I was out shopping with my daughter & decided to have lunch at Panera. It wasn't the best lunch, my french onion soup didn't have melted cheese & it was barely warm, my daughter's meal was good she said. She picked out a cookie. It was raining & we wanted soup

My husband and I stopped by the Panera in Sand City, CA for lunch, and wow--things have really gone downhill. There were very few employees, the tables were filthy, and we actually had to wipe down our own table just to sit and eat. I've included a few photos to show the condition of the place. It wasn't even busy, so please do better, Panera!

And quick service and it came on time. Everybody loved their sandwiches it came with chips. Very tasty chips not overly salty. Nice location close to highway and plenty of parking. It was taken out, so I cannot judge on the inside. But very nice presentation. .

    Dirty dishes, garbage

The soups and sandwiches are okay. The portions of soup are small (when I inquired they said it was measured). I ordered a soup and it seemed more cup-size than bowl. Service is good, atmosphere is relaxing. Fast internet.

I rarely eat here - so rarely that I forget how much I don't like it. This was o different. Chicken noodle soup was pretty good as was onion soup. Tina sandwich nothing to write home about. Fuji apple salad with APPLE CHIPS was not good. The half salad was tiny. Especially for almost $9!!!! We door dashed the order snd everything was correct. But the food was underwhelming.

Ordered a tuna sandwich. I got the most tasteless, tuna free "salad sandwich" instead. Don't waste your money. Horrible.

We are hungry and we found this amazing place with tasty American sandwiches or healthy salad for our body, there are self kiosks or the person who works will help and taking the orders, the inside of the restaurant is so clean and a lot table and chairs to sit to eat or chatting.

So I was driving down to Monterey from Sacramento for a quick little 36 hour golfing trip. When I…read morearrived in Monterey,I was starving so I quickly jumped on Yelp and found the closest breakfast burrito spot I could find-That's when I found 3 Mundos Sandwich Shop on Fremont Street, which is a sandwich shop that also makes breakfast burritos. When we arrived they had a small parking lot but busy because they do a lot of Door Dash and Uber Eats business. Once inside I took a quick look at the menu and saw they had breakfast burritos of either Chorizo-Sausage-Ham-Bacon or Veggie. I chose Chorizo breakfast burrito($10.39) The shop is run by the owner-he was the cashier and the cook. In talking to him,he was telling me that his family owns multiple Mexican small shops like this in the Juarez Mexico area and El Paso Texas area.Says that all the shops use the same recipe for their hot sauce that is served with the burritos. Once the burrito arrived,it was both heavy and warm.Once I cut it open,I was able to appreciate the craftsmanship of this burrito in all its chorizo, egg, potato and cheese glory-it was beautiful. As pretty as it was though,it tasted even better,I had planned on only eating half of it as I had a tee time in less than an hour but one bite led to another and then it was gone. I've had many breakfast burritos in my day and as unexpected as this is to say, this may have been the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. Also the aforementioned family-recipe hot sauce that came with the burrito was so spicy yet so tasty--perfect combo to a perfect burrito. In closing,if you ever find yourself in the Monterey area and you want to treat yourself to some upper echelon breakfast burritos-do yourself a favor and stop at 3 Mundos sandwich shop-a top tier food experience awaits.

A fantastic option for a Breakfast Burrito or sandwich…read more Greeted by the owner who took the order and made the Burrito, he was friendly and helpful with suggestions, providing fast friendly service . At the time I stopped in, it was very quiet compared to previous trips, with no waiting to order and our pick of seats. I ordered a Ham Breakfast Burrito to try something different and it was fantastic. The tortilla had a nice char on it before being wrapped around the plentiful ham, potatoes, egg and cheese in its swaddling embrace. Each bite was fresh and flavorful, even beforr adding some of the house made salsa, which added an even bigger burst of flavor and some heat. I ate 1/2 on site, and rewrapped the other half and enjoyed that while at the golf course.

We met Raul at the counter. He is by far the most friendly, kind and informed restaurant staff (about gluten sensitivity, gluten allergy and what it is to have Celiac) we've ever met. He explained how he prepares the gluten free dough separate, bakes it separate and plates it separate. Based on Raul's genuine concern and knowledge, my hubby decided to try it. Our family had various different sandwiches. (I had the very delicious Vegetariano.) We all agreed they were THE BEST SANDWICHES WE'VE EVER HAD...EVER...ANYWHERE...(mike drop). The freshly baked bread was incredible, all of the ingredients were fresh, even the side salad was amazing!!! The service was straight out of the old days, when people actually had pride in their work and genuinely cared about how you were treated in their establishment. We wish every restaurant that offers gluten free options could have someone as friendly, kind and knowledgeable as Raul. The ambiance was very cute/quaint inside and out. It was a beautiful sunny day so we sat outside to enjoy the sunshine and listen to the sea lions. Raul came out to check on us and we could not thank him enough for his amazing food and hospitality. When we said how much we enjoyed the gluten free bread, he told us he sold the flour (from Italy) inside. My adult son immediately bought some for us to bake gluten-free bread at home. (We've since baked gluten-free bread and it was just as amazing) I've told everyone I know about this amazing place. Note: The restaurant doesn't have its own bathroom but there is a public restroom across the street. The public restroom was a bit gross when I went in (lots of flies swarming) and did not have a diaper changing table.

The food just lacks flavor, and there's nothing that really stands out. Honestly, it's the kind of breakfast I feel like I could make at home. The pancakes were just okay, and while the French toast was probably the best thing we tried, it was way too sweet for my taste. The portions are pretty good, and the service has always been friendly and fast, which I definitely appreciate. But overall, I just don't think it's worth the wait or the price. I really wanted to understand the hype, but after giving it multiple chances, it just wasn't for me.
