    Kids grilled cheese
    Jenny R.

The food was good. It was pretty packed for mid day during the week. But service was pretty quick concerning. My sandwich was tasty and the sandwich was good. I feel it's a bit pricy for what you get but no other complaints. My children enjoyed the meals they had chosen.

Tried the new croissant toast it wasn't half bad. I always come here and get a half salad half soup. The service is pretty quick and there's lots of seating to get work done here. It's not the best food bc it's a panera. You know what you're in for. But i like this branch particularly.

Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with hot tea.

I tried this Panera Bread very early in the morning (around 7am) and I had a pleasant experience. Nothing about it was super fantastic, but it wasn't awful either. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a hot tea. They give you the cup and you pour your own tea at a station, and then I only waited a couple of minutes for my food. They don't add any sauces, but you can help yourself to whatever condiments you desire like ketchup, mayo, etc. Be warned, the sandwich can leave a HUGE runny mess when you take your first bite. I didn't mind, but I'm sure some people would so be cautious when ordering this meal. I had a nice breakfast, although it didn't fill me up completely. I shouldn't have expected that from a sandwich alone so I won't fault Panera for that. Just a little tip for those who like a hearty breakfast- don't expect one sandwich to satisfy you. I would come here again. Nice service!

I got Panera delivered from this location. Unfortunately I was starving and ate my grilled cheese before I remembered to take a picture of it but it was really good! Nice, crispy and cheesy, how I like it. Although, the portion is really small. I was still so hungry after. The food came pretty quick, within 45 minutes. I wish the portion size was bigger.

The time i came to this Panera bread was on a weekend and it was so packed. One of the machines was not accepting payments and it made the ordering process challenging as we had to order from the other machine. This made the process longer. We found seats by luck as someone was leaving but other than that we would have been lucked out like many people. Experience was overall average but the food was good. We ordered the you pick two.

HAIR ON MY COOKIE EMBEDDED IN THE FROSTING!!!!

I hate to be this person to write this review as I am always at this Panera. But honestly how disgusting is it to find hair not only in your tomato soup, but also to find it embedded in the frosting on your cookie!!!! Thank goodness I saw it before I even took a bite. This is outrageous and absolutely disgusting. Plus the people in the kitchen weren't wearing their masks properly.

Bacon turkey bravo with mozzarella aka the lettuce overload

I think we all know the jist of a Panera, but I haven't been in a while, so I'm not sure if they've all upgraded or just this one. I like ordering from a screen because then I can scroll through pictures of everything. Then over by the pick up area, they list people's name just if you are unsure if they forgot your order or if yours is upcoming. Although the self service kiosks don't give receipts and probably only take cards, but of course there is still a cashier. I got a sandwich and upgraded to mozzarella which was good, but there was so much lettuce in the sandwich it hid the cheese and I had to take a leaf off. There's plenty of parking if not right in front of the building, to the side by that shopping center and it's a nice quiet ambiance. There food is pricier than the value you are getting, but it can be a nice place to relax and work, so this seemed like a good location.

It's been a while since I've been back at Panera's, when I was younger me and my best friend pretty much lived here because we were obsessed with their you pick two and Ice green tea ( which we still are ) but we pretty much drifted off because we realized as good as we thought it was. Unfortunately its pretty pricey and not worth it. Every so often it's convenient and we are in the mood for it so we still come by and get some lunch. Before you used to have to wait for your food to pick it up at a counter but now they give you a number which you place on your table and they bring you your meal and even clean up after you, which is a great idea. They have free wifi so it has a nice warm feeling of being able go enjoy a meal and perhaps get some work in between a cup of coffee or tea. The times I've been to this particular location the workers are making sure the tables are clean fast so other customers can sit and enjoy their meals. The parking can be a bit of a pain since there's other establishments around but if you dont mind a short walk, you'll definitely find parking near the Marshalls & petsmart. This particular Panera the cashier was very friendly, but the lady who dropped off our food wasn't so much and it looked like she was a manager which is even worse. Also forgot to bring a smoothie which we had ordered and since she took our number when she quickly dropped off our food I had to go in searching for the drink which no one knew where it could be. Turns out someone else was trying to bring it to our table but since there was no number they had no idea where to take it. ( Maybe when they deliver stuff to the tables they should check the receipts or ask if theres anything else missing?) just saying to avoid simple mistakes. Their baked treats are good, I dont think you can't go wrong there. Usually when I do go to a Panera is early to pick up a sweet treat and get their vanilla chai. Yes, no doubt I will probably come back, but if I want to make sure I get a really delicious sandwich, soup or salad for this price. I wouldn't say Panera is on my Top ten.

