Dear management of this Panera Bread establishment , as much as I appreciate y'all staying open during this alleged pandemic , if there's only two people working in the entire restaurant you should probably just close . I had to wait nearly an hour to get my food (ordered on the app) & since I was driving a big ambulance there was no way I could go through the drive thru and the Panera doors were locked so I couldn't get inside to ask about my order. Y'all also didn't answer any of my phone calls . I had to literally walk up to the drive thru window to even be acknowledged meanwhile the drive thru was rolling smoothly . I understand that my order didn't show up for your end, but when I said I had been waiting for 40 mins for my food and people in the drive thru haven't even been waiting for 5 mins , I expect to be a priority as I was there first . So for the sake of not stressing yourselves out and stressing customers out , if you are not properly staffed , just close down . People will understand with the COVID-19 thing and all. Sincerely a very frustrated customer . The salad was good though .... read more

I ate here 6 days ago and again this weekend. Surprisingly the only sink in the women's room doesn't have running water - again, a week later. The sensor doesn't work -- once last weekend before 8 more attempts and soaped up hands. Now not at all. That's just gross. No matter how great the food, I just can't come back. The young lady said they'd ordered a part. !?! read more

The food was excellent! Had the Chipotle chicken sandwich. Customer service was great. Very clean and Lucy picked up our plates when we were finished. Great location off Windward parkway! read more

Both times I have come here it's been disgusting! The first time the employees were handling our bagels after touching the register with no gloves on. When I asked him to put gloves on the manager that was standing next to him looked at me like I was being crazy. The bathrooms are usually filthy and not stocked. Just gross read more

I am in medica sales and use Paneras across the southeast for catering almost every single week. I will NO longer use them due to the unprofessional catering manager in the northern Atlanta area, Wes Hendrix. Not only did I NOT receive a callback with assistance for a delivery order website mistake but he waited until the DAY OF my meeting to email me that he was too busy! It was IMPOSSIBLE to book anyone else this late and IF he would've called me back the day I called him I would've been able to find another company. Instead I had to PAY to get on an earlier standby flight so I could pick it up - which was out of my way - and deliver it MYSELF! Though the managers Heather/Lenny did what they could do NOT use them for catering! read more

This place sucks got a sandwich I had one little piece of chicken on it I mean little piece of chicken and probably a fingernail sized avocado I got the chicken avocado panini but order a turkey avocado there was nothing but a bunch of spices and bread sad to say I'm not going back there read more

I am not big on chain restaurants but I do love Panera! This is a great location and the employee that waited on me was soooo nice! I tried the new Thai salad. Very good! read more

The worst Panera I've ever been to. I am a former Panera Bread employee and I know how things should be done when it comes to customer service here. Very rude workers and the drive thru takes 10 years to get through. I once waited over 10 minutes to order at the drive thru and once I started they were out of everything I ordered. Do not give these people your time or money!! Go to the Cumming location or just eat something else. read more

The apple chicken salad is delicious! One negative is way too much dressing on the salad. Other than that no complaints. This panera specifically had a drive thru and is always slammed! They also have the best orange scone I have ever had! read more

Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window until of the staff realized I still hadn't gotten my food. She was very nice and refunded me and threw in a coupon for next time. I've been coming to this Panera for a while and it's never been a speedy ordeal. Not a bad place just not the place to go if you don't have a good amount of time to wait. read more

Love panera but sometimes the staff isn't very friendly. I always order pick up so I don't have to wait in line and customise my order online. Love the rhubarb mini cake read more

Very poor customer service and I am very aware what restaurants are going thru these days in gettin good help. Went through the drive up, placed my order and first off the menu price had not be updated apparently in a while, price for just a half sandwich was about $9 bucks, So I expect to receive a good & quality sandwich; received the food bag, no receipt and I decided to check the sandwich; after opening this thing had been thrown together and no avocado; when back through the drive thru and informed them that I did not receive the correct sandwich, she took my bag, opened the sandwich and told me I got the correct sandwich, I said there is no avocado on it, she then took my sandwich back in the kitchen, thru on some avocado and handed me back my originally sandwich, so sorry for the mistake, no thank you, NOTHING. Food was @hit, service was #hit, no wonder this restaurant has 2.5 stars. Well, will not be returning read more

