Went through the drive thru and they forgot part of my order. When I called for a refund, the very rude girl who said she was the manager informed me that they could only give me a credit the next to time I cane in and couldn't put a credit back on my credit card. I questioned this and she interrupted me to tell me that is the way it is. I asked for her name and manager name and she refused to give it. I said that's convenient that you aren't "allowed" to give out manager names. She replied yes it was very convenient. I called corporate to complain and was on hold for an hour without getting through. Going to file a complaint through email. Needless to say, I will not visit this location again. Recently ordered through the app for rapid pickup. Food was available at the time they estimated, however once I got home and opened the bag, I found my sandwich was missing. I tried calling the restaurant to see if I could get it immediately addressed but the phone just kept ringing and no one ever answered. I called the tool free number the next day and mentioned the issue. They informed me someone from the local restaurant would call me back in a few days. That did not happen; It's been over a week and still no one has called me. Ended up calling back to the toll free number and requested a refund. They mentioned it could take up to 30 days. Took it anyway as I'm not sure i'll go back. This is the second time they given me an incorrect order. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Stopped here tonight on my way to Cleveland. It took 3-4 minutes just to place a simple order with the person running the register. She didn't seem to understand the basics of taking an order. When we ordered the French onion soup we were told they were out. When our food order came up, the bowl of chicken noodle soup that I ordered as a substitute for the French onion was only about half full. Also, the salad in our pick two was pitifully deficient. Seriously, $20 for poor service and half sized portions (at best). Take my advice, do not stop here! read more

Due to the nature of my former job (lots of driving) I've been to probably every Panera in Ohio, and definitely every Panera in the Central Ohio area multiple times. This is BY FAR the WORST Panera. They ALWAYS, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL forget at least one thing in my order! I have no idea what the problem is over there, but if my husband or I didn't double check the order, I'd surely leave without my baguette, a soup, or both. Every time. Apparently I have to babysit them. Beyond irritating. The quality of their food compared to other Panera locations is usually pretty average. The only reason we've continued to go there is bc the location is convenient for my husband on his way home from work. However, tonight he was tired, in a rush, and forgot to check our order. Of course, incompetence is the only thing they're consistent at, and they forgot the baguettes for BOTH orders AND no napkins. On top of their usual inadequacy, my whole size Apple Fuji Chicken Salad was filled with ROTTEN MIXED GREENS!!! Let me clarify, not just wilted, but SLIMY, PUTRID, ROTTEN GREENS. Also, the tomatoes appeared to be old and strangely spongey. Only someone with utter contempt for their job, or someone trying to get shut down by the health department would put produce like that in a salad. Way to go, guys. Ugh. I cannot describe how I despise this Panera in words. 90% of the time ( I'm not being facetious ) my order screwed up. I don't know how this is possible because my order usually is about 2 to 5 things. It's especially surprising when I use the app because I at least know the order was entered correctly. Perhaps what really fuels my frustration is the the resolutions to my problems are half hearted and aloof attempts to remedy the poor service. Why do I continue to go here? Good amount of seating, free wifi, convenient location off the highway, service was friendly for us. I got the pick 2 which ran about $10, my friend got a salad for $9. Iced teas were $2 each. Food quality is what I'd expect in the chain. A few good steps above other fast food options, but outside of that fairly plain. Overall pretty good. read more

I stopped at the Sunbury Panera around 8:00pm to get a bowl of soup. They were out of baguettes so I asked if there was a substitute bread I could have. The answer was yes but for an up-charge. I left and went somewhere else to eat. An up-charge for BREAD at Panera BREAD is ridicules. read more

I got here at breakfast time. First of all I waited in line at the drive through and no one was helping anyone in line. So I pulled through and went inside. It was completely dead in the lobby and there was no staff working except one woman. I suppose she was the one running the drive through but she wasn't paying attention to the drive through. I watched one girl come out of the bathroom who then proceeded to put her hair up in the kitchen area so that was gross. There were no fresh bagels and the woman running the register told a customer it would be a couple hours before they were ready. Really? Its breakfast time. Bagels are for breakfast. This store was completely unprepared to be open. And the Saturday before christmas no less? I won't be back. I went in for my free bagel but you do not get free cream cheese. Cream cheese is $1.29. I can buy a tub of it from Kroger for that price. Pass. Based on the lack of readiness to start the morning, I won't be back and I recommend no one come here if they want more than a blueberry bagel. read more

Part of a good dining experience is peace and quiet. Why is it you pump soft pleasant music into the restaurant at low volume but I can hear your staff yell at each other in the kitchen and laugh loudly. It is disruptive and ruins the dining experience. Also, if I am going to order an 8 dollar bowl of quinoa soup it shouldn't be just a quarter filled with broth and contents. I remember when the soup first came out you got a full bowl. Stop the disruptive yelling and laughing staff and give me my money's worth! read more

Absolutely awesome service received at this location of Panera (one of my favorite restaurant chains due to their high standard of quality). I have never had a problem with an order being messed up like the few other reviewers on here who wrote negative reviews. Although, to be quite honest, I probably wouldn't even mind if they did screw my order up, because they're so friendly here. Customer service is excellent, and something other places could use as an example. They are always smiling and greeting me warmly. Like I said, never had any issues here and I've visited almost daily this past week as I'm working on the new outlet mall being built right across the highway. Stopped here for dinner on the way from Columbus to cleveland. My son ordered soup in a bread bowl. After I paid I was informed that they were out of bread bowls and that I would just get my soup in a bowl. I asked for extra bread to make up for the lack of a bread bowl (since the bread bowl costs more) and they only game me a tiny half baguette. The server acted like he was doing us a favor. Chicken noodle soup was watery. Sandwich was very small. Restroom was not clean. One of the worst Paneras I have been to.

We visited during some kind of staff meeting. The meeting hadn't started and the place was in chaos. The woman that took our order missed part of it because she was talking in her headset. She also missed part of it because another employee came up and inturrupted while I was ordering. We had a hard time finding a clean table. When we found an acceptable one, an employee started vacuuming right beside us and we had to move due to the noise. For being the only customers in the place our food took an abnormally long time. The restrooms had TP on the floor. The food was the quality we expect from Panara which was the only reason I gave this location a second star. I won't return to this location. I found it ironic that customer service and paying attention to the customer was addressed in the meeting after I had to repeat my order a couple times because the employee didn't pay attention to me as I was ordering. read more

I sent my daughter to pick up a late lunch for us. I had been shut in caring for a sick Grandson. When she returned my order was incorrect. I had ordered pick 2 and my half sandwich of Turkey avocado blt was not in bag. I called the store and spoke to Jarrod. He apologized and said a full sandwich of Turkey avocado BLT would be provided on next visit. Great because a half veggie salad wasn't enough for all day. Their food is good, but the service is terrible! I have gone back several times thinking that they will get it right but they rarely do. Each time I go through the drive through they mess up my order. I don't just mean I ask for no tomato and they put tomato on, Oh no! I mean, I order a you pick two with a salad and sandwich and get home to see they didn't give me a sandwich. I order a soup in a bread bowl and there is no bread bowl (MULTIPLE TIMES). When I got home and realized my sandwich wasn't in the bag I called and the manager told me to let them know next time and they would give me a discount. We went tonight to get dinner and they gladly gave me a discount and apologized for the mess up...before we leave the parking lot I check the bag and we were missing TWO bread bowls. You would like that they would make sure our order was all there because we had just gotten done telling them about the forgotten sandwich. Nope.
