I originally stopped in thinking this might be more of a coffee shop so I could grab a snack and coffee while pumping gas--kill two birds with one stone. From the outside--and even inside--it's aesthetically appealing and looks like a great spot. But the experience didn't quite match that first impression. The food itself didn't hit the mark in the taste factor--nothing terrible, just not memorable or worth the price in my opinion. That said, I'm open to trying other menu items because maybe I just didn't order the right thing. Customer service was pretty average--nothing to complain about, but nothing that stood out either. Overall, it didn't hit the mark this time, but I'd consider giving it another shot.

We were greeted by a very sweet worker and had no problem finding a spot to sit at. I will say there is a little bar in the back so it has a little something for everyone. Went there for lunch last Saturday. I love really good subs. This was just so-so…read more.. So, the Italian sub is served hot, which isn't always my preference (I think most of their subs are served hot). I like the freshness of the cold cuts served cold. I will say that to their benefit, they don't microwave their sandwiches. They have a steamer they place the meats and cheeses into and then blast them with steam. It is a nice touch, much better than nuking things. Anyway, the bread they used didn't have much "personality" going for it. I love really crusty sub rolls with soft, pillowy insides. This was kind of a softer roll that didn't have any character. Kind of disappointing. The sandwich itself was dressed with mayo (my favorite condiment), but it really needed an acid note to balance the unctuous, fatty quality of the meat, cheese and mayo (hello vinegar...). The veggies just got lost and really didn't add a thing. I did request jalapenos on the sandwich, and unfortunately, they didn't add much (too mild). They do have one of those drink machines that offer what seems to be an endless choice of beverages (love those). There appears to be a cleanliness issue too. I got there around 12:30 and the floors were really dirty. The walls and vents could use some attention, etc. It just had the appearance of not being well kept. In summation, the place wasn't bad, but I can't say I'd go back anytime soon.
