Upon arrival the four of us were sweetly greeted while being directed to a table. Three of us decided to have the buffet. The other had an order of beef fried rice. Let me tell you, the buffet is clean and generous. They pay close attention to restocking it, too. The beef fried rice was huge and he loved it. Yet, he has lunch for tomorrow. This place sits in the corner of the square in Benton. I love their food here. It's a smaller buffet, but it's good buffet. The people there are very friendly and they stay on top of your drinks. Go here as much as I can when I'm in Benton if you ever in the Benton area, you should really think about giving this place a try. read more

This is not a Chinese restaurant. This is a take what we give you restaurant. I have been there twice, approximately 6 months apart. I ordered Shrimp Almond Ding both times. Both times, no almonds. The second time I tried to substitute cashews, but no cashews either. The almond ding, minus the almonds, was unrecognizable from the same dish at other Chinese establishments. No water chestnuts, dark sauce instead of light, tons of barely chopped, almost uncooked carrots. My husband's General Tso's chicken had no hot peppers in it. It had no heat to it at all. We were met with a big smile and welcome by our waitress when we walked through the door. The restaurant was very clean. We went on a Thursday night around 7 so not busy. Not as much selection as some buffets I've been to near my hometown of Wentzville, MO, but the quality of the food was far superior. I had the egg drop soup, crab Rangoon, fried rice, General Tso's chicken, chicken and mushrooms and the freshest, softest almond cookies I've ever had. The chicken in both dishes were a little tough at times but the flavor made up for it. Maybe the chicken was in the warmers for too long. I don't know. Anyway, I wish we had a decent Chinese buffet like this near home. We will definitely be back on our next visit. Food was excellent! In town for just one day, came here for lunch, hit the spot, I was hungry and this place did not disappoint. Not too busy. And food was hot and fresh. When I was on my way back out of town I hit it up again for dinner. Just as good! A little more busy as I sit here right now. I'm bursting full but it just tastes so good. The Staff is very very attentive and helpful. They have a dish called "jalapeño chicken" it's done in an Asian style and it's my new favorite. The place looks great, not a typical buffet. Crab Rangoons fabulous! General Tsos Chicken amazing. Truly everything is delicious and the staff always great!!

Real chicken and not the dark "meat" used. Rice is delicious and has flavor. Fairly priced (lunch menu) Soy sauce isn't used in excess. read more

This restaurant is located on the square in Benton. It's very hit and miss for me. Sometimes the food is quite good...other times not so good. The price you pay for items on the menu will vary...one time I went there and it was 11 dollars and next time I ordered the same exact thing and it was a different price. Many people choose to eat their buffet but I have found that if you don't get to the buffet right when it opens, everything will be cold and they are not too great on restocking the items. I do think the owners are very friendly. This place has great potential but they fall a little flat for me. read more

i come here with my 2 kids and significant other all the time and never had a problem but today was not so good at all. don't get me wrong the food was amazing like always the service was good up in till we started to pay for all our food and stuff. we have our $30.57 to the waiter and she wanted to tell us we had to give her a tip now I normally do leave at least a $10 in tips but today I couldn't afford to and so I told her not today norm I would but I can't today and she replied with I got to clean up your mess on the table remind you I always stack all the stuff nice a neatly but she still wanted to try and force me to leave a tip so I told her again I'm sorry but I can't and walked out. I have never had anything like that in the whole 3 years I've been going there to eat. but today really had me upset and I would love for something to be done about it. read more

It's pretty much what you'd expect here in Benton. The food is great as long as you know what to get. I don't think they really know their own menu because many times I've asked for items on their menu and have been told they don't make them. Unfortunately, but not surprising for the area, any seafood you order is gonna be from frozen and cooked to it's second dreadful death....doesn't taste bad lol....just really really overcooked and rubbery. It's fast food and if it were categorized that way my rating would probably jump at least one star lol. read more

The waitress was very nice, and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. But the selections were limited. There was no salad selections at all; I do not expect a Chinese restaurant to have a large salad section, but every one I've ever gone to has at least lettuce, tomato, and a couple of dressing choices. Again, the restaurant was comfortable and the employees pleasant, but just not a lot to choose from. read more

This place was nearby and I decided to check it out. The food was cooked to perfection. Loved the jalepeno chicken. I was happy to see how clean everything was. There were a lot of interesting decorations on the walls which brought me good vibes. Some of the food was a little cold in the middle, but other than that it was all really good. Ok, the food was more like 3.5 stars...it was ok. Some items better than others. Not a large selection. But, 5.0 stars for the service! The lady working there, I'm guessing the owner?, was great! Our glasses never got less than half full and she was refilling them. She asked the ages of our kids then she put down lower ages for the cheaper buffet prices! She noticed the white rice on my daughters plate looked dry, so she went to the kitchen and brought out a heaping bowl of fresh rice for my daughter! When my kids started showing signs of being done eating, she came around and told them to get another plate of food, lol! Once she realized they were truly done eating, she asked if they wanted any desert or ice cream and that she would get it for them, haha. I've never been so entertained at a buffet...lolol read more

I will say that the owner was very friendly and when I told her I wasn't pleased with any of the food I got, she immediately offered to make new of the food that was bad. The chicken was over done, the crab rangoons were roasted and hard as a rock, the general tsos chicken was dry and tough and didn't taste good at all. Their sweet tea tasted nothing like tea.
