Seating is a problem when you are in a large group. If you go with a large group, expect a long wait on your order. The new pricing is ridiculous for the serving size for the pick any two. It use to be one set price and you can select any two half items, but now the pick any two has two different prices. It's not worth it to do the pick any two. This is a nice location for Panera, right on Vestal Parkway. I've come here many times. I go mainly for the coffee & panini sandwiches; sometimes, a healthy salad/soup combo, or for bagels and pastries. Almost everything here is GREAT. Very few quality-coffees can match or beat a freshly-brewed cup of Panera's Dark Roast! I love their iced green tea. Staff are always warm, helpful & attentive whenever I've gone there. They used to sell a Chocolate Babka dessert that was superb, but the company discontinued it (bad move!). Reliable Wi-Fi. I've been to bigger Paneras, but this place is fine. Parking is convenient, and it has a nice set-up for outdoor sitting in the warmer months. Which is cool for college students/the young crowd. read more

Was staying in a hotel across the street for two nights and this seemed to be the best option. The soup was amazing. The sandwiches and salads were equally as good. Breakfast was piping hot, I asked for avocado on my egg sandwich. I would ask for less bread or a thinner bread. I always got water on tap to save money. Warning to the wise: if you go in here expecting a light lunch, you may be surprised to view the calorie information - you're getting a lot more than you bargained for. One would expect that from the creamy soups in a bread bowl, but even their salads had over 500 calories! Their soups vary daily, and I'm a huge fan of the black bean and Mediterranean sandwich. It's cozy inside, though it can sometimes be too crowded to get a table. the staff here is very friendly. the food is standard panera food. it's really good, I have yet to have a bad experience at this panera. I eat at Panera bread all over the North East and this Panera bread is, by far, one of the best Panera Breads out there. The staff is kind and courteous, the food is prepared perfectly and they have boxes, forks, etc that the customer can take if needed. This is my favorite Panera Bread so far. The Panera bread in Toms River, NJ could take some tips from this location on how to treat customers, or actually, the manager Tom really could use some lessons from this location. The staff is pretty friendly and as always Panera food is good. The place is very clean and well maintained. Enough parking on weekdays but weekend can be bit of a problem. Panera and Moes share the parking so sometimes fonding parking can take some time. Location is great, staff ia real friendly and food is obviously good. read more

I've always loved Panera, ever since they first opened this restaurant it's been my first choice, but today, their service was exceptional. In the face of the lunch rush, the employees and their management held themselves together, and delivered delicious meals as quickly as they possibly could with how many customers there were. I have eaten at a couple of Panera Breads and I usually order the same thing the Greek salad and soup. But this time my salad and really old lettuce that was slimy, really old tomatoes. The salad was gross. My soup was okay. My sandwich was the worst part. The bread had a weird plastic smell to it. I ended up throwing the meal way after complaining. If (big if) I ever go back to Panera bread I will double check my order before I leave the store. Not worth the money that was spent. read more

I go to Panera as often as I possibly can. I love love LOVE their food! It's the only place i know that serves 100% organic food that tastes 100% delicious! What is my favorite meal? Ugh! That's like asking what is my favorite way to breathe, lol! I love so much! My absolute favorite thing is the You-Pick-2 menu. They have a turkey apple sandwich with cheddar on cranberry walnut bread that is to die for! I like to get that with the bistro French onion soup. Unfortunately, they've made the French onion seasonal now, much to my aggravation! At least they still have the chicken noodle, which is very tasty! In the summer, I substitute one of their yummy salads for the soup. Pelligrinois also a must have, as is either a cheese danish, a chocolate pastry, or sometimes both, lol! I usually use one of their computers to order what I want, and then my food is ready within 5-10 minutes. I also like to purchase some of their fresh loaves of bread, especially the asiago foccaccia. Ive eaten here many times and this is the first time ive had an issue. I got my food to go. When I got home and opened my sandwich I found that the bread was dark and burned. Who honestly wants a burnt sandwich?!! The onions and horseradish were put in one spot! When I got to almost the end of the sandwich I finally tasted the onions and the horseradish but was overpowering since they didnt spread it evenly. The sandwich was a steak and cheese panni from the pick 2 menu. My salad was the Fuji Apple, there were about seven tiny pieces of lettuce and then way too many onions. I personally come here very often! Almost every other day during the school year since I like to come for breakfast and study. They have a cozy fireplace that is nice and there are two soft seats by it.There are usually people there in the morning with their kids or reading newspapers. There are soft music playing in the background which is nice. However, it does get crowded fast so if you want some peace and quiet, go early! Food is yummy, but I feel the variety is lacking somewhat (probably since I go so often) read more

Clean, you customize your order and they get it right! The different types of teas they have to order is always nice. Desserts are fresh and you can always take stuff home to. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean on several of our trips. Only downside is sometimes its really loud but it has outside seating which is very comfy. read more

My order was completely wrong and when I brought it back the food preparers were sincerely apologetic. The manager came over, apologized, and offered me a cup of coffee. I love Panera, especially their broccoli/cheese soup. I love that the food is fresh and never makes me ill (which most of the places that simply warm up the food usually do). I still enjoy a couple menu items that I frequently get like the White Cheddar & Steak Panini, the Pesto Sachettini that's now gone at this location, the Mango and Green smoothies, the shortbread cookie and the lemonade. But the service recently took a plummet when they started overcharging me for my order. Each time I waited 20 minutes approx for them to fix the error that should be simple to correct, and they acted like it was MY mistake. The cashier actually told me the most recent time I decided to go(which ended up declaring it to be the last visit I make) that I told her to add on the cost through ordering full size items when I kept saying HALF SIZE and saying I ordered large drinks when I specified REGULAR. My mom had been in the car and heard me clearly and repeatedly emphasize the sizes. It was overall really poorly reflective of the cashiers and their training. I will not return to the location anymore after receiving too many overcharges and waiting too long to get the solution/correct money in my hands. read more