This location is good for catching up with friends and for group meetings. My fave for breakfast is the spinach and artichoke souffle. They run out of these quickly :). The salads and the soups are all pretty good. The bagels are great with the honey walnut smear. read more

Abigail took my order- very nice. I had the soup in a bread bowl on a lazy sunny Saturday. Fine for what it is- a chain bread company

The food was good. The service was outstanding. The gentleman who took care of the dining area was fantastic. He was like a breath of freash air. read more

A good Panera that I frequent when I visit our office in Alpharetta...as good as any other Panera.

You can never go wrong with Panera. The food is so fresh and good. I always get the bacon turkey bravo. It's super yummy. The people that work here are very friendly. I visited this panera multiple times during my stay here in Atlanta. I Love Panera Bread! read more

Standing and waiting for an hour... For an order placed an hour before I arrived .... 5 salads, 3 sandwiches, 2 soups.....So disappointed because I LOVE Panera. But unfortunately I won't be back to this one... 2 plus hours.... read more

Same good lunch spot as other Panera. They are consistent with others that I have visited. The only small complaint that I would have is that there are too many tables and chairs. At lunch time, people are walking up against you while you eat. read more

This Panera Bread has the worst service! The drive-thru attendant scolded me for ordering three kids mac-n-cheese and one large mac-n-cheese telling me they take a long time to make and I should really be calling ahead if I'm ordering that much mac-n-cheese...seriously? A family of five is going to order five meals. Insane. Train your employees on proper customer service. read more

Cinnamon Crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese is where it's at. Also give the cinnamon roll a try, but heat it up for 30 seconds in a microwave first. Yum fantastic. They can be a little slow at times at this location, but the staff is always friendly. read more

Joined friends for lunch there yesterday. Although they were really busy, service was fast and food quality was very good. They need to do something about the wifi squatters. I had to ask some of them to move so that we could have their table. Can't these people afford wifi at home? read more

Great food and service. The egg and bacon souffle was a great breakfast, my wife got the turkey sausage sandwich. Our cashier Angela at 10a.m. was awesome. A very sweet woman who suggested the food for me as I had never been here before. I will come back not only for the food but because she was so warm and welcoming. If there was a way I would give her a raise. I ran restaurants and she is the type of person that is an asset to a restaurant. read more

This Panera is ok. I had the Turkey with Asiago cheese and a strawberry greek yogurt parfait. I decided to save my strawberry greek yogurt parfait and I found out there was a tomato in the parfait as well. I was quite surprised by this and if I return will order food that I can clearly see and know what is it. read more

Having been going here for years and generally they are very consistent. Until today - they are out of bagels, dark roast coffee and it appears they didn't clean last night. Seems to be a drop off in management. read more

Went to this Panera today with my girlfriends to grab some lunch. The restaurant was not too busy, only two people ahead of us in line. There were plenty of staff available to help and get the line was NOT moving. Finally, the manager, Enzo, came to the register. His demeanor was very rude and very stern. Once I placed my order, he rudely told me to step aside and get out of the way of the other customers; I was waiting for my muffin, not holding up the line. My friends and I sat down and ate our food relatively quickly. An employee named Dan came over and cleared up our table for us. I had ordered a bread bowl and was not able to finish it. Dan looked at the bread bowl and said, "I can not believe you ordered a bread bowl and wasted it. Someone could have had the opportunity to eat that and you wasted it." My friends and I were In awe. He then came by our table again about three hours later and pretended to clean the table right by us. One of my friends had her legs crossed whilst sitting in the booth. Dan finally came up to us and said "May I ask you a question?" We all said go ahead. He then went on to say "How would you appreciate sitting in a booth where someone had their dirty feet all over it? That's rude. It's an ugly American culture and I'm sick of it. Remove your feet off of the furniture." My friends and I were so uncomfortable with the way he was talking to us, we grabbed our stuff and left. This is not the first time the staff at this location was rude. read more

