This location is amazing. Can some of you guys move to NYC and show'em how it's done?? The door was held for me when I walked in, people came to check on my friend and I while eating, trays were scooped from the table when we were done, doors were held as we left. Damn am I at Panera or fancy restaurant? Either way I love it. Even the Panera's in NYC aren't like that and it was packed on this rainy morning! I love this location. Solid panera. I usually get stuff to go and they're quick about it. I usually have to check for things in the bag like dressing and croutons just to make sure it's there. Sometimes it's not and I have to ask for it. I shouldn't have to ask for it if it comes with the meal. But, they do give it no questions asked. Love their salads, sandwiches and soups. Kinda pricy for what it is. But it tastes good. It's clean and you can usually find a place to sit even at the busiest hours. read more

I eat a lot of Panera- mostly because of its generally good food, convenient locations, wi-fi. Of all the locations in Baltimore, this is the best one. It has the most consistency with food, freshness, and customer service. I wish it was a little bigger. read more

Bright and airy. Nice spot for lunch. Keep in mind that because of its convenient location, this Panera Bread can be very crowded at lunch.

Coming home from a trip from florida my family needed a break before we hit NJ. Stumbled upon this panera bread and was greeted with nothing less then kind customer Service and delicious food. My wife had a pick two sandwich and soup, i got the soup bread bowl. Both of us had the broc cheddar soup but since mine was in a bread bowl it just seemed different even though it wasn't. Creamy and perfectly seasoned soup with freshly baked bread. Totally recommended!! read more

It was pretty busy but Food was gas, the tables were wiped, and it was clean in the eating area. I went last Thursday at 6pm.

Ordered a half Fuji apple salad to go. The dressing was LESS than half way filled. Not even enough to cover 4 pieces of lettuce. ONE whole dried apple slice broken into 4 little sad pieces. It was only 6:00p. TOTALLY Unacceptable food. Will be my first and last time at this location. I'll have to waste everyone's time and order my food for here to check behind the incompetence then ask for to go containers to box my own food. The level of incompetence in the service industry is sad. Threw the whole salad away--it felt like a refurbished salad. read more

YUCK! This is probably one of the worst Panera Bread locations ever! My husband and I made the mistake of eating breakfast here this morning. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese a vanilla latte. My husband ordered the steel cut oats with blueberries and a strawberry banana smoothie. My bagel was ready first and was on a dirty plate. My husband oatmeal came out next and it looked okay, but they had added all kinds of sugar (which he didn't need or want). We waited for at least five minutes and had to ask if someone was making our drinks. We were told that they were out of bananas, do it would just be a strawberry smoothie. The "smoothie" was some mystery pink liquid mixed worth what looked like yogurt. No real fruit was used at all. The vanilla latte had a really weak coffee flavor, and I didn't see her actually grind any coffee or even scoop it out, which makes me think the coffee was not real coffee, but something out of a box. The bagel was cold by the time we were able to actually sit down and eat. The oatmeal had rotten blueberries and was NOT edible. The smoothie and coffee were so bad that we just threw them away. I will NEVER return to this location, and it will be a very long time before I eat here again. read more

An absolute joke. Ordered rapid pick up just to get the wrong food! Tried calling MULTIPLE times over an hour to reach a manager to resolve the issue but instead was ignored and an associate even answered just to hang up the phone. On the website there is no where to file complaints and all of the links are not found which was unbelievable. I had to drive from Dundalk back to this location since no one would pick up the phone at the store. When I got there I asked for a refund for the inconvenience and they only refunded one item which would've covered the gas to just drive there to fix this myself! When I told them I tried to call to avoid the inconvenience of driving back out there they shrugged it off and did not care what so ever. I was told "We don't answer the phone during lunch times" which baffles me because of situations that could happen like this! How do you ignore the phone?! I work in food service and it is no excuse to ignore customers when you mess up their food which is not cheap! And then to be unapologetic and not care just because of being "busy" ! Are you serious??? They had enough time to pick up the phone and quickly hang up on me lol. I wish I had a picture of the food it was unappealing and not even close to what I ordered. Probably will never return to another Panera. All locations ignore customer phone calls because they are lazy and simply do not care. Not worth another dime! Would rather spend my money at a local business with outstanding service. read more

Good food, extremely Great service. While traveling nearly 12 hours in the car with my husband, 3kids and our dog, enroute back to NJ, we were starving and wanted to make our final pitstop, and decided upon Panera as our choice for good grub. The meal itself was satisfying for all and we sat on the patio outside to relax before hitting the road for last 170 miles. When we got home I realized I had left my purse at the restaurant! I had all my valuables inside, including my wedding rings, cash and my camera filled with all our vacation pictures! I was sooo upset, thinking I would never see them ever again! I called early the next morning and spoke to a lovely manager, Heather, she told me they did indeed have my purse and everything was in tact. My wonderful husband drove all the way back to retrieve it and thank the staff personally. I really like Panera Bread...OTHER locations! Nottingham gets busy, so they shut down cashiers at coffee/pastry shop! Timonium does NOT do that, they and other locations keep someone at pastry shop to handle quick/simple orders. Other locations also send survey to ask for feedback on food, service, etc. Nottingham does NOT. Maybe they are afraid of the survey responses. read more

