There are three Paneras in the Quad-Cities, and this is one of the two good ones. Everything you expect from Panera...solid menu options and their food is always fresh. Service has always been great for me here, and never any complaints or side-eyes when I ask for extra dressing or something unique with my meal. The one thing I will give a heads up on for this location is that there are about half as many parking spaces as the place actual needs. Between 11:30 and 1:00, good luck finding a spot. This Panera is a half-mile down the road from the corporate headquarters of John Deere, so the place is always packed during the week. The parking lot is a private lot, with no overflow options. Typically there will be three or four cars just sitting there at any given time waiting for someone to leave...not an easy place to get in and out of for a quick bite over your lunch break. read more

Panera is always delicious and nutritious, but this one stands out for its customer service. One of the workers brought my 3 year old daughter a free cookie and I thought that was so sweet. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to interact with. The place was clean and quiet, and the food was superb as well. You should definitely go here! read more

Good food fast friendly service.. love the backery breads and sweets the chicken salad on bagel is delicious

Food was okay, service was dry, people looked like they haven't slept in days, thw lighting and air was nice

The cashier entered the wrong order. After I told her about it, she told the kitchen workers about it. She never apologized. The wrong sandwich was still made. Also, I asked for the fork. The utensil was handled in an unsanitary manner-gripped by the portion intended for eating. read more

Look at the gross space in between the glass and pastry case. Yes, be grossed out, everyone. This has slots and holes that connect the contamination to the actual pastries in the display. The employee dropped cups on the floor and placed them back to be used..eww. Suh unhealthy practices. Maybe it was a training issue? There is no hot water in the womans bathrooms. Where's the health department when you need them. This place has been dirty for months now, and no manager stepped in to have these issues corrected so I sadly have to review to get some change. I don't want to take the next steps. I will return to see if it get better. I hope it does so I don't have to goto davenport. GET IT TOGETHER PANERA! read more

Very disappointed. Went last night 11/13/24 with my wife. We were both looking forward to french onion soup bread bowls. Went to cashier to give our order. We were informed they only had one bread bowl left. Wife was going to order one of the new sandwiches that comes with dipping sauce. She was informed they were out of steak. She finally had to settle for chili wich was very hot (spicy). Was never offered any kind of apology or small dis count. Ended up paying for over $25 of disappointment. Highly doubt i will ever go back. read more

Customer service was excellent! Very friendly staff who were very patient with our cranky 16 month old. Coffee was hot and delicious! We got our food, it was exactly what we ordered and we didn't have to wait long. Food came out hot, and my dad really enjoyed the pecan braid! They were kind enough to make a scrambled egg by itself for our 16 month old. They went above and beyond, I Definitely recommend! read more

The woman who took my order struggled with the system, and rang up my order in what seemed to be a convoluted way that overcharged me. I was in a hurry, and after taking 5 minutes just to get my order right, I didn't have the patience to deal with correcting it. Upon receiving my order, part of it was still wrong. Had to ask the guy at the counter to correct it. Tuna salad sandwich also had minimal tuna salad on it. (See photo) Came in late in the evening, but the staff was cursing loudly. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands prior to eating, only to find bloodily tissue in the sink. Not exactly appetizing! Out of drink lids too. An overall dismal experience! read more

Panera Bread - There is supposed to be tuna salad showing up in this sandwich! - Sandwiches Near Me - Moline, Illinois

I ordered on line for curbside pick up. When I arrived, I received a message from panera that my order was ready. I then clicked on "I'm here" and put on my flashers, as instructed to do for faster service. I waited 5 minutes and no one came. I moved my car in front of their window, flashers on, looking right at the staff walking around like they had nothing to do and no one brought out the order. I saw a couple of the staff looking at me, in the pick up spot, with flashers on and ignored me. I called and told the girl my situation and asked her if that was my bag at the end of the counter and she said yes. It was raining out and that is why I ordered curbside. Typically I would go in. I asked to speak with the manager and lodged a complaint. Good luck! read more

