Although, I appreciated the free birthday reward on my birthday, the experience was last luster!!!!!! I ordered the brownie which was suppose to have powdered sugar on top, it only covered about 4 mm of the 3"x 3" square brownie I received. On top of that the cashier embarrassed me in front of all the people behind me and said the transaction didn't go thru? When I arrived there was one person in line but he was taking forever to figure what he wanted to eat, making small talk with the cashier. I almost said just ask for her number and place your damn order. But I ordered at the kiosk, which I dislike due to others dirty hands. Yuck. I ordered the tomato soup and Mediterranean sandwich. Ugh! I wish I could give them more stars because they are a great spot for working remotely. They have plenty of space and tables. I noticed they do have a sign on some tables that make them unavailable to use during COVID. When you walk in, you can go straight to the cashier or you can order on the tablets provided at the entrance. I ordered a cafe latte and a croissant. They give you the pastry and they have a microwave if you would like to warm it up. You pick up the food/drinks on the other side. My order was wrong and I only ordered a coffee. The lady before me also had to return her order as it was made wrong. The staff preparing the orders complained to the front staff that they were not taking the orders right because what the customer were telling them they ordered wasn't what it was coming out on the ticket. I went and got a refund for my drink and they gave me the right drink. They weren't busy inside but they had a big drive-thru crowd. Overall, definitely come with no expectations and you'll be fine. As long as no one else is in the restaurant or drive thru you may have a shot at getting your food in a timely fashion. Otherwise make sure you are willing to sit around for a long time for a sandwich. So, I started coming to this location because the one in Hermitage was destroyed by the March 2020 tornadoes. Let me say, this location is sad. I do not know what goes on here but I have a bad experience 9/10 times coming here. I continue to come because I love Panera and it helps me eat better healthier options on the go when I don't have time to meal prep. They often get my order wrong. Whether I'm ordering through delivery or in store. They are always out of something. I was given a frozen Snack cup before. Another time, I was given a mushy one. Cold chicken on my sandwich. Menu items being prepared incorrectly! It's oftentimes very slow in service, even when there is no one there!! I think they need new management because it is becoming ridiculous. read more

You guys. Spent $27 for Panera delivery for dinner because I have the flu. Ordered two bread bowls of soup, one for me, one for my husband. This is what I received. Not even a full cup of soup. Embarrassing for Panera. Charging $10 for literally 3-4 bites of soup. No one wants 4 oz of soup for dinner. I've submitted a request for a refund since I will need to order something that is more than 4 oz. I often go to Panera to pick up bagels for morning meals. The bagel packs are thirteen bagels and two tubs of cream cheese. These bagels always start the meetings on a great note. Our latest experience was AMAZING. It was during a lunch rush on a Monday. We ordered on the kiosk and found a booth to wait for our food. It was SO busy but the employees kept a calm, upbeat attitude. They were extremely accommodating and didn't hesitate to stop what they were doing to help. Charles (seemed like a manager) was helping call names for food, place the bags in the "to go" area, and helping customers in the dining room. His attitude was INCREDIBLE. I think his calm, uplifting spirit was contagious. He never talked down to employees, helped them with whatever they needed, etc. The energy was contagious. I think it's so important to have a manager that stays calm and uplifts/helps employees during a rush. We will be back to this location 10/10 service and food. read more

The brocilli cheese soup was great as always. The steak and cheese sandwich was horrible. The steak basically with only one slice very, very thin like a steak um. I stopped here on Dec 23rd at 2:00 PM and this is hands down the filthiest Panera I've ever visited. I am a frequent customer of the Panera Bread locations in the Huntsville Alabama area where I live which have all been very positive and I stopped at this location to wait for family to arrive at BNA. Numerous tables had trash and food on them and the floors were sticky throughout the store as if there had been something spilled on them and it was spread with a mop. The Men's restroom was filthy and there were no paper towels or other means to dry your hands so employee sanitation is obviously not a priority. If management has visited this location it hasn't been recently. I won't visit this location ever again. read more