Since they dropped Italian combo sandwich I noticed that they trying to go cheap. The quality and ingredients went down a lot since they opened . I'd say they will loose lots of customers. read more

Stopped into Panera closet to house today for egg white breakfast sandwich and was met with very unpleasant experience. Walked in at 10:28 to order breakfast, however, cashier was hanging a menu sign and by the time she came over to take my order, informed me that I missed the 10:30 breakfast cut-off. I explained that was because she was hanging the sign, not because I wasn't there. I spoke with the manager, Danelle, who quite frankly looked as if she couldn't care any less. I ask why with 8 people working there, the single cashier would be the one hanging a menu sign, and at the breakfast cut-off time at that. She said sorry, but grills were off and couldn't be done. So begrudgingly placed lunch order, and while waiting, noticed five egg whites already made just sitting there, and when I ask the cook, he said they were leftover. Had to go ask Danelle, why if they were sitting there, wouldn't she accommodate my egg white sandwich... at which point she looked mad and said she would if I wanted an expired egg sandwich. This exemplified her attitude, and when I informed her that the cook just told me they were okay, but leftover, she said okay, would you like an egg sandwich. Wow, I've been eating at Panera for years and have always witnessed employees and mgt going out of their way to right any wrong or open registers when busy, and try to be as accommodating as possible. This morning was ridiculous. I wanted an egg sandwich and drove 15 minutes out of my way to visit Panera... driving past 3 McDonalds (one right next door - who now serve a nice egg white sandwich), Chick-Filet, and half-a-dozen assorted breakfast joints... and in the end was disappointed eating a chicken sandwich for breakfast. Would have to say that the experience was so distasteful, I believe it will be some time before I visit again. It's a shame that with all that Panera does right, that a single weak manager can provide such a horrible experience and ruin all the good will in a single blow. read more

I haven't been to this Panera Bread location for over a year because last time we visited, my young son's mac n' cheese had little slices of plastic wrap within his serving. Choking hazard!! Luckily, I was the first to taste test his serving because I was concerned about its hot temperature (steaming) and I had a mouthful of plastic wrap!? Today, we revisited this location and I wish I hadn't. It is filthy! When I went to grab a soup spoon out of the dispenser, one was covered in white goo (mayonnaise maybe???). Then, we had to search for a booth that didn't have old food goo smeared on its seats. I understand that Panera's is a family friendly place, but that doesn't mean you don't regularly wipe down your seats and walls. There were dried slops EVERYWHERE...walls, seat cushions, tabletops...EW! Luckily, with diaper bag in hand, I had sanitizing wipes and we finally cleaned our own booth. My family will not be returning to give this location another chance...ever. read more

Please don't give this location your business. They've messed up my order twice in a row, and then were EXTREMELY rude when I pointed out that they'd forgotten half of my order (twice). Honestly? I should probably spoken to a manager but anyone who hires employees who are that terrible is probably not interested in fixing my experience. The food is good when you actually get what you've ordered and paid for but I will not return to this location and encourage you to look elsewhere as well. read more

As soon as we walked in we were just stared at. The very grumpy unfriendly girl at the register turned around as we began to order, to ask another employee to take our order so she could begin closing. When I asked what was on the Italian sandwich, she stated "a bunch of stuff". The food wasn't bad, but on top of the bad attitude from the staff, there was blood and urine all over the toilets in the women's room. Won't be back. read more

I really like this place. The food--particularly the soups--are always delicious and you don't feel like you are getting reamed, price-wise. But the thing that really stands out here is the service. I've been here five or six times since moving to the area and have loved the service each time. The employees have the freedom to adjust "policy" on the fly, and they are quick to smile--like a human, not a mannequin. Those things tell me the owner treats them like humans, not labor units, which is important to me when I spend my money. read more

I phoned in an order to be picked up. When I got there it wasn't quite done yet. The cashier was super nice and got me something to drink while I waited. Another cashier went over and checked when she noticed I was still waiting. I wasn't there for more than a couple minutes extra but they were super nice and very apologetic my order wasn't ready. A+ Panera employees, will dine again (and I don't just say this because they're right up the street from me). read more

The customer service was horrible. I called in to place an order for pick up, I got transferred to 3 different people and then the boy that took my order was extremely sarcastic and rude to me on the phone. He asked my what my name was, repeated my order, and then asked me my name again... and when I repeated myself the SECOND time (with a little bit of a tude) he mocked the way I said my name... at that point I hung up on him. The food is always great and this is the only panera I come to but I do not think this is an appropriate way to treat clients. I am in customer service and I would never think to mock a client on the phone or talk to them with an attitude. read more

Love this place. Their soups are great and the bakery is excellent.

This is one of my favorite Panera locations. I can usually get a table near a wall outlet to plug my laptop in. Lunchtime is usually very crowded though and usually there is a long line. They also have some tables with umbrellas outside at this location. read more
