Three years later and still having the same issue. No meat on the sandwich. If I am paying $13 for a sandwich, it better have a decent helping of meat. Can you guys even see any chicken? Practically eating tomatoes on a baguette.

Panera Bread... I went to panera bread this afternoon with my family to get some lunch, the food their was great! If you're into the nutricios but delicious type of meals of course! The food was light but filling (salad and sandwich) but if you're looking for more of a warm cozy filling, you should totally try their soups! They are amazing! The service was great! The cashier was very friendly. The atmosphere is very calming and cozy. It's very clean as well! ---------- Quick tip, leave it better than you found it!

A little upset. Ordered an Apple Fuji chicken salad through the app. Asked to sub out feta cheese for Gruyère cheese. Got to the drive through window. Lady told me they no longer have Gruyère cheese and that they put feta on it. I said OK. Got home... and there was ZERO cheese on my salad. Cmon.

    Ham Deli Sandwich

I went here today to take my mom out to lunch, the staff was incredibly rude and it took 30 minutes to get cold soup and my sandwich was so soggy it ended up falling apart before i got it. My mom's sandwich has maybe half a piece of bacon on it and was soggy as well and had to be remade. We spent over 45$ and still had terrible food and terrible service. I wish i went to subway. Had to get a refund and they only gave me 6$

There was hair in my broccoli cheddar soup!!!! So mad should get a refund. Not only one hair there was so many hairs on the chair. Also the apple was sooooo mushy and so bad you could barely point your finger in it and your finger would go threw

Trash and crumbs on the floor all throughout the restaurant.

Disappointed in this particular Panera location. The restaurant was filthy. There was trash/crumbs all over the floor. They hand out little flimsy pieces of paper for your order which is so cheap looking. The restaurant was very warm and even the workers were complaining about how hot it was. I am a frequent visitor to Panera but went to this location because it was close to where I was that day. I won't be coming back to this location. The staff was friendly though! I'm so sorry they had to work in that heat.

    Chai latte

I went in to get some soup and a chai latte after having my wisdom teeth removed, they brought the food out decently fast but they had completely forgotten about our drinks. We waited about 5 minutes for a smoothie to be made and then they forgot about my latte so I asked them what happened, they questioned me until I told them my order number and when they finally got to making it they took about 10 minutes which is whatever, the thing that pissed me off was they didn't even fill my latte up even after waiting that long and me spending almost 30 bucks on food including tip.

Located in downtown Tulsa, Kai Vietnamese Cuisine offers customers authentic Vietnamese food with a modern atmosphere. The restaurant is the only Vietnamese restaurant that offers a bar serving alcohol. The Vietnamese pho at Kai was delicious. The broth was savory and aromatic. The pho vegetables plate was bountiful. My favorite aspect of the soup was the pho noodles, just soft enough to maintain that springy texture that's so difficult to achieve. The fresh spring rolls were also excellent. Kai does not shy from giving customers jumbo size spring rolls. I also love the hot tea served at this restaurant which uses dried tea leaves. If there's a criticism with Kai, it would be the lack of variety of meats in their combination pho which only had 3 different meats, far fewer than what's standard for this dish.

I had the deluxe egg salad today, it was basically the regular sammy but with bacon. The bacon was ... meh. Thick and a bit overcooked. The sandwich itself was good tho. The location has changed since I last visited. It's on a corner spot, with outside sitting space as well as inside. it's like a real restaurant now. Before it was a small walk in with only a few patio tables outside, in and out, take it to go. Now, it's a full on experience. The staff was really nice. Eating outside was pleasant, it was cloudy, so the sun wasn't heating us up, tho there are trees around. In the evening the outside area is in the sun. It's a beautifully delicious place. They now serve breakfast along with lunch options. Really great food!

The food quality was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the most unique parts of the visit was learning that the person seated at the table next to us was the previous owner. She is still a regular customer, and her photo is proudly displayed on the wall in the restaurant. That says a lot about the history, loyalty, and character of this place. I also accidentally left my credit card behind and did not realize it until about an hour and a half later. I called the restaurant, and the management immediately helped resolve the issue. They kindly arranged to mail it to my home in Los Angeles, and I have now received it safely. That level of honesty and customer care is rare. A special thank you to the management for handling everything so professionally, and to Heather for her kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service. Highly recommend this spot for great breakfast, quality food, welcoming atmosphere, and a team that truly cares about its customers.

Then I found Jinya Ramen. The Tonkotsu Black came out looking like a supermodel. The pork chashu was cooked so perfectly it practically melted in my mouth. The noodles had me one bite away from checking flights to Tokyo. If nostalgia had a texture, it would be those noodles. The egg? Soft boiled perfection. That beautiful jammy center deserved its own spotlight and possibly a small round of applause. I also ordered the pork gyoza, and whoever pan-fried those deserves a raise immediately. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside--basically what every dumpling dreams of becoming. My only tiny complaint: you've got to season your own broth a little. But honestly, compared to some of the so-called "Japanese ramen" spots I've tried in the U.S., this place is five stars and then some. The service was fast, attentive, and genuinely caring--it felt authentic, not forced. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay for a while.

It is almost as good as Japan's so I was fairly impressed. The tonkotsu ramen was good although I didn't think the bowl had enough broth. No random American fillers so love that. The chicken karaage was fine. I don't think I would get that again. The matcha tiramisu was divineeee though. Highly recommend getting that. I do wish it was slightly cheaper and closer to south tulsa. The tables could be cleaner too. Anyway, Jinya is a good spot and the vibe was on point.
