The sandwich was cold and when I took it back the guy in the kitchen tried saying he wasn't allowed to take it back. I'm usually a fan of Panera, but for some reason this location is very lacking. The drive thru employees are always rude and they always get my order wrong. The portion sizes are much smaller than the other location I go to on International BLVD. Not sure why, im sure they are all supposed to have a protocol. The quality has plummeted and the portion size of everything have decreased drastically. What makes it worse is that the prices are ridiculously high and simply not even worth your money. today I placed a pick up order that stated it would be ready at 4:41 PM today July 3. I arrived about 4:41 to pick it up. ended up sitting in my car for 10 minutes. nobody came out to tell me they were running behind or to update the time of when it should've been ready on the app, which would have been the right thing to do. So I called the location to let them know I have been there for 10 minutes and was wondering about my order. she answered the call & i asked & she said "oh we're not ready yet" and hung up immediately.ANOTHER five minutes goes by, so now it's 15 minutes past the time it should've been out to me and finally somebody comes out. My frozen coffee cup is 3/4 full of coffee and the other 1/4 is full of whip cream (in which I asked for a light amount on. There was no straws, no napkins. & no chips as my side that i ordered. I will never be returning to this location again. I understand things have not been normal during Covid. however, there was no other customers in the parking lot when i arrived. The fact that this is the first Panera Bread that I have ever seen with a drive-thru got me pretty excited. The portion size and quality of food did not. I guess Panera Bread has just been a fast-food place disguised as a cafe all along, it just took a drive thru to tip me off. I have always enjoyed their sandwiches and soups but tonight I feel like I just gave them my wallet and they gave me an IOU for my stomach. I will skip this location in the future and choose to always dine-in as that will leave the employees without the temptation to stuff small portion sizes and super greasy food in a hidden brown bag. It appears that they close "service" department after 8pm. Had to wait for over ten minutes in an otherwise empty store. After I mentioned my discontent a young lady behind the counter, she got snippy and told me that she did not know I was waiting. At a premium the service leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I am always happy in a Panera Bread Cafe. Yes it is pricy but the quality is worth the price. Free WiFi and refills on your drinks.

This is one of the better Paneras I have been to. Great food available, very friendly service, and the common areas are always clean.

My wife and I came in around 7:45 P.M. so it was little late. However, we walked up to the register, and never got acknowledged by the cashier who was busy talking about hanging up on customers. We stood there for a good 5 minutes and were never acknowledged, not once. The manger came from the back with another employee and promptly took his order without even looking at us while we waited. I will not suggest this location, for these reasons. We ordered and picked up at the drive thru. We carried the food home to find part of our order missing, which we had paid. But the biggest reason was the fact their was hair in the food. It looked like it had fallen off of one of the cook's beards. Came here on a Friday night and it was not busy at all. Store is small and dark. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go and specifically asked for the dressing already on the salad instead of those stupid dressing cups. Anyways, they didn't put the dressing on top and gave me 3 tiny cups instead. Disappointing. Side baguette was cold. Salad was pretty good but barely had any dressing. End of the story muffin was amazing well actually got two muffins when I asked for one I paid for two just because I was in the rush I didn't check the bag and just gave them money without thinking. So when I walked in there was one guy in front of me some old lady was at the register and there was three employees at the cash register with her for like five minutes then there was like seven people behind me that's when one of the other employees jumped on the other register and said that she would assist next customer so from the moment I walked in I stood for like six minutes then she asked me if I have a rewards card and I do have one but I was in the rush so I told her no I just need to get my pastry and I will get out she charged me for three and I left she didn't put any napkins so I had to eat like a pig which is not a problem I do it all the time but other people would be really pissed about it. I've been to Panera locations from coast to coast. This Panera is up there with some of the best. The staff is kind, courteous and well versed in their extensive menu. Dining room, no matter the time of day is always kept clean and tidy. Food is always fresh and on point. Happy to have this Panera in our little community. read more

