Seating is a problem when you are in a large group. If you go with a large group, expect a long wait on your order. The new pricing is ridiculous for the serving size for the pick any two. It use to be one set price and you can select any two half items, but now the pick any two has two different prices. It's not worth it to do the pick any two. If you are extremely hungry, this is not where you should be feasting at. Another disappointment is that sometimes I order soup and it is not hot. read more

This has been my second time here. Every time the food is delicious, fast, and healthy!! Will definitely come back again!! We sat outside on the patio. The staff was friendly and helpful! read more

So, today my brother, mother, and myself went to Panera to eat sense we always eat here. Today was a little disappointing.. I ordered a large Mac and some chips. My mother order tortellini Alfredo and a roll. And my little brother ordered the same as my mother but, instead of a roll he got a fruit salad. My Mac tasted as though it has been reused and microwaved. My mother's order was cold, and me and my brother feel sick. WE SAW A FRUIT FLY. But, customer service was excellent. This is the worst experience yet at this establishment. read more

Always good customer service! Always good food. I'm a regular customer for sure but I'd be going more often if it was cheaper. Healthy isn't always cheap for that I guess 5 star it is! read more

Stopped for lunch today. French onion soup was excellent. Salad was meh. The iced teas options are good. All in all, a quick, healthy option for lunch! read more

I had the bacon/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich last week and I can only compare it to airplane food. Coach airplane food. Not the edible first class meals. read more

This is a nice location for Panera, right on Vestal Parkway. I've come here many times. I go mainly for the coffee & panini sandwiches; sometimes, a healthy salad/soup combo, or for bagels and pastries. Almost everything here is GREAT. Very few quality-coffees can match or beat a freshly-brewed cup of Panera's Dark Roast! I love their iced green tea. Staff are always warm, helpful & attentive whenever I've gone there. They used to sell a Chocolate Babka dessert that was superb, but the company discontinued it (bad move!). Reliable Wi-Fi. I've been to bigger Paneras, but this place is fine. Parking is convenient, and it has a nice set-up for outdoor sitting in the warmer months. Which is cool for college students/the young crowd. read more

I had chicken noodle soup and Greek salad today. My chicken noodle soup had neither noodles nor chicken. It was basically pure broth. I am a regular Panera Bread customer, and I think Panera needs to do more to standardize services and food across different stores. read more

If the one-eyed man is king in the land of the blind, then Panera Bread is the king of cafes in Binghamton, NY.

Warning to the wise: if you go in here expecting a light lunch, you may be surprised to view the calorie information - you're getting a lot more than you bargained for. One would expect that from the creamy soups in a bread bowl, but even their salads had over 500 calories! Their soups vary daily, and I'm a huge fan of the black bean and Mediterranean sandwich. It's cozy inside, though it can sometimes be too crowded to get a table. If you're tired of chain fast-food restaurants but don't have time for a sit-down meal, however, this is a nice departure. read more

Was staying in a hotel across the street for two nights and this seemed to be the best option. The soup was amazing. The sandwiches and salads were equally as good. Breakfast was piping hot, I asked for avocado on my egg sandwich. I would ask for less bread or a thinner bread. I always got water on tap to save money. There rewards program is also a good bonus!! read more

Same as most paneras I've been to. Recently got a ToGo order, and everything was as ordered and it was ready super fast.

the staff here is very friendly. the food is standard panera food. it's really good, I have yet to have a bad experience at this panera. I usually get the same soup and experiment with the sandwiches. the iced green tea is AMAZING. highly recommend it. even the pickiest of my friends loved it. read more

Panera Bread - a meal I shared with my mom. she loved her meal and I loved mine :) and they by accident gave me two iced green teas- so happy! - Sandwiches Near Me - Vestal, New York

I eat at Panera bread all over the North East and this Panera bread is, by far, one of the best Panera Breads out there. The staff is kind and courteous, the food is prepared perfectly and they have boxes, forks, etc that the customer can take if needed. This is my favorite Panera Bread so far. The Panera bread in Toms River, NJ could take some tips from this location on how to treat customers, or actually, the manager Tom really could use some lessons from this location. Great Job Vestal, NY location. Thank you read more

The staff is pretty friendly and as always Panera food is good. The place is very clean and well maintained. Enough parking on weekdays but weekend can be bit of a problem. Panera and Moes share the parking so sometimes fonding parking can take some time. Location is great, staff ia real friendly and food is obviously good. read more

My husband must have their whole wheat honey bread in order to be happy. I have recently found green smoothies which I really love.

