Honestly I ordered the food when I was at work and even tho I forgot to pick it up from the office when it arrived(picked it a little later), the food was still warm. I'm so used to eating my food cold because when it's being delivered it's normally always cold but when I received it, it was absolutely delicious not only was it perfect temperature but it was absolutely delicious and really fulfilling. Stopped in while in the area. Found this Panera to be clean and very quiet which was nice. I tried the new Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich. I did the pick 2 and had a cup of their delicious Autumn Squash Soup and 1/2 sandwich. The Autumn Squash Soup is a favorite of mine! The new BBQ sandwich was tasty. Panera always has a nice assortment of danish, bagels and breads. If you order a meal you can get a cookie or danish for 99 cents. If you like flavored coffee, the hazelnut coffee is very tasty. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies are good too!! This Panera has a nice outdoor patio. Also, it is in a strip mall with plenty of parking available. read more

I get their Mac an cheese with a side of bread, or I normally get their Grilled Cheese with tomato soup. The workers are really nice but sometimes they are rude to me when I order which I find very annoying. Their bathroom is very clean and I love how they vacuum the floors a lot and wipe the tables down. read more

This Panera is always on point! Lauryn was quick to jump on a register and take my order with a smile when she saw a larger group ahead of me being waited on. The transaction was quick and had me on my way to the pick up counter which I really appreciated. Grace (I believe her name tag said) was quick to greet me at the pick up counter with a smile and pleasant chit chat. She had my order accurate and packaged to go quickly. I highly recommend the Bacon Turkey Bravo or Napa Chicken Salad sandwich, they are our current favorites. Parking is a little tight since there are other businesses that are popular in the same plaza but it's worth the great service. The dining area is spacious and clean and there's a nice outdoor patio with umbrellas. read more

I've never been a big sandwich, salad and soup fan - more of a hamburger girl...BUT, for breakfast I LOVE a good egg sandwich and Panera now has them on their menu and they are DELICIOUS!! I have to tell you how funny this is - I loved my sandwich and so did my husband and they got our order wrong...both of ours. And i still LOVED it!! When you look at the menu, it gives you 3 choices of sauces - a pesto (eww) chipotle aioli (very spicy she said) and sweet maple (again, eww) so I was a bit disappointed. The girl could see it on my face as I tossed around did I want to try mayo??? :-P And she said, what about garlic-herb spread? YIPPPEEEEE!!!!! Just what I was looking for! Not too spice, not too sweet! So, I ordered my sandwich with egg over easy and soft(I love mess) and cheese (no meat) and garlic herb. My husband ordered scrambled egg (didn't want to make a mess) and meat, no cheese or sauce. We got his with meat and cheese and a runny egg. I got my sauce and no meat but a hard egg. Update: For COVID they have precautions in place to keep everyone safe such as social distancing, sanitizing, and contactless payments. Panera also just recently added some summer salads and sandwiches to their menu (see photos). I had the strawberry poppyseed salad and BBQ chicken sandwich. The salad was super delicious, but the sandwich itself was nothing too special - a lot of bread for very little condiments inside. One of my party members also got the teriyaki sandwich which they mentioned was a little dry as well. Overall, still a great job by Panera. If you go, I definitely recommend one of their salads or pastries, as those are always a big hit. read more

Not so excited about watching the lady prepare people's food. As I approached I noticed her mask was on but just over her mouth. Hmmm, so if her nostrils are out in the open and she is breathing through her nose right above peoples food then she might as well not be wearing a mask. Breathe out through your nose and the air from those nasty nostrils goes in a direct path down to your food. Then with her gloves on, she adjusts her mask to put it over her nose and then continues to touch the food. Now I'm not a genius but if she is breathing out her nose all over the top of the outside of that mask and then touches it with her gloves then touches your food, are you 100% getting her nose goo on your food? I say 100% yes you are. So I challenge everyone that reads this to stand at the counter and watch them prepare your food at this location. See if your next meal will have someone's nasty in it. Restaurant was very filthy and although it was lunch hour they were not particularly busy so no reason for someone not to clean. Called manager while we were there but told her we had just left to see what she would do. She said she had been in the back and hadn't looked at the restaurant recently but thanked me and said she would come out and check it out and in the 20 minutes we were there we never saw her. No napkins on the counter, ice all over the floor and trash outside and inside. Not very many clean tables, spilled drinks all over the floor. No paper towels in the bathroom. read more

Food is great but like practically every Panera Bread in the Tampa Bay region that is franchised by Covelli Enterprises, their customer service needs to improve. I had a bagel and I wanted it sliced only, not toasted. The counter lady right after she pulled the bagel and sliced it she placed it in the toaster against what I ordered. I had to tell her that I did not want my bagel toasted! Why can't Panera take the time to listen to the customer as to what the customer wants? What ever happened to "the customer comes first?" If a customer already knows what they want, take the order without the constant hand holding or interrupting the customer mid-order! On a side note, the Panera Bread in Plant City has had a habit of closing earlier than their normal operating hours on Sundays in the past. If you want to close early on Sundays, either change your hours or close completely on Sundays. read more

While the food was edible my wife and I both ordered toasted bagels and when handed to us after going through toaster where still room temperature. I also ordered a bear claw which was not offered or handed to me with the bagels I had to ask for it. Then was asked " want me to just toss in in a bag". It's a Panera Bread. There really isn't much else to say. I have read a few of the other posts here and I haven't had any of those experiences. This tends to be my go-to restaurants post Sunday Service and it's always a pleasant dining experience. My only complaint is that I wish they still had the Soba noodle bowls. read more
