Good for a quick lunch. Enjoyed the pairings. Nothing memorable but hits the spot for a quick lunch or dinner.

Very cheerful and courteous staff! Food is your typical Panera food, so the 5 stars is mostly for the folks who work there.

The staff is always upbeat, even on the speaker at the drive thru. I haven't had any sub-par experiences here

There's a sandwich of the day which starts off at seven dollars for a regular size sandwich. Today, Tuesday, December 2 the sandwich of the day was the Gyro witch. I'm glad it was because I definitely wanted to try this kind of sandwich and it actually did not disappoint. The meat they use is Gyro style meat made of beef and lamb, not the best I've had but good enough to satisfy my hunger. The toppings really made the sandwich, the sandwich comes with tzatziki sauce and cucumber, but I added a spinach, red onion, hummus, and banana peppers to mine. I had mine with the wheat bread, which was also pretty good. As far as affordability, definitely a good spot to check out. I wouldn't necessarily consider the taste of the sandwich superior though. The girl at the checkout was really friendly. I was a little concerned about the cleanliness behind the counter and the weird smell when I walked in, but other than that, the space was not terrible.

A Cuban only has meat and pickles. You can't skimp on meat if that's the main ingredient! There was literally bread showing thru the "layer" of grey pulled pork meat. I paid $15.50 I paid $3 more for extra bacon on the BLT. What I got was extra large pieces of undercooked fat. There was one piece so large, I thought it was a potato chunk!! I wish it had been a potato instead of a large, floppy piece of pork fat. I paid $17 for extra large flabby pork fat. Can you tell how much I adore pork fat by how many times I am emphasizing PORK FAT??? For the record, I would like to present to you: Photo Exhibits A thru WTF!!? This year for Mother's Day, my wife wanted to visit our oldest son and daughter in law up in New…read moreBraunfels. The plan was for the "kids" to go to the movies while she and I stayed at the house and babysat our adorable little 5 month old grandson. None of us wanted to be bothered with going out for dinner, and my wife doesn't like to do that on "special" days anyway because of the crowds. She decided I would go over to Jimmy John's and pick up. I went on the website and tried to have our order delivered since delivery was free that day with a special code. Even though my son's house is within two miles of the store, they don't deliver there. I called instead, but after being on the phone for about 15 minutes placing a huge order, the staff at the store couldn't set it up for delivery either. No biggie. I was just being lazy anyway. I told them I would pick up our order at 2:45. Like the old fart that I am, I arrived about ten minutes early. I told them what I was there to pick up, and one of the workers told me they were working on my order, and I should grab my cookies, chips, and drinks while I waited. She gave me a huge shopping bag and a drink holder to put them in. While I was finishing up with the drinks, the same young lady called me over and handed me another huge bag with our sandwiches at exactly 2:45! When I got back to the house, we all figured out whose sandwich was whose and sat down to eat. I was amazed that all 5 of the sandwiches were exactly what we ordered. I mean my clan has some picky folks. All but 1 of the subs was full of "hold the ????" and "add some ???". As we ate, we all talked about how good the sandwiches were. My son and daughter in law said that Jimmy Johns was their go to sandwich shop. I totally understand. I had the spicy east coast Italian. It was so loaded with meats that I could have taken half off and made another sandwich. Plus, they put some kind of mayonnaise or aioli on it that was dazzling! All of us had the barbecue flavor chips but my wife. who opted for regular. As far as I am concerned, that was her loss. These were the best kettle chips I have ever had. And, believe me, this fat man has eaten a lot of kettle chips! The oatmeal raisin cookies were also really good. I did not expect that. In my opinion most prefab individually wrapped baked goods are usually only so-so. Now, I have to figure out where my local Jimmy John's is here in San Antonio and hope it is just as good. I don't want sandwiches all the time, but when the time comes, I want a good one like the one I ate in New Braunfels.

