This Panera is bright and clean. The team that works here are friendly and efficient. Always enjoy my food. Today I got the seasonal chicken, strawberry pecan salad. It was tasty. All the bread and treats are fabulous. Homemade and delicious. My wait was not very long and I got what I ordered. $11 that was including tip for half of a salad and a piece of bread. Gotta love Panera! I do

My husband and I have been going to this PANERA BREAD at this location for several years now. Unfortunately, just this past weekend, my husband and I got really bad food poisoning from their food! Also, I found a long dark hair in my Salad that I had for take out! (See photo). They got rid of their "Value duets" that were only $8.99 for half sandwich and soup. Now for the same items, I have to pay $13.98, even with Mix & Match. The prices have really sky rocketed every year at this place! Rewards don't justify what you spend on this place. A free Bagel is all we got after we spent over $50 on two trips. Due to this, and especially are recent bad experience, we will no longer be going to eat at PANERA BREAD.

takes them over 40 minutes to make a single sandwich. i have never seen people move slower. all their order screens are red every time i come here which means the time between orders exceeds 4 minutes. never waited less than 20 minutes at this location and only ever order a single sandwich. it's getting ridiculous and will not be coming back. there's 4 of them working on 5 total orders

This is the second time I have come to this Panera location to order a 16 ounce drink that when served, was over an inch below the top edge of the cup. When I asked why my cup wasn't full, I'm told "That's the way we are told to make it.". If I purchase a 16 ounce drink, I expect 16 ounces in my cup. On top of that, I usually order these sausage, egg, and cheese asiago bagel sandwich. I get out to my truck and head for work to find that there is no sausage in my sandwich. The woman making my coffee was not happy about remaking me a coffee that was actually full. This Panera is close to my place and has been my go to breakfast spot but I will not be returning.

On Friday, September 12, I placed an order for delivery of half a tuna salad sandwich and half of strawberry poppyseed salad. I paid $24.50 for these two items to be delivered. When my order arrived, I found that the tuna fish salad sandwich was only 3 inches wide, at its widest point , the bread was at the end of the loaf therefore tapered down. Upon calling Panera, I was told there was no way of compensating me (because I didn't have my order number) and I ordered it through Uber. I was told to call Uber, upon calling Uber I found that the only way I could get help was through the Uber app. I could not find any option to reach out to customer service on the Uber app. It shouldn't be so difficult to talk to someone and get my issue resolved!!! Unfortunately, I am done with Panera and I order a lot from Panera... Such a rip off!

It was worth trying it out again. Used to go to one in Portland, but enjoyed the experience here better. The young lady at the counter was friendly to my mother and me. And unlike other places where young people are always mingling and not working, this crew working was diligent and helpful.

We haven't been to Panera in over a year. Randomly stopped by today because the 2 brunch spots we tried to go to were packed and the wait was too long. Looks like Panera revamped their menu and added some upgrades and new items. Everything was good except the chicken sandwich I ordered barely had any chicken in it... I would expect it to have more than 3 tiny pieces for the price I paid. Service was okay, very slow and took awhile for us to get our food. We sat outside since it was a nice, dry day. The food tasted good but it's very spendy for the little portions they serve.

they did not bring change when hey delivered to my house, so if you don't want to give them $40 pay them in all quarters or 1 dollar bills.

I'm done giving this location another shot. I've been pissed off every time we come. And I knew…read morethey were screwing people over on the portions. TOGOs is a franchise. They're supposed to follow the same standards across the board. They are cutting the oz being served every time. Last time I offered to drive and physically go into the store (instead of a DoorDash order for my family). Unfortunately this location is set up where you can't see them making your sandwich. But proof is in the pictures. Per franchise /corp website 4oz of meat is allocated on all sandwich's as a standard. People can pay for extra portions but 4oz is a standard REGARDLESS of size being served (mini, regular, large, etc). Not only is 2oz on the printed receipt but the SCALE shows they didn't even give 2oz. F THAT. Never coming back. It's not even about getting the sandwiches right. It's being robbed at least 4 times in a row when we've ordered.

It was very bright and clean when I walked in. No other customers in there and only 2 employees behind the counter. They greeted me right away and were patient with me when I couldn't decide on what I wanted. I ended up getting a chicken bacon ranch wrap and a chicken Caesar salad. The wrap was okay -- fresh enough and tasty -- but nothing special, as it seemed very skimpy and portion was so so small. The service was decent. Overall, an average experience: good for a quick bite if you're in a hurry or if you want something simple and healthy. They have lots of options for sandwiches and wraps and salads. Will definitely return to try other items!

