They never have the first 2 choices I ask for and I waited over 25 min this last time for my food!! Why pay their prices with this service and inability to have half of their menu available? Not going back read more

Pick 2? Try 0. Tonight it was chicken noodle soup without noodles and grilled geese without grilled... the cheese was just kraft singles. Staff are always only 10% engaged. I've eaten here 20+ times and 9/10 the food was bad/wrong. This exit is growing and so are the options - try something else or hit Panera at another exit. read more

Panera Bread - noodle soup with zero noodles or grilled cheese hold the grilled? I've eaten here 20+ times... 9/10 bad - Salad Near Me - Sunbury, Ohio

Went through the drive thru and they forgot part of my order. When I called for a refund, the very rude girl who said she was the manager informed me that they could only give me a credit the next to time I cane in and couldn't put a credit back on my credit card. I questioned this and she interrupted me to tell me that is the way it is. I asked for her name and manager name and she refused to give it. I said that's convenient that you aren't "allowed" to give out manager names. She replied yes it was very convenient. I called corporate to complain and was on hold for an hour without getting through. Going to file a complaint through email. Needless to say, I will not visit this location again. Too many options to deal with this kind of customer service from a rude pig. read more

Recently ordered through the app for rapid pickup. Food was available at the time they estimated, however once I got home and opened the bag, I found my sandwich was missing. I tried calling the restaurant to see if I could get it immediately addressed but the phone just kept ringing and no one ever answered. I called the tool free number the next day and mentioned the issue. They informed me someone from the local restaurant would call me back in a few days. That did not happen; It's been over a week and still no one has called me. Ended up calling back to the toll free number and requested a refund. They mentioned it could take up to 30 days. Took it anyway as I'm not sure i'll go back. This is the second time they given me an incorrect order. read more

Due to the nature of my former job (lots of driving) I've been to probably every Panera in Ohio, and definitely every Panera in the Central Ohio area multiple times. This is BY FAR the WORST Panera. They ALWAYS, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL forget at least one thing in my order! I have no idea what the problem is over there, but if my husband or I didn't double check the order, I'd surely leave without my baguette, a soup, or both. Every time. Apparently I have to babysit them. Beyond irritating. The quality of their food compared to other Panera locations is usually pretty average. The only reason we've continued to go there is bc the location is convenient for my husband on his way home from work. However, tonight he was tired, in a rush, and forgot to check our order. Of course, incompetence is the only thing they're consistent at, and they forgot the baguettes for BOTH orders AND no napkins. On top of their usual inadequacy, my whole size Apple Fuji Chicken Salad was filled with ROTTEN MIXED GREENS!!! Let me clarify, not just wilted, but SLIMY, PUTRID, ROTTEN GREENS. Also, the tomatoes appeared to be old and strangely spongey. Only someone with utter contempt for their job, or someone trying to get shut down by the health department would put produce like that in a salad. Way to go, guys. Ugh. Needless to say we will never be returning to this particular Panera. Buyer beware. read more

Been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes. What in the world is going on in there? I have never waited so long. While I waited I looked up reviews and apparently this is how they do business. Wake up corporate or if this is a franchise, this one is giving Panera a bad name! read more

I cannot describe how I despise this Panera in words. 90% of the time ( I'm not being facetious ) my order screwed up. I don't know how this is possible because my order usually is about 2 to 5 things. It's especially surprising when I use the app because I at least know the order was entered correctly. Perhaps what really fuels my frustration is the the resolutions to my problems are half hearted and aloof attempts to remedy the poor service. Why do I continue to go here? I like Panera breakfast in general and it's close to my house but I think I'm done going and expecting a different outcome. read more

Not friendly, slow service, and wrong order. Many customers complaining that their food orders are wrong.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Stopped here tonight on my way to Cleveland. It took 3-4 minutes just to place a simple order with the person running the register. She didn't seem to understand the basics of taking an order. When we ordered the French onion soup we were told they were out. When our food order came up, the bowl of chicken noodle soup that I ordered as a substitute for the French onion was only about half full. Also, the salad in our pick two was pitifully deficient. Seriously, $20 for poor service and half sized portions (at best). Take my advice, do not stop here! read more

Good amount of seating, free wifi, convenient location off the highway, service was friendly for us. I got the pick 2 which ran about $10, my friend got a salad for $9. Iced teas were $2 each. Food quality is what I'd expect in the chain. A few good steps above other fast food options, but outside of that fairly plain. Overall pretty good. read more

I stopped at the Sunbury Panera around 8:00pm to get a bowl of soup. They were out of baguettes so I asked if there was a substitute bread I could have. The answer was yes but for an up-charge. I left and went somewhere else to eat. An up-charge for BREAD at Panera BREAD is ridicules. read more

I go here from time to time and the general manager at this place is excellent and always puts the customer first. I always have a great experience when I come to this location read more

I got here at breakfast time. First of all I waited in line at the drive through and no one was helping anyone in line. So I pulled through and went inside. It was completely dead in the lobby and there was no staff working except one woman. I suppose she was the one running the drive through but she wasn't paying attention to the drive through. I watched one girl come out of the bathroom who then proceeded to put her hair up in the kitchen area so that was gross. There were no fresh bagels and the woman running the register told a customer it would be a couple hours before they were ready. Really? Its breakfast time. Bagels are for breakfast. This store was completely unprepared to be open. And the Saturday before christmas no less? I won't be back. I went in for my free bagel but you do not get free cream cheese. Cream cheese is $1.29. I can buy a tub of it from Kroger for that price. Pass. Based on the lack of readiness to start the morning, I won't be back and I recommend no one come here if they want more than a blueberry bagel. read more

Part of a good dining experience is peace and quiet. Why is it you pump soft pleasant music into the restaurant at low volume but I can hear your staff yell at each other in the kitchen and laugh loudly. It is disruptive and ruins the dining experience. Also, if I am going to order an 8 dollar bowl of quinoa soup it shouldn't be just a quarter filled with broth and contents. I remember when the soup first came out you got a full bowl. Stop the disruptive yelling and laughing staff and give me my money's worth! read more

This is a wonderful place to eat! I have never had bad service here. The workers are super friendly and the service is fast!

