$8 for a bowl of soup that's half empty that's ridiculous. $8 for a bowl of soup that's half empty that's ridiculous

This is a nice place to start the day. Have to stop by here and get the Chipotle Bacon Flatbread Pizza in the morning before going to work. The hostess is so sweet and friendly. She greets me by my name.

Drive through

Wow - this drive through is not the normal super tight type - lots of space which is great for people with large Suvs. Lady who took my order was so friendly and professional - I could hear and understand her clearly ( imagine that lol). My food came out fast and lady who handed it to me was very nice also. The soufflés are only available in the morning so get there early! They only make a limited amount so they are always fresh. Yummy!

Ordered a hot tea - but no hot water. I asked the manager and told him there was no hot water container. No one brought any hot water out.

This place is a disaster and probably a health hazard. We waited in a long line (15 minutes) to place our order, and the poor cashier was pretty much on her own. The manger was too busy trying to help the kitchen. Somehow, the girl got our order wrong even though she read it back correctly. We didn't notice it until we looked at our receipt. The kitchen messed up our order. The sandwiches were cold. The only decent thing was the Southwest Salad. Here are the troubling things I saw: - The manager came over to help the cashier and used the register with gloves on. He walked back to the kitchen without changing his gloves and washing his hands. - I ordered a hot tea. The cashier handed me the cup with her fingers inside the cup. (I asked for another one.) - There was a vacuum cleaner with a long extension cord wrapping through the dining room. No problem - except there was no one using the vacuum. - A pile of food was swept up in view by the prep area. No one bothered to take the thirty seconds to actually throw the pile of food in the garbage. - The manager looked like he was just about 21, and he was not able to handle his staff. I will also be writing to corporate. This was unacceptable. This location has historically had horrible service, but it was convenient. I can confidently say I will never eat at this Panera location again.

Soba chicken bowl and Fuji Apple salad

It's hardly necessary to review a restaurant chain that most people have been to, so I'll restrict my comments to this particular store, and to the new food item introduced on this visit. Compared to other Panera's this location is: -nicer than most interiors -a bit more difficult to park near -has a friendlier staff -has an annoying habit of paging you before your meal is actually ready. The new item I tried was the Soba Noodle broth bowl with chicken. The broth had a pleasant Asian-inspired flavor, and there was lots of tender and savory chicken. The noodles were a bit odd, grayish with a square cross section, and finer than true soba noodles. Overall the complexity of the dish did not approach that of the Japanese Ramen bowls it imitates. If you're looking for a Panera in Orlando, I'd rate this as the best one in the area.

Green Goddess Cobb Salad (full portion)

Busy location, fast service and a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Later in the day, some side choices are no longer available such as the whole grain bread. Convenient drive through ordering at this location is a plus! I usually get the Cobb salad, which is always delicious. I recently ordered chicken soup that had oil floating on the top, definitely had been sitting for awhile. The manager fixed the problem, got me a fresh one and refunded me. Good customer service in that aspect. Sometimes there are no tables available due to local high school students studying there after school so plan accordingly for that.

Horrible Service. Panera bread is one of my favorite fast food places, but try to stay away from this location.

The Vibe: From the outside, the shop is pretty unassuming, tucked into a strip mall--but that's often where the best deli spots are hiding. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a busy lunch rush and a fast-paced New York deli vibe, with staff cranking out sandwiches left and right. Always a good sign. What We Ordered: * Hot Rachel * Classic Italian * 1/2 lb pesto macaroni salad * 1/2 lb redskin potato salad We took everything home for lunch and... Every single thing was delicious. Sandwich Highlights: The Hot Rachel was exactly what you want from a deli sandwich--tender pastrami, melty Swiss, tangy slaw, and toasted rye all working together perfectly. Stacked high and full of flavor. My husband's Classic Italian was also fantastic, loaded with meats and that classic deli balance of flavors. Both deli salads were great, but the pesto macaroni salad was the standout--creamy, herby, and packed with flavor. We're honestly so excited to have discovered a great New York-style deli less than 10 minutes from our house. Safe to say we'll definitely be back soon to work our way through the rest of the menu. Pro tip: Don't skip the deli salads--grab one or two to share with your sandwich.

The music was perfect with what they played and how loud it was. I got the tiramisu latte, cheese danish, and cheesecake cup. I hate berries, and I ate them all. They had lunch sandwich options which I wish I took the opportunity to try, but I was hungry and got all the sweets. Hindsight, I wish I got an extra shot of espresso with my latte, that's not their fault. I just usually have a cappuccino with nothing added. I still drank the whole thing. Service was quick and friendly. He asked if I wanted my danish toasted, I've never done that before so I said yes.