Grabbed a quick bite today, before a movie. I ordered the Pulled Pork Banh Mi sandwich with an app of pork egg rolls. Both were delicious. The waitress recommended the sandwich and it did not disappoint. The pork was so tender and moist and the veg toppings crunchy and fresh. I liked the addition of cilantro leaves...gave it such a nice flavor. The pork egg rolls were served hot and steaming. They stayed warm throughout the meal. The egg rolls were served with a side dipping sauce. To get a lovely lunch like this for under $20. anymore is rare. I'll be back for my favorite pho, but it was nice to try something different today. This is a sweet little restaurant and the staff appreciates their customers.

We ordered the Chicken Pho with Egg Noodles, Tofu Spring Rolls and a Dish of Stir Fried Vegetaables and egg noodles. Everything was made to perfection. Pho broth was delicious and not heavy. Very large pho so if you don't eat a lot you can actually share one. Loved the springrolls since they were very well filled with veggies and tofu. The Veggie, Chicken dish with noodles was light and plentiful.

Our party was a bit conservative so...we ordered conservativey croissant sandwiches, OH MY GOODNESS, BLTs all around. Stuffed with bacon, lettuce, avocado, cheese and egg, whattt? We attempted to visit La Provence around 11A during a previous trip to Vancouver, but the wait was…read moretoo long and we had an extensive drive home ahead of us. This time, we arrived around 9A and were seated approximately 30 minutes later in the very well-heated patio area. Our server was welcoming and returned quickly for our drink order. I chose an oat-milk chai and was not disappointed. For a restaurant presented as a French bistro, I was surprised that there wasn't a single quiche on the menu. I almost ordered the BLT, but I wanted to try something different, so I chose the west coast salmon benedict with provençal potatoes and butternut squash. The hollandaise was tasty, but the benedict itself was mixed for me. It was served on a sliced croissant, which sounded appealing but wasn't sturdy enough for the toppings and quickly became soggy. Thankfully, I had removed the top half and eaten it separately. I was also expecting the thin slices of smoked salmon you might find on a bagel, but instead received a salmon fillet whose smoked flavor was barely noticeable -- perhaps the Hollandaise overwhelmed it. The butternut squash was delicious and outshined the potatoes by several miles. I wish I had asked for an entire side of squash bc some of the potatoes tasted stale, much like McDonald's fries that have been sitting around for a few hours. My daughter ordered the risotto cakes and eggs, which also made me question the "French bistro" identity, since risotto is Italian. SIL had the corned beef hash. Hubby ordered the chef's omelet with a side of bacon. And the grandbabies had pancakes, bacon, and eggs. My family makes it very obvious when food is delicious: lots of nodding, happy sighs, "You need to try this," or completely cleaned plates. Breakfast did not produce any of that. As our server was preparing to close out the tab, we asked for the dessert menu so we can sing happy birthday to one of our grandbabies. We ordered the Versailles cake and a pavlova. The Versailles was the definite winner. Suddenly, there were the yum sounds and the "You need to try this" comments. We all agreed that its light texture and coffee chocolate flavor were wonderfully similar to our beloved cappuccino mousse cake from Schubert's Bakery SF. It wasn't overly sweet, and the velvety dark-chocolate ganache was delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I went home and immediately searched for a Versailles cake recipe, only to discover that "Versailles" apparently isn't an established French dessert, but La Provence's name for its chocolate sponge layered with vanilla, coffee, and dark chocolate mousses. The pavlova was enjoyable, but it inspired nowhere near the enthusiasm of the Versailles. Between the polenta, risotto, pesto, burrata, mascarpone, tiramisu, avocado toast, corned beef hash, Benedicts, and conspicuous absence of quiche, I left wondering how much of the actual menu is French. There are certainly French ingredients, sauces, pastries, and techniques, but the overall experience felt more like a Pacific Northwest brunch café with French and Italian influences than a true French bistro. Would I return when visiting our daughter and her family? Not on my own accord. If the family chose it, I would definitely go, but I would adjust my expectations and not think of it as a French bistro, order an oat chai, request extra butternut squash, and save plenty of room for the Versailles.