Paid for sandwich, waited an hour for my sandwich and when I called about it they told me they…read morecancelled the order...

No gross pieces of chicken, not too heavy on the dressing and great flavor. I chose the fruit side and it was a few strawberries and grapes. My husband got the Fruity Fran BLT and he loved it. Moist chicken with apples, grapes and pecans, crispy bacon and lettuce and tomato. He said it was delicious. He chose the grape salad and I was so jealous. It sounded weird but it is just amazing. I did order a side of pimento cheese and that was not so impressive. It wasn't bad by any means, just not to my liking. We will definetly be ordering again but I will add lettuce and tomato to mine. It think that would put this yummy sandwich over the top. Everything was fresh and prepared with care. I can't wait to have it again and I hope they have a big size of that grape salad!

As always on my reviews, you arrive at your destination and notice a good amount of parking and also ample room for seating. As you enter you walk up to the counter to place your order. The personnel at the restaurant are kind are very attentive and answer any questions you might encounter. The place has a warm welcoming farmhouse atmosphere, which makes you feel at home. Now the most important thing about a restaurant, the food. As the name suggests they offer chicken salads, I had the Barbie-Q Chicken Salad Chick and two sides; the Grape Salad and the soup "Loaded Baked Soup." The chicken salad I had it on a croissant bread sandwich, and I'm not an expert on chicken salads but this was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The flavor of the shredded chicken was really good the seasoning brought out the distinctive taste to the sandwich. The sides were equally delicious, the soup was next level delicious. Overall you can't go wrong with this place, I highly recommend this restaurant.

We intended to have 2 each but had to stick with one in order to function afterwards. I had the CFC Biscuit Benedict and you can customize it with spicy chicken or hot honey. I got the hot honey and it was perfect! It was so delicious I don't leave a morsel behind. My friend and I shared the salted caramel brownie for my birthday, and that was also delicious. I can't wait to come back here and this says a lot since I'm not big of fried chicken. Theirs is fried to perfection (soft on the inside and just crunchy enough on the outside). You're seriously missing out!

I have been to this restaurant several times before and it has always been one of my favorites. The…read moredrinks were amazing and the food was consistently great. Last night I finally brought my husband to try it after hyping it up for so long, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Things have definitely changed. I was really looking forward to the chicken fried chicken, only to find out they were completely out of mashed potatoes. For a place known for chicken, that was surprising. So I ended up just sharing some of my husband's meal and our appetizer. The cornbread has always been something I rave about, especially with their hot honey. This time it came out dry, and the hot honey had no heat at all. It just was not the same. My husband's fried chicken was honestly the worst part. It was burnt, with a layer of black under the breading, and tasted like it had been overcooked to the point of being charred. There is no way the kitchen did not see how dark it was before serving it. That said, his sides were still great, so at least part of the meal was enjoyable. Our friend's chicken sandwich was not terrible, but it did not taste fresh like it used to. It felt more like something frozen and heavily breaded instead of the quality we had experienced before. One positive was the service. Our server was wonderful, and the rest of the staff was kind and attentive as well. I accidentally spilled my drink right after it arrived, and they were quick and gracious to replace it even though it was completely my fault. That was very much appreciated. The other issue that really took away from the experience was the atmosphere. Halfway through our meal, a large group of adults sat in the courtyard and had their children sit separately at a table right next to us, while their parents remained in another section of the patio. The kids were clearly having fun and playing games, which is great, but they were also very loud and screaming just a foot away from our table while their parents enjoyed quiet drinks elsewhere. There were completely open sections of the patio farther away where they could have sat, so it was frustrating that they were placed right next to the only other table of adults trying to enjoy a night out. It ended up being very disruptive and took away from what we had hoped would be a relaxing evening. Overall, I was really disappointed. This used to be a place I highly recommended, but after this visit it feels like the quality and attention to detail have slipped. I truly hope they can get back to what made them so great before.
