They obviously have worked on some of my complaints from my last review, because this time, our food was ready super fast, they have a convenient order screen in-store telling you exactly where your order is in the lineup, and as a nice bonus, ordering from the app was super easy and convenient. I also felt like the prices were a little better than they were for the amount of food we got. The atmosphere and look of this Panera is very nice and well kept, as usual. My only thing I'd change now is having a sugar-free option for salads. I love their salads with grilled chicken, but the chicken has sugar in its spice rub, which is unnecessary, especially if you're wanting to actually eat something healthy. Would love that changed! My wife and I had a very nice date here, and would come back again soon. read more

The service was great and the pick two is a great way to get soup and sandwiches. They did not have any of the butter crunch bagels which I love but it was late in the day. Prices have jumped but that is everywhere. read more

Tried the new sesame ginger chicken bowl and it was great!! I also had a free birthday treat and decided on the kitchen sink cookie - wow!!! So good! I would never usually spend $5 for a cookie but this one is tempting. It is huge so that helps! Service was also fast. read more

My husband and I were looking for a light dinner and Panera Bread turned out to be the right place. We got a cinnamon raisin bagel, chocolate chip muffie and a Sips drink to share. This was the perfect amount of food. The food was excellent as always. I love the casual atmosphere of Panera Bread. The cashier was nice and friendly. I highly recommend Panera Bread! read more

Fairly standard Panera location with all the usual favorites. Parking is very plentiful here in a large shopping center. The interior is spacious with all the usual decorations and the setup is nice for casually hanging out for a while. The food is served quickly and efficiently and has the usual fresh flavor you expect from Panera. I wish that some of the countertops were wiped a bit cleaner and supplies (like napkins) were stocked better throughout the store. read more

This is still the worst Panera I've ever been to. I moved from the area 6 years ago, and I had nothing but issues with them back then. Nothing's changed. The food will continue to be good, but the service is still crappy. In the past, we would experience issues every time we would place a group order for our small office. This time it was an order for a soufflé. I ordered ahead and watched order after order being prepared. When it was 5 minutes past my order promise time, I inquired about the status of my order and was told that they had to put it in the oven because they ran out - however, when I walked in, I saw multiple soufflés and only 2 orders placed before mine, so they basically sold my soufflé to multiple other people who walked in instead of preparing MY order. One of the managers actually offered me a free pastry which I appreciated, but I kindly waited for almost 20 minutes past my order promise time. read more

I was trying to talk to a manager at 609 s Perryville road Panera, and I was quickly put on hold by a manager named Delaney and she had me sitting on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back, and I sat on the phone for another 5-10 minutes. This is absurd especially when you are a manager read more

Add more turkey ( 3 thinly sliced of packaged turkey) to the turkey & cheddar sandwich, more mayo instead of a spit of mayo. It was the worst sandwich ever!! The broccoli & cheese soup was so watered down. Worst lunch ever and for the price was not definitely worth it. I'll never support this garbage place again. read more

the employees and manager today were rude asf and stupid ash too. they messed up my order and i called so they could remake it. they didn't put tomatoes on the first time. i come back through and they "remade it" throwing tomatoes in my bag and messing stuff up. the attitude from these people was insane. so disgusting. read more

I appreciate their hard work and keeping customers satisfied, but I was hoping the food would be a little bit warmer, that's all. Keeping this company running is by sharpening the career skills. for example, "putting yourself in customer's shoes" look at their expectations and see why they think they're right. read more

So I made an order for the delivery and requested 2 cinnamon bagels with 1 walnut cream cheese 1.70) and then an additional tub of the same walnut cream cheese like 5.00. When the order arrived we are missing the small cream cheese, I should have just gone for it myself... so the delivery service needs a little work, in checking to make sure the order is complete. read more

Last year i went to this Panera and while waiting for my food i notice how dirty it was. Tables were sticky, flies everywhere, carpet was gross. This was during the summer so i thought it was the heat or something. I just went again a couple of days ago and its still the same or worse. Flies everywhere! Nasty carpet. Does anyone clean or does corporate even make sure its in good condition? Disappointing because i loved coming to this panera years ago. read more

