I stopped in to Panera after a day of shopping with my daughter. I love their pick two combos because they have such great sandwich, salad and soup options. My favorite is one of their paninis with chicken rice soup when it is an option. A little bread to dip in my soup and it's a perfect meal. On this visit the restaurant was not busy so we had plenty of seating options and our order was ready quickly. The food was fresh and perfectly prepared. The restaurant was spotless and they had plenty of employees to keep service efficient. My favorite part of my visits to Panera is having the opportunity to buy their amazing bagels and cream cheese to go for round two! read more

So first I'd like to say that SERVICE has always been good I have no complaints about that friendly cashiers it's fast when you're going in it's fast when you're in the drive-through drive-through people are always helpful. But I have to say that your food quality has plummeted. I eat it Panera more times a week than I'd like to admit I'm a member of the strip club I'm all in. But I feel like literally month by month things go downhill. Today I got some squash soup which is usually amazing but today it tasted like water. Oh my gosh! Catering issues galore. Spent over $900 for catering delivery and they were over 45 minutes late. I spoke to the manager during the delivery and he told me the third party driver was late to pickup the order and blamed it on them. He said the food was ready on time which it absolutely was NOT. Literally a driver working for Panera showed up with the order! They were short staffed and forgot to inform the customer? Huge mistake. And then lied about it. Two Wednesdays in a row (last week and today) that the cafe was not open as posted. We waited and waited for about 40 minutes and the manager did not show. Last week there were a couple employees in the back who said they could not open as they did no have keys or access to turn on the register. This happened last month as well. Obviously, this is not a one-off thing....and wonder if they are late opening on other days during the week? Advice - don't plan on this location being open in the morning on time. read more

Ok, so most of the time restaurants get great reviews for what they do right. This time, they're gonna get a great review for what they did wrong. My daughter loves Panera Bread. I always thought it was a little overpriced, but she likes it so on her birthday I got her an order to Go, to bring back and celebrate her birthday. We had a decent size order but when I got home, I realized they had forgot the broccoli cheese soup. That is her favorite thing that they have. Even though I should have checked the order, my wife called them and told them about the error. The manager she got was named Douglas. He said, "how can we make this right?"She told him that her Husband is just gonna come back and get the soup even though it's a 20 minute drive because my daughter really likes it. He was very polite and said to ask for him at the window by name. When I got there, he said "oh yeah we have your order. We're sorry for the mistake. We baked you a fresh batch of bread to go with her soup." In addition, he gave me an entire box full of pastries for free and said, "please tell your daughter we're sorry and happy birthday." Kudos to Douglas at this location of Panera Bread. This is how it's done. read more

I don't know why I keep coming back but this is the last time. Bowl of butternut squash, no pumpkin seeds that they normally put on top again No more iced tea? Then the bread is now 1/2 the size. Almost $10 just for the bowl of soup. I went in to ask if they had pumpkin seeds "we're all out". I just asked for a refund. The girl got the manager "Maricella". I asked her about the tea, the seeds, and the bread being 1/2 the size. She looked at me and said "The bread is free", meaning it comes with the soup. No apology, or sorry for the inconvenience. We have been to Panera many times eating the same dishes. Half Fuji Apple Salad and French onion soup. We are disappointed that we receive less of everything. We understand prices went up but charge more or let guests know you have to cut on items such as croutons in the soup, cheese, chicken and other things from the salad. We will not be back. Panera changed a lot of their ingredients to be cleaner, which is why I try to go there more often. I've always enjoyed the comfy atmosphere inside to eat and drink a coffee. I've been enjoying their warm bowls - so tasty. I also enjoy their soups and bakery items. I hope they bring back the corn soup (can't remember the name) - such a unique and wonderfully flavored soup. I'm looking forward to trying the Thai chicken soup. read more

Stopped and picked up a bacon and egg on brioche only to discover that my egg was raw. I went back through the drive through and informed the woman working that my egg was raw to which she informed me (with a tone) that the egg comes over easy. I know what an over easy egg is and over easy does NOT mean raw. Furthermore, when someone comes by and tells you that you're serving something that could potentially make someone really sick, you shouldn't have an attitude about it. I understand that mistakes happen and would have been happy with better customer service and a new sandwich but instead I was treated like I was lying. Unbelievable!!!!! I ordered my usual broccoli chedar soup and chicken avocado BLT for today's Sunday brunch instead of another salad. Anyways I ordered cookies on the side as well and i wanted to get the fresh cookies on the display not the one on the plastic. I insisted i want the freshly baked cookies not the old cookies on the plastic display. There were plenty of cookies on the display and i just wanted to buy one of them yet for whatever reason she keep forcing me to get the one that is old. I'm am beyond disappointed how this specific cashier wanted me to settled for their old cookies. Maan what happen to customer is always right and also why can't she just give me the cookies i originally printed out? By far this place was the dirtiest Panera I've ever been in. Handprints and smears greet you on the doors and that's at 8 in the morning! A trip to the bathroom showed it also dirty with trash that needed emptying and a lightbulb out so I couldn't see how filthy it really was. Again, this was first thing in the morning. The staff is very nice and friendly, the problem is either with the Creekside management or the greed of the restaurant owner. They recently "upgraded" their menu which always means smaller portions and higher costs. PB is no different. They are always out of tuna sandwiches and lately they ran out of chips for any side you get. But did they offer a lower cost, or pick a cookie or anything for your inconvenience??? NO!! Moving my mom into her new home and decided to order some Panera for lunch. Weekday so I placed the order via Grub Hub and waited. And waited. And waited. Going to say Grub Hub issues were bad with the app changing delivery time over and over again after order placed, but that's not what drove the rating for Panera. Food: How is it possible to mess up salad orders when we ordered straight off the menu? Got a chicken caesar salad and the forgot the dressing, a greek salad and they didn't put olives or feta on it, and the chicken poppyseed salad and it had no chicken, I mean not one piece. Spent $44 on lunch and delivery and entire order messed up. If we had made special orders or had requested changes to the salads I would understand but these are your menu items and you couldn't get the basics right. Salads were shoved into the bag sideways so half of one salad was in the bad and not edible. Seriously love Panera but DO NOT order from this one. And if you are using a delivery service, avoid Grub Hub. read more