The last 3 times that I was there they were "out of the item" that I wanted to order. I was told it was because of the time of the day I was there. I was there at 6:15 at night. been in the car for a while on a road trip and came in to grab something quick to tie me over, and i've only been here once or twice. i asked the young man at the register for suggestions as to what would be quick and easy to take in the car, and he asks me to repeat myself twice, when i notice that he has two airpods in..while working the register. he then mumbled something and pointed at the display case, where i just decided on a muffin. i went to pay and it was a little over $3, and then tipped $2. i've worked FOH in restaurants for a while so i guess the customer service just frustrated me, and then after asking guest to repeat themselves multiple times because you're listening to music, just to mumble a response and point at something, then asking for a tip on something that's already pricy for just a small muffin just made me disappointed. the muffin itself was okay, no complaints but nothing special. definitely won't be coming back to this panera again:( read more

I love Panera but this is the first one I've been to that both of our orders were messed up when the receipt was very clear about what we ordered. There were also a couple other people that had messed up orders to while we were there. Some of the employees didn't seem like they knew to well what they were doing, not sure if their brand new or not trained well enough. The food is still delicious though read more

This store has the worst management. I have given them several chances, but I think that I am done. The service is just horrible. They are constantly out of menu items and large cups. They very rarely get my order right. When I order on the online app, I always have to wait in line to get my order anyway. The online app has a tagline that states "avoid the line", but I cannot. Yesterday I tried again for the first time in over a month, and I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged, while they continued to acknowledge people who came in after me and counted pastries. All the while my order was right behind the counter because they could not fulfill the order of a large drink. Order cups. Get orders ready on time. I am so disappointed in Panera Bread lately. The last year or so, I have noticed such a downfall with this place. It started with the extremely slow drive thru when there were no other cars, then always forgetting my croutons (even when reminded), to the huge inconsistency of my sandwich size, and now forgetting my drink almost every time! It really started to become apparent when I would order my regular, the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and it would come out the size of 3 bites (on multiple occasions)!! I am so against complaining to the point of which I will literally buy another meal somewhere else before I will say anything.. but come on! I have been contemplating getting yelp for months now and I finally decided the last time I was at Panera. I got to driving and just decided not to post anything, but here I am.. the very next time I went back, and they forgot my drink AGAIN! How hard can it be to not put something on a salad? How hard can it be to have something listed on the website be called the same thing in the store? Further how dare you sell half a salad for $7.39. This service here is so bad. I ordered my food online around 7:20 pm and got my confirmation email that my order was ready. Knowing that my order was ready, I went to go pick my food up. When I got there, it was before closing time but they appeared closed and no one was in the drive thru window so I had to knock on the locked front door. I went there frequently.They are supposed to be open until 10:00 on weekends, yet they always put away the tea at 8:45. They often run out of food choices and one night when leaving at 9:00PM all the outside and parking lot lights were out. I contacted corporate and they never got back to me. How can I believe Panera serves "Clean Food" when the dining room is so NOT ...? A friend and I met there about 3 weeks ago to work on a project. There were only 2 other customers in the place. So, it's been about 8 months since my family has been to eat at a Panera Bread. The one where we lived in VA had good food, but HORRIBLE service. We figured, since we've since moved, we'd try the one here...hoping for a different experience. NOPE! Same exact situation, different state. We initially ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on (the last two) croissants...the cashier said they had more, so we ordered 2 additional sandwiches on croissants. Then our pager went off...it was just to inform us that those were, in fact, the last two croissants. Really?? There was no one else in the restaurant! Someone couldn't come to our table and explain and give us other choices?? We have 3 children with us, mind you. Also, during this entire thing, I got very annoyed. The MANAGER saw this, and did absolutely nothing! Didn't ask if there was anything she could do...nothing at all. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure there were 2 managers there...and neither one cares enough to ask. We certainly won't be back. read more