They sell coffee and have cream or sugar. THEY SELL SOUP BUT HAVE NO CRACKERS!!!! Such cheapening of America. Crackers with soup is a tradition for how many years? If they are this cheap, what other corners are cut? No need to return there. read more

I should have just went and got a can of soup and some sandwich meat. we spent $50 on a group size soup and a sandwich and bread bowl we only received one container of soup that was equal to a can of soul and barely enough soup to even fill then bread bowl the sandwich seem like a quarter of a sandwich instead of half. will not be returning huge disappointmen. read more

I went here at 2 pm and there were about four customers in the building. We used the electronic machines to order. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food to be ready which is crazy because this was after lunch hour and they were not busy. I had asked for an apple on the side but instead got chips. I had to go back and get my Apple. It was pretty terrible food too. The bread bowl with soup I got was completely cold! What were they doing for those 20 minutes! And the sandwich I got was also warm as well. A salad was ordered as well without the dressing but it had dressing in it which was very sugary and ruined the whole thing. Overall not a good experience. read more

I go to Panera Bread weekly if not more. I usually go the one on the Belvidere oasis but occasionally check out the Rockford location.. that however won't happen again. My FULL sized sandwich is about half the size it normally is... and the Turkey is bright pink... I know it's not raw but it's not right either. I'm so disappointed, I spend so much money at these restaurants and now I just feel nauseous about it. I'm pregnant I need my food to be FULL sized and the normal color. read more

August 28, 2021 Stopped inside at Knapp's Corner in Grand Rapids just before noon today. There were zero bagels available, and my two requests for soups were not available. The soup that was available was very good. The side apple was mushy. All the booths and table were filthy and had not been cleaned. I had to ask someone to do this. There was also trash on the floor behind the service counter and food scraps on the floor in the booth and table areas. I considered calling the health department. By the way, this review shows me as living in San Francisco. What's up with that. I am in Grand Rapids, Michigan. read more

We waited 30 minutes for 2 bowls of soup! And our order was wrong!! My husband ordered turkey chili and got vegetable soup. Both the inside attention and the parking lot are full of those that are doing deliveries. They need to set up a separate service area and food preparation for delivery. Both the quality, courtesy and food have declined. read more

Good location with a drive through which is kind of cool. The location is close to state street and the service is generally good. Compared to other Panera's they seem to have a good selection of bakery items which often times other locations seem to run out of. The restaurant is a medium size and is generally kind of loud if you are trying to have a meeting, but there is plenty of table space for the number of people there. read more

Stopped in here to get lunch: French onion and tomato soups with Chicken Caesar Salad - very good. The music was a bit loud and the air conditioning was set too low - it was freezing in there! So the reason for my 3 stars isn't the food because as all Paneras go they have great choices and food always taste the same. As for the service, they can always improve. Now the real reason for my 3 stars is the fact that this Panera has something against you coming in and wanting to do business. It doesn't have the welcoming environment that most paneras I have come to enjoy do. This location will limit you to only a choice of 3 tables if you are looking to use a laptop. I first began visiting Panera as a college student in Florida and it's what made me a fan of them. I have to admit that if this Panera had been the one of choice for me in college I wouldn't have become a fan of Panera the way I did 17 years ago. So if your looking to work don't visit here your chances of getting an outlet is like winning. The lottery. read more

This was my first time using a Panera drive through and my experience was great. Luckily, it wasn't busy. We made it through as quickly as we would have in the restaurant, maybe even faster. The food was ready for us but then again we didn't order anything that was warm or toasted so that may take more time. I've been inside this location during lunch time and during the week, it is a nightmare. You are lucky if you find a spot. Id reccomend waiting for an off time and taking your business in the drive through. read more

