyes and ears could have avoided a problem for your customer. No worries, Publix and Dunkin Donuts have good bagels and staff is more polite. read more

I really REALLY love panera bread. It seems to be one of the only healthy drive through option in Warner Robins. With that said, I would expect them to take pride in the food they are serving. It seems to be hit or miss with this place. I eat here often since its so close to my house and they have decent salads, and a healthier kids menu than most places. But they get my order right 75% of the time. I've ordered the salmon salad before and got home to notice that they had only lined the bottom of the to go box with a thin layer of salad scraps. I had to cut up a romaine lettuce head I luckily had in my fridge to actually have a salad. I also find they forget to put in ingredients often. One time my Asian sesame chicken salad was missing wonton strips, and one time was missing almonds. Right now I'm eating a frontega sandwich and they forgot to put on any basil, which helps with the overall flavor of this meal. When I dine in my order is always correct. So I really wish I could get the same care in preparing my meal, going through the drive through. Also, every body must try their iced chai tea lattes, they are amazing :) read more

Went to Panera for lunch, food was great, service was on point, was helped with carrying my food to the table, loved it!

The few times I have eaten here I have been less than impressed. Their salads are refrigerated, so don't expect chicken or bacon to be any warmer than freezing. There is always a ton of lettuce and little of the rest. Their sandwiches are small and I have walked out of there hungry after a meal before. I am not a big person, I am often unable to finish a meal at Cheddar's, so I think unless you are on a diet, you should probably skip this place. Finally, the kids' meals don't come with a drink. I had to spend an additional $1.89 for an adult size cup because they don't have kids' drinks (that's what I was told). This meant that I paid almost $7 dollars for a small grilled cheese (made of cheese product) a small pack of yogurt, and a drink. And then I am also expected to pick up my own plate. I will eat at a regular restaurant for that money. read more
