Just had another great experience at this Panera Bread!! Mike was so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back again soon!

This location knows how to make a salad these other locations need to follow suit because once they find this location they will only cone here and the staff are nice and I like that

    Bathroom was disgusting

This place is awful. The men and women's restroom were disgusting and the staff can't be assed to clean it. Who knows how clean the rest of the place is, if there's no paper towels in the restrooms to dry hands. Gross.

Ugh! I wish I could give them more stars because they are a great spot for working remotely. They have plenty of space and tables. I noticed they do have a sign on some tables that make them unavailable to use during COVID. When you walk in, you can go straight to the cashier or you can order on the tablets provided at the entrance. I ordered a cafe latte and a croissant. They give you the pastry and they have a microwave if you would like to warm it up. You pick up the food/drinks on the other side. My order was wrong and I only ordered a coffee. The lady before me also had to return her order as it was made wrong. The staff preparing the orders complained to the front staff that they were not taking the orders right because what the customer were telling them they ordered wasn't what it was coming out on the ticket. I went and got a refund for my drink and they gave me the right drink. They weren't busy inside but they had a big drive-thru crowd. Overall, definitely come with no expectations and you'll be fine. Sad to say but true :)

Baja Grain Bowl with Chicken Check your orders before leaving! Most of the time I get what I order but a few times it's hit or miss. Ordered 2 of the same items. One has half the amount by size and no black beans. You would think they would be the same. They didn't check and I should have checked.

The soup amount didn't even fill up a small mug.

You guys. Spent $27 for Panera delivery for dinner because I have the flu. Ordered two bread bowls of soup, one for me, one for my husband. This is what I received. Not even a full cup of soup. Embarrassing for Panera. Charging $10 for literally 3-4 bites of soup. No one wants 4 oz of soup for dinner. I've submitted a request for a refund since I will need to order something that is more than 4 oz. On top of all that, I am a Panera member so a messaged popped up saying I get a free bakery item for my birthday. I select it and add it to my cart. They didn't put in the bag, I guess.

One of the few fast food establishments still making sure single citizens can afford to eat out.

They have a bar, I got the limoncello spritz, which was exactly what I wanted in the 82-degree Nashville weather. The service is quick, from the time we ordered - we got the sandwich just few mins. They have a big patio area, a great spot to sit outside, relax, and people watch. Parking can be limited, but they do have a few dedicated spots and a free street parking if you get lucky. Otherwise, there's a paid parking across the street.

I got the bolognese after debating between a few different menu items. I loved how creamy it was--the pasta was definitely on the Al dente side which is usually not my preference, but it did really work with the soft melted cheese and chewy meat! We also tried the gluten free focaccia. My friend thought it was a bit crumbly, but I really liked it because it was on the undercooked side and therefore a lot softer than I was expecting. The ordering process itself is counterside, and you get a number that is called out on a loudspeaker when it's ready! There's a ton of seating inside and outside.

The Chili Tofu and Avocado Spring Rolls were so disappointing I briefly lost faith in civilization…read more I took one bite and felt my soul leave my body, hover above the table, and ask if we were seriously doing this. It tasted less like food and more like a cry for help wrapped in rice paper. My friend and I each had one bite, locked eyes in silent despair, and the rest was immediately sentenced to the trash with no possibility of parole. The Smashed Cucumber Salad, however, came in like a redemption story written by HBO. Incredible. Fresh, crunchy, perfectly dressed, and here's the kicker: the cucumber was barely smashed. As it should be. I am once again begging restaurants to stop assaulting cucumbers. They did nothing wrong. Let them remain whole, crisp, and emotionally stable. Then the Coconut Curry arrived and suddenly all was not lost. Rich, cozy, and actually delicious. The kind of dish that whispers, "stay, don't leave a one star review yet." A strong supporting actor in an otherwise emotionally complicated evening. Would I drive all the way from downtown for this again? Absolutely not. Nashville has too many places competing like it's the culinary Hunger Games, and right now this one is still in the training montage. There's potential, but we're not at "burn gas money on purpose" levels yet. Now let's talk about the staff: genuinely phenomenal. Kind, attentive, and somehow carrying the entire emotional infrastructure of the restaurant on their backs. Also, there was a ridiculously hot chef or sous chef in the back who had me rethinking years of personal growth. For one reckless second I considered asking if she needed a husband, a line cook, or someone to simply stand there and admire her knife skills. But my therapist, my ancestors, and basic survival instincts reminded me about boundaries. Also, based on the intensity of that kitchen energy, I'm pretty sure flirting would end with me folded into a dumpling and steamed. So yes, I may return. Not for the spring rolls. For closure. And possibly for the hot chef at the wok station who now lives rent-free in my mind.

I ordered delivery through UberEats, and it was at my door in less than 30 minutes! It's important to shout out the way they package their pho to-go - the noodles and meat are kept separate from the broth, and even the toppings come in their own container. This makes it easy to customize your bowl, and even keep some for later. I highly recommend tacking on some extra noodles!