At every other Panera I have gone to, I have always had friendly interactions with the staff. However, this time the person who took my order was condescending to my boyfriend and I. When I asked for a bowl of Mac and Cheese, she at first said no as a joke, and then proceeded to place my other into the computer. Then my boyfriend went to order a flatbread and she said no they were out of bread. We assumed she was joking again, and then he asked for a drink and she asked if that was all he wanted, rudely. We were both confused and then she said to us, "I didn't say that to mess with you." He proceeded to order a different menu item. While we were paying, a manager walked behind her and she asked, while we were still there, if she could go home early. Might just be me, but I find that extremely unprofessional and rude. read more

I do give Panera 5 stars for the flavor of their drinks and food. When you go someplace for years and you only ever eat something once that did not taste good and look good, wow! That's very impressive! But throughout the years, Panera can disappoint with its portion sizes. A decent-amount bowl of soup one day can be a skimpy amount of the same soup another day. Same with the salads and now the meal bowls. Can Panera come up with a way that employees can uniformly give their customers the same amount of food each time? Today's Baja bowl (vs other times) had a decent amount of quinoa but the rest of the ingredients were sparse. I'm not sure if the picture truly shows this, but this is the skimpiest portion of food I've ever gotten at Panera. I had planned to get coffee and possibly a pastry afterward but I could not bring myself to spend any more money there. I went home to get something else to eat. The flavor was great! But, If you spend $11+ on an entree and you have to return home to eat more, why go to that restaurant in the first place? My last two visits here, the dining area did seem cleaner, but I did have to wipe off my table and I watched someone else later doing the same thing. But .. It does seem better. Panera, if you are short staffed, just leave out a bottle of disinfectant for customer use! 3.5 for Panera. It would take such easy changes to be 5!!!!! read more

I'm definitely coming here from now on for my Friday afternoon coffee and homework. It's not as cold in here like the coffee shops in the area, and there aren't loud annoying employees to try to think over. The coffee is free refills too! It's comfortable and I always love soup from a sourdough bread bowl! Cinnamon crunch bagels are to die for! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I need to do my homework here and the internet is kind of slow in comparison to many of the other free wifi hotspots I've used. But to end on a positive note, the coffee is smooth and delicious! read more

I came during the end of lunch rush and service was fast and friendly. Food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. This place was very clean and inviting. I don't come to Panera often, but I'm never disappointed when I do. read more

I ordered my iced coffee ahead in the app, when I went in to pick it up they handed me a cup and told me to get it myself. Another time I ordered for curbside pick up and waited 10 minutes and they never brought out my order. I went in and it was sitting in the counter. read more

I order from here all the time and my order is always done correctly and the employees are always nice. I cannot take off a star for this because I love it here, but I'm always wanting their iced sugar cookies and they are always sold out! Next time they have them I'll make sure to order a bunch! Love the quiet environment (usually) and will continue to eat here. read more

Hats off to the Moline Panera. They saved the day when Grub Hub messed up our order. Imagine 15 people waiting for lunch and Grub Hub never placed it with the restaurant. I called Panera Bread and they graciously offered to make the food over the lunch rush hour. Next time I will go through Panera. They could not have been nicer. The food was delicious and even though it was later than we planned, we enjoyed it. Thank you for going to extra mile. read more

Always have had a great experience here and excellent food prepared. I love that they deliver to my work at Sephora. The delivery drivers are always so sweet and courteous. Will be using this service a lot and will always tip well! read more

This location seemed more dirty then the others and they gave me the incorrect size for my smoothie. The other locations give a larger size.

They never get the order right. This last time I ordered a spinach egg white sandwich. No egg white end piece of the tomato with the stem part and the avocado was hard and disgusting. read more

Normaly, I do not write about chains, as they are all the same...However, I wanted to write about this one star. Normally, Panera is okay....a cup of coffee, a sandwich, or a pastry a cut above average. Today was awful...long lines, empty coffee urns, spills on counters, bagel toaster/warmer broken, etc... Get it together, management!! read more

Stopped in here for breakfast while my Volvo was being serviced - what a disappointment. First off there was a considerable wait line with one cashier. Secondly there was no half-n-half for the coffee, third when asked about refilling the half-n-half, I was informed it would take a considerable amount of time in a rude manner. What the hell! This is basically a coffee shop in the morning! The place was full of geezers drinking coffee, yet the Panera crew was very unresponsive. Bottom line - I will not be coming back. The Panera crew and management need reinforcement training in customer service or better yet fired and replaced. read more