Had an excellent customer service experience at this Panera. My large order (2 bagel packs, 5 loaves of bread to be sliced, 1 egg souffle, 1 iced green tea) was handled efficiently and effectively. Wish I lived nearby so I could go back! read more

We showed up for breakfast at 9:30am. The store was entirely out of bagels and the restaurant was extremely dirty. So dirty that we wondered if it had even been cleaned the night before. read more

This has to be the worst Panera in the country. I have given then many chances........i am always disappointed. 0 stars.

honestly the rudest panera i've ever been to. The workers do not care about customer service.

The food is excellent! The place is very neat. People are very friendly and warm. Four cheese egg souffle and Chipotle chicken sandwich are my favourite. read more

Love the food, but it is pricey for the amount of food you get. The servers at the drive through are really friendly at this location. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't so dang pricey or if the my panera card gave you more benefits or freebies than it does. My favorites are the Asian sesame chicken salad and the breakfast sandwiches. The macaroni and cheese is sooo good, but costs an arm and leg! read more

I really didn't think it was possible to mess up this bad on an order... I have been coming to this Panera for years. They are notorious for messing something up in an order every time. I went through the drive thru to get a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. However I was told that they were out of ripe avocado, which is totally understandable since it's February. I was suggested by the cashier taking the order that I might want to try the frontega Chicken sadwich. I've had it before so I ordered it and wasn't bothered by the lack of fresh avocado that the store had. However, I ended up getting the chipotle chicken sandwich without avocado with bread that was burnt to hell instead of a frontega chicken sandwich that I ordered. I've never in my life seen a sandwich so burnt...I'm not sure how exactly they were able to think it was ok to let this sandwich leave their kitchen... I would have rather had them tell me they accidentally burnt the sandwich and remade it and have to wait longer for it than to come home to find out that my food is totally inedible. Total waste of $8. read more

Panera Bread - Sandwiches Near Me - Milton, Georgia

Order did not come out as requested. Girl at register was nice but clueless. They seemed put out that I told them I asked for specific items to be put on the side for my salad and my sandwich. Frustrated, I ate it so I would not have to deal with their attitude. Panera has been given too many chances by me hoping it would be better the next time, but honestly for the price, I'm getting rip off. There was hardly any meat on my sandwich and the salad has so much of the hard stems I have to pick out every single time. No more. My husband even dislikes eating at Panera. There are way too many better options so see ya! I can eat more, better quality food for my money elsewhere. read more

Spent just under 25 mins in the drive thru, I ordered the turkey chili and a cookie- same thing I get everyday except at another location. At this location, the chili was not consistent with what i'm use to from my location in Dawsonville, and the bread was unbelievably hard and looked like it had been flattened out... won't be returning to this location. read more

I went to the Panera on Windward Parkway in Milton, GA around 8 PM on a Thursday night. When I received my mac & cheese, it was drowning in the cheese--the sauce was very watery and the pasta was undercooked. I was displeased and brought it up to the front and the manager brought out a new bowl. The second bowl was just as soupy/watery and one of my noddles was FROZEN. I bit into ice. It was very disgusting, and definitely not worth my money. read more

This Panera Bread USED to be okay, but I don't know what happened. I have seen it just get worse and worse - must be the management. Just yesterday, I placed an order at the counter and then stood in the "to go" area waiting for my order while I spied the supervisor grabbing a piece of sandwich bread and stuff it into his mouth as he walked the line (Panera, in case you are reviewing, this is the supervisor that was on duty in the Windward Parkway store on Monday, January 9th, 2017 at around 5:30 pm -- his name tag said he was the supervisor). Of course, my order was wrong, as it is 90% of the time. I don't even know why I bother going there when there are so many more options on my way home. read more

Went through the drive through today and the person working was rude!!! They handed me my order and closed the window!!!
