Cinnamon Crunch Bagel

I came in today and was greeted very kindly by the assistant manager. They were very nice however, the cinnamon bagel I ordered didn't taste at all like how they normally do. It tasted a little like weed. It did not taste good and it was also sort of spherical.

Asiago Bagel Stacks are amazing... A must-try.. Love the softness of the bagel, the filling was satisfying.. We got 1 Tuscan and 1 Roma Chicken and both bagel stacks are delicious... Will try it with their coffee next time ..

I was in town running errands, used the app to order my favorite Cinnamon Crunch Bagels and a large Iced Tea. $9. 04. I got home put them in fridge until I had time to slice them and freeze for 4 meals. I pulled them out next morning, burnt beyond consumption level. So disappointed. They had to know they were burnt when they took them out of the oven. When I called the team member was very empathetic, the manager no so much. I had her remove the whole charge. No offer of a better experience or edible bagels, she did say she would talk to her Barista, What? So disappointed.

Food was mehhhh. It was honestly bland and overpriced. HOWEVER, I am giving a 5 star review because the cashier Luis was so kind & helpful. He had so much patience with my mom and I. He answered all of our questions. There was also a gentleman in the back who let me switch out my blueberry lemonade because I didn't like it. I appreciated that as well. Sometimes having pleasant staff like this young man Luis makes up for mid food. EDIT: the service just got BETTER. My mother left her purse behind on accident & thankfully the wonderful honest manager Cindy had it for us kept safe in the back. She returned it to us with everything inside!! The staff here is so awesome I actually wish I could say I loved the food!!!! lol

My wife and I came to Panera for dinner today. I haven't been to Panera in a while, but I had an $25 gift card from Christmas, so it was a good time to use it as we were shopping at the Nut Tree Plaza. The restaurant was clean and there wasn't many people eating when we first arrived just before 6:30pm. They have some self serve ordering kiosks and 1 register where someone can take your order. We bother ordered 1/2 sandwich/soup (Pick 2 deal). For the sandwich we each tried the limited time Ciabatta Dippers sandwiches. My wife got the Bistro French Onion Soup and I got the Broccoli Cheddar Soup. The Ciabatta sandwiches were good, but could benefit from a little more meat. The dippers is basically one of their soups, the French Dipper included the Bistro French Onion Soup to dip in and the Spicy Chicken Dipper had the Creamy Tomato Soup to dip in. We did not read the full description of the sandwiches, otherwise we would have either ordered a different soup or had a salad instead of soup. Overall, it was a pleasant meal, but for the price it left us wishing for a little bit more food.

Maru Korean Bistro - Korean Fried Chicken: Soy & Yangnyeom. DELICIOUS!!

Crunchy, saucy and juicy chicken. All are boneless, too. Comes with a side of daikon and shredded cabbage for dat fiber tho. My boo and I tried their galbi jjim with cheese. It came out in a fancy stone pot. It was loaded with pumpkin, carrots, rice cakes, glass noodles and their beef short ribs. The beef was tender and the veggies and rice cakes were tasty in the savory sweet sauce. We ordered a side of corn with cheese torched on top. It was pretty filling for 2 people. We had leftovers so the waitress took it to the back and had it sealed in a box for us to take. Their bbq chicken was surprisingly good! My SIL really liked it! The chicken wasn't dry and it was nicely seasoned and had a bit of char from their sizzling stone plate and tasted great with their rice and banchan side dishes. I like their kimchi, broccoli, macaroni and bean sprout sides. You can get them replenished, too! My mom tried their bulgogi bibimbap and she didn't have any complaints. My bro tried their brisket seolleongtang soup and he seemed to enjoy it because he finished the whole bowl without sharing. My lil' (under 2yo) nephew approved of anything that landed on his plate. Maru is located in a shopping plaza and tucked in the corner near Raley's. The restaurant is small, but modern. It's definitely not a place you would expect in Fairfield. Both times that I've come here we didn't have an issue with waiting for a table despite it being a small shop. You can order from a waiter, or you can order from their tablet screen at the table. Overall, good korean food for a reasonable price. Service was quick and the vibes were right. They were playing some kpop music! I'd definitely come back to get more fried chicken and try their soft tofu stew. Check them out if you're in the area. They should have Badtz Maru as their mascot lol

Visited once before, I went again with friends on 4/11/26!…read more Service is quick and attentive-- we got seated quickly and were constantly checked on for water or banchan refills ! Their side dishes are pretty refreshing to eat between meals for a palette cleanse. We ordered bossam, a combo soft tofu soup, and soy garlic fried chicken to share! (Grilled mackerel was only eaten by my friend lol) Bossam -- holy moly SO GOOD. Slices are a little thin imo but I don't mind layering two pieces together to make a pretty solid wrap with the radish wraps and sauce they give you. The braised pork belly is pretty flavorful and well cooked itself and the complimentary sides, like kimchi and radish kimchi, added to it-- Wow. Definitely try this dish. Combo Soft Tofu Soup -- not a big fan of the spam added, but otherwise great flavor and comforting on a rainy day. I like dipping the rice (also complimentary with your meal!) into the soup-- not much to say other than it being pretty good. Soy Garlic Chicken -- Do keep in mind, these are more like nuggets than it is drumsticks or wings, but still really juicy and so crispy!! The soy garlic flavoring, wow, is perfect and I really enjoy the diced radish and dressed salad on the side. Quite a lot in portion, so quality and quantity are great! It was relatively empty when we arrived which was around a couple minutes after opening, but quickly filled up with patrons. It's pretty casual and cozy inside and I like how quick the check is given to you after the end of your meal so you don't have to worry about flagging down a server. They're really attentive ! This is such a hidden gem, I lowk would gate keep this restaurant but... they deserve recognition and business for their great food and service! ^o^ Definitely stop by here if you're craving Korean cuisine in Fairfield.

