While driving by I noticed a Panera conveniently located off the highway. I walked in and noticed there was little to no customers(which is great). I didn't see someone upfront- so I went to the kiosk and did my order. If someone else would if came in that wasn't tech savvy they would if waited a while for someone to come up. Which later I learned there is only one upfront cashier and the rest of the crew -what I noticed- was in the kitchen. One manager on site walking around As I ordered I wanted for my order to be ready and asked this nice girl if they could provide me with a printed receipt- she as told that I'd get it when I pick up my food. The receipt wasn't given to me so I went back in and the lady whom gave me my phone told the lady To tell me that she gave me one- I then told them no- I never got one. Tried the new Chicken Bacon Rancher. It was tasty but the portions of meat were minuscule making the sandwich mostly bread. Restaurant's today raise prices and reduce their portions. I've eaten at several Panera's and wasn't too impressed by this one. First off I just ordered a ceisar salad. It comes with bread but the guy at the register said I could substitute with chips. So I did. But they gave me bread instead. I was tired so oh well. Then the salad was good but not a lot of lettuce for such a big bowl. It's lettuce. It's cheap I thought it was cut a little small as well. Then I looked at my knife. I'm not sure if it actually passed though the dish washer for a full cycle. Yuck. I'm not rating this very high. Had a brunch with my daughter she lover her 5 coffee and muffin. I enjoyed an orange scone imminency even tho it was a little doughy. When travelling/driving on long trips I like to have at least one decent meal per day. I was happy to see the Panera building off the exit and very unhappy when I found out there is road construction by the entrance and exit. I waited 10 minutes for a cement truck to pour all of its concrete before I could get in. So inside is your typical Panera - streamlined - clean - nice looking pastry displays to tempt you. The line was long but moved quickly once another register opened. Admittedly, I haven't been in a Panera in probably two years. Looks like the menu has changed and there's quite a few new items. I chose the Pick Two - Summer Corn Chowder and the Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad. I paid for Iced Tea but once I saw the Blood Orange Lemonade I had to have it. Everything was really good - I felt full and happy. My only gripe about Panera is the cost - $15 (including a $1 tip) is a bit on high side for lunch without table service. It was nice to treat myself but definitely could not afford to eat at a Panera every day!! read more

It's been a while since I've been to a Panera, but I was pleasantly surprised. Based on this location, the food quality has improved. I had the avocado BLT and it was absolutely delicious. The non-carbonated drink selection was pretty solid, too, with various cold teas and lemonade. My only critique is that Panera now asks for tips. Back when I went more regularly, there were signs to dissuade customers from tipping. Given the price of the food, I think the old policy was better. read more

I stop at Panera quite often when i am on the road. This one was shaky. No butter for my bread, no knives to spread it. I got a soup and salad with only a spoon and one napkin. Wow... served me a half full frozen mocha (also tastes like someone made this mocha, left it in their car for a few days and then brought it in to serve to me.. French onion soup is usually very good. top 7 or 8 I ever had. unfortunately I been here 5 or 6 times and I never had the same amount in the bowl of soup yet. This location opened in 2017 in a stand alone building adjacent to the Drury Inn parking lot. They offer the full menu and have four computer kiosks inside. The drive thru is usually speedy and I have never had a problem with the food. They did take extra long one morning and made up for it with two free chocolate chip cookies (unfortunate for my diet, but tasty). Outdoor seating is really nice when the weather permits. read more

Each of the last three times my office has ordered lunch for our staff of six, Panera has left out at least one sandwich and/or failed to provide dressing for the salads. Came in with a group of 13 and we each ordered individually. They got none of our orders right. Every persons order had something wrong about it. One of them got a sandwich without avocado on it because they're allergic but we got back on the road and realized their sandwich had avocado on it. One can never go wrong at Panera. This visit did NOT disappoint! It was cold and rainy and I "needed" comfort food. I normally get a salad. This evening I got the Baha MAC and cheese. It was divine. Mac and cheese with avocado and pico--I know it sounds odd but it was amazing! I got the pick two so I had the Thai Chicken salad and it was just so so good. Whoever comes up with theses dishes is a genius!!! My husband got the steak and white cheddar panini and he loved it! The Gal at the register was very helpful and didn't push me through the line! Great experience ! Another thing I love about Panera - if you ask for water they give you a regular size cup not a 5oz Dixie cup! If you have been to other Panera's do NOT go to this one. The bread was all burnt, for what they had left at 6pm on a Sunday night. Their french baggette is NOT what other panera's have and is made with a stone wheat, so it is much harder to chew (you can see all the brown wheat). This Panera is newly remodeled. Their staff is friendly and they were extremely quick in getting my order ready. They gave the quick order kiosks, which is great for a busy lunch line. They are located right next to the Drury Inn and Suites, so they were very conveniently located for our stay there. One of the nicer paneras I have been to. Great place to dine. The food is a bit expensive, but you do pay for quality. They are very fast here which is great. The green tea is my favorite beverage of all time! I also love the Mac n cheese. I like to get a chocolate chip cookie if I'm looking for something sweet. The delivery is quick and all of the employees are kind.