Absolutely awesome service received at this location of Panera (one of my favorite restaurant chains due to their high standard of quality). I have never had a problem with an order being messed up like the few other reviewers on here who wrote negative reviews. Although, to be quite honest, I probably wouldn't even mind if they did screw my order up, because they're so friendly here. Customer service is excellent, and something other places could use as an example. They are always smiling and greeting me warmly. Like I said, never had any issues here and I've visited almost daily this past week as I'm working on the new outlet mall being built right across the highway. As long as this place remains this good, I assure you'll I'll be a return customer while I'm in the area. read more

Stopped here for dinner on the way from Columbus to cleveland. My son ordered soup in a bread bowl. After I paid I was informed that they were out of bread bowls and that I would just get my soup in a bowl. I asked for extra bread to make up for the lack of a bread bowl (since the bread bowl costs more) and they only game me a tiny half baguette. The server acted like he was doing us a favor. Rude and bad treatment. Do not stop here if you can help it. read more

The last three times in the drive through they've messed up my order. Today they forgot the chicken on my chicken cobb salad. Not happy.

Order taker had a bad cold, acted lethargic, not exactly who you want handling your bagel. Ordered a latte...after five minutes I realized no one was working on it. Asked the chef, who said, "She'll get to it soon." Finally another worker put down her cellphone and made it for me. Ten minutes. read more

I have seen boogers bigger than the "slice" of avocado they put on my sandwich. Worst Panera I have been to. BIG THUMBS DOWN

Chicken noodle soup was watery. Sandwich was very small. Restroom was not clean. One of the worst Paneras I have been to.

We visited during some kind of staff meeting. The meeting hadn't started and the place was in chaos. The woman that took our order missed part of it because she was talking in her headset. She also missed part of it because another employee came up and inturrupted while I was ordering. We had a hard time finding a clean table. When we found an acceptable one, an employee started vacuuming right beside us and we had to move due to the noise. For being the only customers in the place our food took an abnormally long time. The restrooms had TP on the floor. The food was the quality we expect from Panara which was the only reason I gave this location a second star. I won't return to this location. I found it ironic that customer service and paying attention to the customer was addressed in the meeting after I had to repeat my order a couple times because the employee didn't pay attention to me as I was ordering. read more

I see why this location only has a two star average. They were out of cinnamon crunch bagels so I ordered a French toast with hazelnut cream cheese. They did not include it when our order came up. Went back to get it- no hazelnut cream cheese, had to get a different kind. My fiancée liked his broccoli cheddar soup and tuna salad sandwich, though. read more

Great food, terrible service. When ordering my food, the cashier was extremely rude. On top of that, she got my order wrong anyways, even after asking me 2 times what I ordered. This is the only Panera in which I am not greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome. I am not asked in such a rude manner what I said. This is the first and last time I am ever going to this location. read more

I sent my daughter to pick up a late lunch for us. I had been shut in caring for a sick Grandson. When she returned my order was incorrect. I had ordered pick 2 and my half sandwich of Turkey avocado blt was not in bag. I called the store and spoke to Jarrod. He apologized and said a full sandwich of Turkey avocado BLT would be provided on next visit. Great because a half veggie salad wasn't enough for all day. I asked my husband to plz pick up on way home and I would have it for dinner. 1. I only received half sandwich. It was soggy and obviously from earlier today. 2. Tossed in a Free cookie. Awesome...i am diabetic. No one asked for a cookie. I thought I was getting a real sandwich not a soggy blunder from earlier. Thanks read more

My boyfriend and I are seasoned travelers. We've driven from northern NY across the country several times and always have interesting experiences at various rest areas and restaurants. We stopped here for a quick breakfast and received hands down the best service I've ever had from a quick service establishment. In particular, Bailey's customer service was amazing! We had an awesome morning, thanks to him! read more

Their food is good, but the service is terrible! I have gone back several times thinking that they will get it right but they rarely do. Each time I go through the drive through they mess up my order. I don't just mean I ask for no tomato and they put tomato on, Oh no! I mean, I order a you pick two with a salad and sandwich and get home to see they didn't give me a sandwich. I order a soup in a bread bowl and there is no bread bowl (MULTIPLE TIMES). When I got home and realized my sandwich wasn't in the bag I called and the manager told me to let them know next time and they would give me a discount. We went tonight to get dinner and they gladly gave me a discount and apologized for the mess up...before we leave the parking lot I check the bag and we were missing TWO bread bowls. You would like that they would make sure our order was all there because we had just gotten done telling them about the forgotten sandwich. Nope. We will not be going back to that Panera location for a long time. I hope they can get there act together. It's pretty bad when they mess up my order EVERY time we go there. read more