The vibe of the restaurant is very comfortable. It is the kind of spot you walk into after a long day or a productive day and you just know you are about to eat something good. It feels like a family run place, even if it is not actually run by family. It has that warmth. You can tell it is an important part of the neighborhood. I even noticed pictures of community members on the wall, which says a lot. Now, the food. There is hot food, cold food, and plenty of items you can take home. I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich, and let me tell you, it was the size of a skinny football. I am not exaggerating. It took me almost a day and a half to finish it. It tasted exceptional, and I actually had to stop myself from eating the whole thing in one sitting so I would not slip into a food coma. One tip, eat it while it is hot. That is when it is at its peak power. My friend agreed with me about the overall vibe and quality. If I am ever in the neighborhood again, I will gladly go out of my way just to try more of their dishes. You do not find spots like this easily. New York City has great food, but a place with this combination of warmth, quality, portion size, and charm is rare. In another city, this could easily be a reservation only spot packed every night. Here, it fits perfectly in the community. Great job to everyone there. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

It was 40 mins before closing on a Sunday, the complete staff still made us feel lived and welcomed. They went through the menu with us, they described anything that was needed. Let's get to the beautiful ambiance, we sat outside and had a nice romantic evening together. The food was beyond delicious. I got a chicken cutlet parm with vodka sauce on a huge hero. The flavor was on point, texture of vodka sauce was NOT overwhelming. The amount of mozzarella they put on it was perfect to where it had a nice even melt. My bride ordered an eggplant wrap drizzled with sweet balsamic glaze. Cant wait to have to go to NJ for something again just to enjoy this place one more time!

What makes this worse is that this was not cut by a new kid or someone learning the ropes. This was cut by one of the senior guys at the deli. The veteran. The supposed professional. Come on man, check your eyes. I literally felt robbed because I had to take the smaller half out of principle. No one should have to suffer like this over a sandwich. We picked a broth and then ordered a bunch of meats, vegetables, and noodles to share. It's the kind of place where you end up trying a little bit of everything, and it's perfect for a group because everyone can customize their own bites. We also appreciated that it didn't feel rushed, even though it was lunchtime. Service was great too. The staff was friendly, checked on us often enough without hovering, and helped explain options for anyone who hadn't done hot pot before. That made a big difference, especially with a bigger group. By the time we finished, we were already talking about coming back. I definitely plan to return soon with my family, and I can also see myself bringing a few colleagues here as well. I've also turned my family and friends on to this restaurant as well. I usually do pick-up, but I've had delivery here as well and have eaten inside only once. This place is small but very clean. They recommend BYOB, but the ambience really isn't there for dinner - which is fine! It's a take out shop, what do you expect? The most important thing to remember is everything here is MADE FRESH, YA'LL!!! They make everything to order so you may be waiting a few minutes for your meal. RoP's popularity has really picked up over the past year, so sometimes the wait can get a little long. My favorite things are the wraps (the Supreme Wrap is my OG to go, but the chipotle wrap is a close second), the chicken fingers, and the fried chicken sandwich. I've also had their salads which are fresh and tasty, and a bunch of their sides - the cornbread, the creamed spinach, the mashed potatoes, and the coleslaw are all stars. (The mac n cheese is just ok! ) I've not had the Rotisserie or BBQ here, but my friends who do have said it's amazing. They also do lunch specials which is great! My favorite thing about this place, however, has to be the handmade fries. They are EXCELLENT - some of the best French fries in the area! Also, the staff here is always so pleasant and kind. They always make a note to thank you for your tips, even when placing an order online. Overall, this is a great small business to support!
