I have always loved panera bread for variety of lunch options for soups, salads and sandwiches. And recently they have added other menu options as well over the last few years. We came in for a late lunch and ordered very easily on the tablets for dine in, but you can also order at the cashier. We got our drinks and waited for our food to be to be picked up. The food came out very fresh and hot! I got a you pick 2, with mac and cheese, frontega chicken and and bread with a water. I enjoyed my meal very much as I always do!! It wasn't that busy on the inside when we came and very easy to find a spot to sit. I will always love and come back to Panera. Their portions are decent and they have increased their prices but the food is always quality!! They have a rewards program which also makes each purchase worth it for the next reward as well.

If you love Panera and you're close to this one then its fine, otherwise I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to this location. It's not terrible, but not wonderful either. They've been out of a lot of ingredients lately, could be a supply chain issue...but for several days they were out of coffee which is quite surprising.

This Panera location was a little disappointing. The food as usual was delicious and very fresh but the costumer services was terrible. We felt unwelcome as soon as we stepped in and we confirmed when I tried to place my order. I wanted to add more stuff to my order and the lady just wanted to cash me out. She got mad at me because I asked for my receipt and rolled her eyes at me. Smh. Smh

Literally got food at 6:45. Staff was rude. Said I couldn't stay after I got my food because they didn't have enough staff although the place was empty and there was a lot of staff. Staff napping in booth. They just close when they want to I guess. Now after working a long day at the hospital I get to go eat soup in my car because I have an appt after this. Had I known I would have not ordered.

I stopped for lunch during the lunchtime rush and the place was very busy. I was pleased the line moved quickly to place my order and the cashier was friendly. I really enjoyed the membership plan and the options for multiple levels of service (pre-order, order at a kiosk, drive thru, counter service). I like the self-serve ordering kiosks. I can review ingredients and nutrition information, and then tailor my meal to exactly what I want. I was also impressed by the variety of menu options (pizza, sandwiches?, coffee, tea, breads etc.) and the fact that you can choose your own (self serve) drip coffee. I order from "You Pick Two" option half cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup and half Modern Caprese sandwich for to go and both was amazing

Like your average standard Panera. It was pretty clean, quiet yet busy (which is a good sign). All the servers had smiles on their faces and were conversing with the patrons and it seemed like regulars come here and employees had been there a long time. There's a new kiosk system where you can "skip the line" and order your food without going to see a cashier. You just can't pay with cash at that station. But we ordered that way and picked up our meals in a timely fashion Food was fresh, crisp, hot, just as it should and was expected. It's a nice Panera and I will totally come back !!

I dove into the Chicken noodle soup so fast, that I forgot to snap a pic!! *Smacks hand* "Bad Yelper!!!"

75% of the time they are out of baguettes. Bread is in your name. This time we left without eating. Panera, you've lost a customer.

I was wavering between a few sandwiches and at their suggestion I got the Philly and a choconana chunk. My husband got the nest panini and a dirty chai. The Philly was great! The bread was soft and the overall sandwich had great flavor. The tater tots were crispy which I love. The choconana chunk was honestly my favorite thing. Perfect texture because it wasn't too thick to where you can't get anything in the straw like some smoothies and shakes tend to be. Classic combo of chocolate, banana and pb. My husband liked the panini but said the chicken was a little dryer than he'd like but some extra chipotle sauce did the trick. The pasta salad was great. We ate outside because it was a lovely day, but there is plenty of indoor seating as well. Cute and cozy. Overall we will definitely come back and try more menu items next time! Excited to try their specials.

And that is me pretty much an expert in customer service letting you know that everyone may have a bad day, but their customer service is top-notch. Just like their baked goods just like all of the items that they sell. They curate the best of the best and that is no joke. I did an event with this business two months ago. I thought I had done my review clearly I did not. So for that, I apologize. I had the absolute best experience that you can possibly have with a business to create a wonderful event for my attendees. And I had over 200 people at that event. I did not get one bad comment or one mediocre comment about how the food was. I utilize them for several different aspects of my event. For snacks to go with the fun hours, for grab and go lunch on the last day, and for a continental style breakfast one morning. I'd also like to add that this event was all men. And most of you know that men will eat almost anything and it's really not complain. However, all of the men commented on the creativity that I chose to give them things that they wouldn't normally get at a men's retreat. PS. I did spend a nice portion of the budget because these ingredients are all carefully selected and all of the food is made with love care and concern. They invited me into the space and I can tell you that you could eat off of the floor. It is clean, neat, and organized. I did not say a good thing about her team. They have created a treasure in the community. And the pricing is quite reasonable sandwiches are fresh and delicious and everything is made in house. Let me say that louder for the people in the back. If you're looking for a wonderful place to have fresh fresh bread, fresh pastries, a quick lunch, but something that is delicious and healthy, then stop at Theo Bros Bakery. You will not be disappointed.

Last night may very well be the last time. My wife ordered the trout with fingerling potatoes and an arugula salad, and I had the special - Blackened snapper with what was described as creamy risotto and charred broccolini. The snapper made it to the plate, but the risotto was a big gloppy mess that looked more like a pile of instant mashed potatoes. Gordon Ramsey would not have thrown it across the room only because it would have probably stuck to his hand on the release. What should have been broccolini were thin, overcooked wisps of asparagus. I pointed the risotto out to the waiter, and he ran off to tell the chef. Meanwhile I ate what was left and decided not to complain any further... But wait, there's more! When the server returns, he explains that the risotto is premade and any subsequent portions would be the same. P R E M A D E! Any restaurant premaking risotto needs to be shut down, or never allowed to say the word risotto ever again. He offered a substitute so I ordered the fingerling potatoes. Off the server goes to get them. Meanwhile, my wife politely turns to me and says, "I didn't want to say anything, but this trout is flavorless". Then less than two minutes later she bites into some fingerling potatoes and chips a filling on a stone. I wish that this was the end of the saga. Our server returns with the fingerling potatoes and says "I comped these for you". Excuse me? That's when I decide to clue him in... Mind you I only told him of the other issues with my dish because my wife didn't want to say anything about hers - she just wanted to get out of there. When the check arrives, I'm expecting the manager to come over and apologize. I'm also assuming that beside the comped, unseasoned fingerling potatoes, my entree would be discounted or comped entirely. Nope. Just my server with a smile and a "to go" box of broccolini - I'm assuming this was some sort of apology. They ended up in the trash at home. I will say that my server was a pleasant young man, and I'm assuming that this is his first job waiting tables. I started by saying that this could be the last time we eat at 7 Acres. I'm waiting to see if the manager/owner sees this review and reaches out. I can't believe they would condone this quality of food or attitude towards customers.
