My sandwich had old lettuce on it. There were two employees asleep in two of the booths. Not sure why they were just sleeping there like that. One of them looked to be a manager. Despite how busy it gets, they do a good job of turning and cleaning tables during the breakfast and lunch rushes. There is a weakness with keeping the coffee bar supplies up. I would say that half the time I have to ask for almond milk because the pitcher for it is empty. Overall, solid Panera. Good environment. I used this place to study a few times during school because the WiFi is free and there are unlimited refills. It's a very nice environment and relaxing. The food is great! I've never had anything bad here. I love the soups in bread bowls. The desserts are great and are only .99 cents if you buy a meal. I love the chicken panini! We went in and talked to a lady named Tina. She was so helpful, let us keep the food and offered us a drink and cookie for the mix up. She was so apologetic and kind. My girlfriend loves Panera but we are both so tired of not getting what we ordered. We stopped in this morning for a quick bite. The cashier was friendly and the food came out quick. When we went to get our soda both the Diet Pepsi and Diet DP came out like water. We asked a server and she responded "I don't know I guess I'll ask someone one." After being gone a few minutes we finally asked her again and she said "oh they're working on it I don't know how long it'll be". I go to the Tulsa Hills location at least once a week. I always get the Ham and cheese on ciabatta bread with a French baguette. They also have a great rewards plan that for people like me love to use! If it's rainy or the winter I also love to get their creamy tomato soup, this is literally the best tomato soup I have ever had, hands down!