I've always loved Panera, ever since they first opened this restaurant it's been my first choice, but today, their service was exceptional. In the face of the lunch rush, the employees and their management held themselves together, and delivered delicious meals as quickly as they possibly could with how many customers there were. They're rockstars. Thanks for the yummy lunch! read more

Awesome Panera. We've been to a few that were pretty nice. This one is so friendly and clean. Great food, great service, great employees and in a local location. Cant really beat that! read more

Very impressed with the service and food. Management was very friendly. They do a very good job all around here!

I have eaten at a couple of Panera Breads and I usually order the same thing the Greek salad and soup. But this time my salad and really old lettuce that was slimy, really old tomatoes. The salad was gross. My soup was okay. My sandwich was the worst part. The bread had a weird plastic smell to it. I ended up throwing the meal way after complaining. If (big if) I ever go back to Panera bread I will double check my order before I leave the store. Not worth the money that was spent. read more

The food is good, but the thin male manager with the beard is unpleasant and unfriendly.....I have heard same from others.....I think it time the owners address it!! read more

Ive eaten here many times and this is the first time ive had an issue. I got my food to go. When I got home and opened my sandwich I found that the bread was dark and burned. Who honestly wants a burnt sandwich?!! The onions and horseradish were put in one spot! When I got to almost the end of the sandwich I finally tasted the onions and the horseradish but was overpowering since they didnt spread it evenly. The sandwich was a steak and cheese panni from the pick 2 menu. My salad was the Fuji Apple, there were about seven tiny pieces of lettuce and then way too many onions. I shouldnt have to check my food before I leave the building but I may have to after this. read more

Sara was very nice and helpful both at the POS and in the cafe. She was able to order me a chipotle chicken sandwich even though it was not on the menu anymore and she offered to refill another guest's coffee while they were dining in the cafe read more

I go to Panera as often as I possibly can. I love love LOVE their food! It's the only place i know that serves 100% organic food that tastes 100% delicious! What is my favorite meal? Ugh! That's like asking what is my favorite way to breathe, lol! I love so much! My absolute favorite thing is the You-Pick-2 menu. They have a turkey apple sandwich with cheddar on cranberry walnut bread that is to die for! I like to get that with the bistro French onion soup. Unfortunately, they've made the French onion seasonal now, much to my aggravation! At least they still have the chicken noodle, which is very tasty! In the summer, I substitute one of their yummy salads for the soup. Pelligrinois also a must have, as is either a cheese danish, a chocolate pastry, or sometimes both, lol! I usually use one of their computers to order what I want, and then my food is ready within 5-10 minutes. I also like to purchase some of their fresh loaves of bread, especially the asiago foccaccia. Very addictive! Mom and Dad get me Panera gift certificates for Christmas- my favorite! read more

I personally come here very often! Almost every other day during the school year since I like to come for breakfast and study. They have a cozy fireplace that is nice and there are two soft seats by it.There are usually people there in the morning with their kids or reading newspapers. There are soft music playing in the background which is nice. However, it does get crowded fast so if you want some peace and quiet, go early! Food is yummy, but I feel the variety is lacking somewhat (probably since I go so often) read more

The sandwiches, salads and soups are always a cut above, but what seperated this particular Panera was the service. My order was completely wrong and when I brought it back the food preparers were sincerely apologetic. The manager came over, apologized, and offered me a cup of coffee. Everyone was very friendly and polite. A pleasant example of making something right out of something that went wrong initially. read more

I love Panera, especially their broccoli/cheese soup. I love that the food is fresh and never makes me ill (which most of the places that simply warm up the food usually do). Good service, good food, and a decent price = a good experience. The only real downfall is the ridiculous lack of parking, especially on Sundays at lunchtime. read more

Clean, you customize your order and they get it right! The different types of teas they have to order is always nice. Desserts are fresh and you can always take stuff home to. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean on several of our trips. Only downside is sometimes its really loud but it has outside seating which is very comfy. read more

I still enjoy a couple menu items that I frequently get like the White Cheddar & Steak Panini, the Pesto Sachettini that's now gone at this location, the Mango and Green smoothies, the shortbread cookie and the lemonade. But the service recently took a plummet when they started overcharging me for my order. Each time I waited 20 minutes approx for them to fix the error that should be simple to correct, and they acted like it was MY mistake. The cashier actually told me the most recent time I decided to go(which ended up declaring it to be the last visit I make) that I told her to add on the cost through ordering full size items when I kept saying HALF SIZE and saying I ordered large drinks when I specified REGULAR. My mom had been in the car and heard me clearly and repeatedly emphasize the sizes. It was overall really poorly reflective of the cashiers and their training. I will not return to the location anymore after receiving too many overcharges and waiting too long to get the solution/correct money in my hands. read more