My favorite roll here is the Dragon roll. It's really a nice sized roll. It's the perfect balance of sweetness, crunch and umami. We tried the agedashi tofu. Next time I would ask them not to but bonito flakes on it, but that's just my personal preference. It was well fried and pillowy soft as well as crunchy. The sauce was really tasty. The salmon carpaccio was okay. Next time I would ask they not add the truffle oil. I felt like it took away from the flavor a bit. The radish micro greens were a nice spicy touch. We also tried a new roll this time, the climax roll. It was good. Spicy, sweet and crunchy. Again it was a nice sized roll. We love this spot and we come to eat here whenever we are in the area.

Our server, Johnathan, was amazing, he was super friendly, attentive, courteous, and genuinely funny. You can tell he truly cares about the customers he is taking care of by the experience and the service he provides to them. I made a few modifications to my salad and he made sure everything still came out perfect. He was consistent with checking in at the right times, he kept our waters full, made sure we always had fresh bread, and every dish came out exactly right, at the right times.. Nothing felt rushed but we also never had to wait on anything. Great service really makes or breaks a meal, and he definitely made the whole experience stand out. We'll be hoping to sit in his section again next time. Thank you Johnathan for a great night.

Very busy night, line was out the door with people waiting to be seated. Server tonight was Nathan. Nathan asked if he could bring us some drinks, I said 4 waters, he brought 2 waters. Then walked away. My sister and nephew joined us at that time. My sister asked, who's are waiter? I asked why, she stated, thevladt time they came to Olive Garden, they had a server that was so rude to them, that no one left a tip, except for her. Then Nathan showed up and asked if we were ready to order. I said yes, and asked him about a new menu item sirloin tips in a spicy sauce. Nathan said, its a little spicy and I ordered it. But this is what strange. He must have remember my sister. Nathan said, " I hope to make your night a wonderful night" directed at my sister. She responded, you were so rude to us last time we were here. Nathan said I'm sorry, I hope to make it better. About 30 minutes had gone by and we got our salad and three bowls of soup. Now, two groups of people across from us had eaten and left. Another two groups came sat down was was eating already. Bus boys came by we gave them our dishes from the table. I watched Nathan go to every other table but ours. Watched him walk out the front door what looked like another employee. Returned back inside several minutes later. Then go to the opposite side of the room, near the hostess, and kneel down at another table and started having a conversation. Now, I know its busy, but its now been an hour, and we still haven't eaten. I sat there watching people get served dinner and leave and Nathan never came back to our table. We watched him he picked over the divider and totally ignored us. He would go to another table crossed from us and still wouldn't say anything. I finally requested a manager. Star, manager came over to see me. I explained the situation to her. Star, stated she would talked to Nathan and find out what's taking so long. Nathan came out with another bowl of salad and three bowls of soup. I told Nathan he had already brought them out to us an hour ago. We were waiting for our food. Nathan, I don't know what's taking so long, it's the cooks fault. I'll check on it for you. Ok, so, Waitress comes out with our food and hour and a half later. Nathan shows up, waitress tells him the order is in correct. My order that he and I discussed was completely wrong. Nathan asked me, did someone else take your order? I said no and you and I talked about it together. Again, Nathan, said sorry, I'll go and see what's the problem in the back. Nathan came out, they ( cooks) are working on your order. At which time my sister explain there was a problem with her meal. Nathan, responded, do you want me to take off your tab or just reorder another plate for you. Note: a party if four, two are eating and two are not ! My sister and I are still waiting for our food. But the response from Nathan was "We just can't make you happy at all!" Then walked away. By then a young lady ( Stephanie) came over to talk to me about the service. She offered us a $50 gift card and two write off the two meals we had received. I again stated, we have been here for an hour and a half. My wife and nephew had just completed their meals. My sister and I are still waiting and you offer a $50 gift card that wouldn't even cover our meals and the long wait. I requested a gift card for my sister and I. Stephanie went to talk to the manager Star. Ok, the final outcome, after talking to Stephanie, and 2 hours later, we left. My sister and I never got our food. But manger Star took good care of us. My wife and I waited outside the restaurant waiting for my sister and nephew. My nephew told me later as we end up eating pizza, that Nathan escorted them out the door, like they were being kicked out of the restaurant. Uncle he made me feel like a criminal. He then apologized. The "Service from Hell". I have never thought I would be the one to write a yelp review. But, Nathan, this isn't 1967. You really need better training, in your manners and respecting your customers.

You make your own bow of food (raw) and they cook it for you. Meal starts with noodles, then veggies, meat, and final stage is the sauce. They have a list of recommended spoonfuls of each, and you can get wild with it if you want! I went garlic heavy and really liked it. Veggies were cabbage, onion, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, sprouts, spinach, kale, peppers, and a few others. Meat was beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. I tried the beef and lamb with my two servings, preference was the beef. Ambiance is good - somewhat busy and they're cooking food nearly non stop. After our second plate a big lunch rush came in, we had enough already but wait would have been a bit longer after a group of 10 came in! Always a good sign when people keep coming in, and you can tell there are some regulars with the interactions from patrons and staff. You make your own food, so up to you to make it how you like it! I liked what I assembled, and will likely go back next time I'm feeling this type of meal. We didn't try the hot pot, but looked good. Recommend.