You can never experience "bad" when at a Panera. Although I don't go regularly here I found the menu and the flow of the restaurant easy enough. Ordered a turkey sandwich on sourdough with mayo. Simple yet they didn't make it right. However, mistakes can teach us most about a place. Sandwich maker duder was happy to remake the sandwich and unlike most places he chose to give the mix up to me anyway as "otherwise I have to throw it away." I cannot stand it when food goes to waste so this was neat to see. I was served Mac N Cheese even though I told cashier I wanted it taken off the order ... before I ever paid, yet still got charged for it. No worries. It tasted great! Overall, was impressed most with their tea selections. The Black Tea is more to my suiting and found it to be refreshing and a nice surprise. Overall, A++++ solid performance Panera!!! read more

OK...forgiving the idea that I went to Panera while I'm doing a low carb thing (only nearby option for a decent cup of coffee while my car is serviced)...planned to just caffeinate but then I see "Ham and Swiss Soufflé" and I think, "eggs, cheese, ham...can't go wrong, I'll just forgo the bread side that is typically offered." Then, I was handed a bread-encased gooey egg/cheese item. I clarified, "oh, I wanted the soufflé not an egg croissant," only to be informed that was their version of a soufflé. Lemonade from lemons...I'll burn all my carbs for the week and just try it. Flavor was good but the gummy texture was a bit off-putting...however, the fruit cup was excellent so that helped. Oh, and I did get my fill of coffee, so all was forgiven. Side note, their salad and soup selections never disappoint and, when I eat bread, their sandwiches are excellent as well. read more

This location constantly gets my order wrong, this has literally been the 10th time this has happened over the past year. I've called several times & they do mail me a certificate for a free meal. But, that doesn't help when I go on my lunch break & have nothing to eat afterwards. I asked if they could deliver the proper order & they apparently couldn't because my work is 3 blocks out of their delivery radius. I'm so frustrated & hungry now! read more

Been a long time I haven't been here. At least over 3yrs, from what I noticed, nothing has changed. It's still dirty, tables still dirty, the floors still awfully dirty, with crumbs everywhere, the trash still flooding and the dishes still flooding in the tray. The food though still okay, but I feel like they are charging too much for so little. The device was quick and accurate, but I've herd multiple times that the accuracy has been awful and slow at times. The food was tasty, I had Mac n cheese with tomato soup (I mixed them). Update. Can't here a couple times, my order is always missing something. As well; kinda ridiculous that I have to get my bagel on the line where salads and etc is. Why can they donut like before. Which was quicker? Cashier/manager turned around got it slice/toasted and gave it to you right there. And was quick. It's slower agents down at the line. And inconvenient. That the line has to walk down to get the bagel and slice it and etc and walk back and set it. Like A - B -A. Why can't it be before. A-A. Simple read more

Beware of the Kiosk Ordering!! We used this to "save time" and had gift cards to use up. After we ordered we did not get a receipt and we decided to double check our bank account (we used our debit card for part of the purchase). I am so glad that we did! They had taken our gift cards but not actually taken the money off of them, instead our card was charged the full amount!! We did speak with management and they are fixing this problem for us but I now have to wait on a refund. As far as food goes, the bread bowl is a overpriced option. I love the concept but you end up with less soup than if you even got a cup of soup it looked like. Their soups are delicious and I will order them again but just get a bowl not a bread bowl. The bread that comes with it is good enough :) Kudos to Management staff for listening to customers and fixing problems quickly though. read more

My review is based on the rapid pick up. I like that I can order for a later time. I ordered yesterday around 230 PM for pick up at 5. I got there and no order ready. I had to wait in line to ask about my order. After a few minutes the mgr came out with it she said that they couldn't find the sheet for it? Whatever. No apology no nothing. Got in the car and the mac and cheese was cold! Clearly my order had been sitting somewhere. We just warmed it up but the experience was not pk..very poor service read more

We ordered online. When we went to pick up, they didn't have our order. Left card at home and did not know by heart. Manager Leo came and tried to work out the order from my phone.