In town for business and eating healthy. Not many options in a small Midwest town. Not only was Panera out of Flatbread after I placed my order and paid, THEN I was told they were also out of spinach. How does that happen at a chain? Asked for my money back and went to chipotle, who (without asking, I was totally chill and didn't feel I had a wait) gave me my dinner for free because they were sorry it took a few minutes to freshly cut the chicken. Take note Panera. Experience matters. You were knocked out in the ring with one punch. read more

2 stars because I like this chain and food. Otherwise: the parking lot is a mess. Nowhere near the spaces needed (at 11:30am 8 cars circling the small, one-way parking loop and leaving. I was ready to leave but someone was just pulling out and I found 1 spot) I get in line and 1 cashier taking orders - at 11:40am! Isn't this the start of the lunch rush?? I will go back to Panera....but NOT this one. read more

Panera Bread - Poor parking! - Sandwiches Near Me - Moline, Illinois

Never order from the app at the moline location because it's never accurate. They will say they are out of bagels that they actually have in stock, and they will say they have stock in muffins that they haven't had the ingredients to make for a "long time" apparently... I've also ordered a bagel on the app and got their to pick up my order and had to wait 20 extra minutes for them to tell me they are now out of the bagel and can't fulfill the order even though I sat there and saw 2 people in line get the same exact bagel... and I ordered mine earlier. I've gone to Panera's on the Iowa side of the quad cities and had great service, never having an issue with online ordering there. But the Moline location, seems like I have an issue every single time. They need new management. read more

Just had the $9.29 Southwest Chicken Tortilla bowl and it was awful. I think everything left over from the night before was made into a soup with a big old ton of tortilla chips. Soup was nearly cold and taste was terrible. We also had the cream of chicken wild rice soup , which was hot but so watered down I thought I was in prison, with crappy soup and hard bread. Sorry you can do better, it will be sometime before I'm back. read more

Good location, but parking lot can fill up quickly. Pastry selection is average, coffees are good. Soups and sandwiches look good, but have not tried yet. Best thing is free wi-fi. read more

You just keep disappointing me at the Moline location. Soup was lukewarm and the half steak panini's meat was sparse at best and they heated it up crooked making it difficult to eat. Looked like a mess on the plate. All the cheese had oozed out and burned on the griddle so there was this wing of burned cheese hanging off the side of the sandwich. I will say the ice tea was good. Lukewarm French onion soup is just murky and gross by the way. read more

It earned one star for the bread. However, the service was poor. Took 15-20 minutes to get our food. Which was soup and bread and a Asiago steak sandwich. The sandwich came out cold and looked like it wasn't made was asiago cheese. Horrible service and food. I love Panera but will never be coming back to this horrid location again! read more

I realize that these places are a dime a dozen in the U.S. now, but this was a very nice addition to the QC back when there was only fast food in the area. It was the only place to get sandwiches on good bread, fresh orange juice, and non-donut pastries. I'll always be grateful to them for that, chain or not. read more

I know that Panera can do better, the one in my hometown is excellent. I went in tonight to a this store(moline, IL) ordered a bakers dozen bagels. Even at a non-rush hour late on a weekday morning, the parking lot had cars circling around waiting for a spot, the open tables were sticky and gross and sat uncleaned the whole time I was there, the bathroom was unclean and smelled like vomit, and the air conditioning was super cold. Stopped in because I like the food and the free wi-fi, but the environment sucked. read more

I enjoy it here. I bring my kids here every few weeks. The broccoli cheddar soup is very tasty, the sandwiches have always been good. They need to keep up with the pastries, though. They sell a lot early, and there's never really any left by dinner. It's a pleasant atmosphere, decent food, and the free WiFi is a plus! We always end up there, and beside the lack of pastry selection, which they can fix, it's not a bad place at all to stop for a bite! As mentioned in other reviews, the parking lot is a nightmare! That may be nitpicking. It's a solid place to enjoy some food.. read more

Catering is typically good, but everything else is lacking. I have used Rapid Pickup multiple times and only once was my order complete and ready to go. Usually they are out of something. The latest, I placed an order at 6:40 am for pick-up at 7:00 am. When I got there my tag was hanging. They were out of the soufflé I ordered. You serve breakfast until 10:30 am and you were only open for 40 mins when I placed the order and you're already out of at least one of the soufflés? We went in for dinner one night and they were out of several things including the baguettes. You're a bread company.
