BLT on asiago bagel
Angela P.

Yesterday, I ordered a BLT, light mayonnaise, and avocado on an Asiago bagel. The sandwich had only 4 pieces of bacon on it. To make matters worse, they spread the sandwich across on 2 bagels. Two extremely thin slices of bacon on each bagel. I put everything on one bagel so I could taste meat and tossed the rest. My bread sandwich with 4 tiny slices of bacon cost $13.49. Yep. I could buy a pound or two of bacon for that cost. With my husband's order and our drinks, the cost was over $40. Nope, we won't be back.

Chick Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Just paid for the chicken noodle soup bowl and came home to find out there was less than a spoonful of actual food. All broth. How does this even happen? I would get more food from a $1 can of soup.

Pieces of fat and bacon?
Pamela C.

I don't know why I continue to come here when they rarely get my order correct. Today, they forgot the sides and added tiny pieces of bacon to my bacon, turkey, bravo. This seems like a small issue but when paying over $19 for soup and a sandwich, I expect it to be decent or at the very least correct. Also, they put ham and turkey on my bacon, turkey bravo. This place is in serious need of management and/or quality. It's absolutely terrible.

I paid for bacon Mac n cheese and got no bacon... how the hell you forget the bacon? It's in the name!!! Just mushy noodles in a bland cream sauce... 0 stars

so i went to panera bread yesterday and it was the worst experience ever im 82 years old and just wanted a nice meal but boy was i in for a surprise first of all i couldnt figure out how to order there were these crazy screens everywhere and no one would help me finally a young man came over but he didnt speak english well and i had to repeat chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl like ten times then the coffee machine attacked me im not kidding i tried to get a cup and the thing exploded coffee everywhere i was drenched it was like a scene from a comedy movie but it wasnt funny when my food finally came the bread bowl was rock hard i almost broke my dentures on it and the soup was freezing cold i thought i was gonna get hypothermia from eating it the place was packed with screaming kids and loud music i couldnt hear myself think let alone enjoy my meal and dont even get me started on the bathroom it was like a swamp in there water all over the floor i nearly went ice skating to top it all off a bird flew into the restaurant and started pecking at peoples food it was absolute chaos people were screaming and running it was like a scene from a horror movie panera bread you need to get your act together this was the worst experience of my life zero stars if i could - ethel b

I got a few leaves of lettuce, a couple of cherry tomatoes and 2 small strings of red onion for the full price! They might of run out, I don't know

$19 for a gas station salad and a leaking soup.
Ted K.

This place is the worst Panera in the universe. They suck. Run away. Heed this warning. Ordered a you pick two...bowl of chicken noodle soup...with a half Chicken Caesar salad with egg, Gorgonzola and almonds added. A large Diet Pepsi and a cookie. $19.29 for the whole shooting match. To sum up my order...when I opened my bag I learned I paid $19 for a leaking cup of soup and salad I would expect to see in a gas station cooler...no chicken...next to nothing for blue cheese...just crumbs...pecans instead of almonds...for real....all the stuff I paid extra for was either missing, incorrect or so sparse it might as well be left off the salad. The soup was leaking through the bottom of the bag because they didn't put the lid on all the way. The person that made this salad knows full well they wouldn't pay $19 for it...the manager that runs the restaurant wouldn't pay $19 for this...why should I? I guess it is "Screw-what-you-want...It's-you-get-what-you-get" Day at this Panera. Not going back any time soon.

Soup filled up about 65% of the way.

Good food and deserts. A little pricey, but worth it.

It's unfortunate that I receive the exact opposite on my second visit. I was waiting to be helped and they took two white men, and an elder white lady before me, even though I was acknowledged. I can understand if they're older and they wanna be helpful first, but there is no communication on this.... And then I saw the sign. I should've taken a photo cause it was a little startling, and unfortunate that they expressed so openly their political position and hate for Wokeness. I've heard some stories how they are true MAGA and slightly racist, but you have to experience it for yourself. You have to give a place a chance. And it saddens me the way I was treated on my second time back. Folks everywhere are just so sad and upset these days, every life has been disrupted in someway the last 10 years for multiple reasons. It's stressful out here, but it's also stressful trying to get good quality food with all the regulation changes. I travel out of the country multiple times a year and American food is just the worst. So I'll keep searching for quality in both the product and in the customer service. In some small way, it's good to know a store position because I don't wanna give them my business. It's so weird to fight against progress. And it's even weirder to think Wokeness is a thing. Stay asleep.

It was like an old school grocery stop with a deli shop that was busy when I walked in. Had me curious enough to come back and try a lunch sandwich from here. This meat market has the soup bones for my dogs for a decent price also. I never wrote a review with the intent of a follow up review as I have to come back, grab a sandwich and buy some ready made family style dinner trays that looked like it would make my cooking nights way easier! The lady Çathy up front was extremely knowledgeable of the place. I will be back very soon to provide an update on the family dishes and sandwiches! Can't wait!

There were more workers than customers which was the first thing that hit me. Second, the menu wasn't that easy to decipher. All I wanted was a simple tuna sub. I decided to get just the 6" sandwich since adding the drink and a bag of chips was no bargain. I paid nearly $10 for just the sandwich. I know inflation has caused prices to surge recently but I did not feel my meager sandwich was worth 10 bucks after I consumed it at home. I live very close by. If I would have purchased the simple combo, I would have paid about $20 and that was much more than I was willing to pay for such a lowly presentation and not very appetizing endeavor. It just wasn't worth the asking price. Gee, imagine what a family of four (4) would pay to be fed here? Sadly, fast food chain restaurants are quiet the costly alternative to filling your stomach these days. You'll never get rich being a frequent diner at Jersey Mike's, nor can you count on getting a nourishing meal. Better options remain for the discovery, I'll let you seek and find them out.

I realize it's under your "cold sandwiches " but come on... No, I was told. Our grill is off. I said really? No hot sandwiches after 8:30?? I told them they should put that on their website or front door! Went to Potbelly.

However, thank God for an excellent employee that really serves with passion, knowledge and professionalism who is really kindhearted as well! I enjoyed my time with Lexie L. so much that I spent more money than I came in to spend‼ What an extraordinary employee you have in Lexie L. I really appreciated my time with her as well as Jocelyn C. The store was very clean and restrooms‼ Food was delicious, delicious donuts and drinks Lexie even had me try a new drink that I will be having again in another time! Great employees! It's not necessarily easy to be in customer service however, those that do it well deserve acknowledgement and accolades! At first I felt the donuts and sandwiches were priced pretty high, until I tried them and felt they were so fresh and tasty that they were priced fine. It's not the cheapest place to purchase donuts, but the quality is pretty high. The service was just excellent. They welcome you once you walk in the door and are so patient with each person they assist. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Except that they clean their floors better. I visited about :30 minutes after they opened and the floors were so sticky, I was still sticking to the ground when I walked outside back to my car. I tried a variety of donuts + a breakfast sandwich + a coffee drink. The donuts were great - each one tasted better than the last. My favorite right now is the Pistachio Lemon Old-Fashioned! It's so good! I also got a sandwich with bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. I felt the amount of ingredients inside the croissant were lacking a bit. I included photos below. I ordered a almond milk latte and it was perfect. Much better coffee than Dunkin Donuts by the way!
