Waited in the drive though for 30+ minutes and got our order wrong. It was just me and my wife not like it's hard to keep track of two sandwiches and a soup. Mind you we were the first ones to go through. No line when we pulled up. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF ON A TIME CRUNCH. The manager is a cool person doing her best but the rest of the employees need to go find another industry. read more

THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'LL EVER GET FOOD FROM THEM. THE CORNER BAKERY IS A WAY BETTER OPTION. I've been a customer at this location for quite some time, and unfortunately the quality of food and service had decreased significantly since I first started giving them my business back in 2016. Today I drove all the way there, ordered a pick 2 with a caesar salad and a tomato/bacon grilled cheese. They not only took 12 minutes to get my food done, but when I got home and checked it, it was such a disappointment. Grilled cheese barely had cheese, had no bacon and was barely grilled. The caesar salad looked like it had been sitting out for a day. read more

The vegetable soup tasted a day or more old. I requested no mayo on my turkey avocado club and had no avocado and double mayo. A complete waste of money. I will never go to this location again. Strongly do not recommend this location read more

This was my first time ordering at this location. I arrived five minutes after opening time (7am). All doors were locked however I noticed employees stocking up the pastry shelves. One employee noticed I was at the door but continued with his task. I decided to cancel my online order and called the location. I spoke with someone to confirm the opening time and explained that the system was down. The reason why I am writing this review is because this explanation could've been explained to me the moment the employee noticed me at the door instead of ignoring me and the few times I tried to enter the building. read more

Will not come again. Went in morning to get two pick twos and ended up not getting the sides (chips and bread). I tried calling but the line to the manager gets dropped. read more

I love the morning drive thru staff. They are always so pleasant and service oriented. It's like seeing old friends. The breakfast wraps are EVERYTHING and more! Try the Chipotle Chicken one. read more

I love Panera food historically. But this place is struggling with issues like many other chain restaurants; out of coffee one day, no pastries another, general supply delays. But Friday was just sad, and unacceptable; 4:30pm, no one at the front counter for 5 minutes. No one in line. Then someone walked from the kitchen to take our order like he was in slow Motion. No greeting, no words, or even a response when I said hello and asked how he was doing. Nothing verbal. We asked a question about a chicken sandwich. It was the Only time he spoke, to say 'I don't know". Lazy, low end, pitiful service. With an Intimidating stare to boot!? We walked out and said have a good day. Won't be going back. read more

My fiancée and I's visit to this Panera was underwhelming to say the least. We ordered a Frontega Chicken panini as well as a Roasted Turkey and Kale panini. Not only was it not ready within the 10 minute rapid order pickup time, but while I was waiting, another customer notified the manager of a piece of plastic that he found in his salad. After the customer left, the manager told the cooks and said "Thank God he wasn't mad." After I was regaled with a rendition of the spongebob squarepants theme song by the manager and cook crew during my wait, I heard one of them say that something is burning. My fiancée discovered later that this was her panini that was burnt and which they also neglected to add bacon per her request. My panini was very bland and underwhelming as it has been spectacular at other locations. We won't be visiting this location again and maybe they should move this Panera location to a pineapple under the sea but it wouldn't last long competing with the Krusty Krab. Oh, and we were charged extra for the nonexistent bacon. Mr. Krabs would be proud. Update: My fiancée couldn't even drink the Iced Caramel Latte that we paid for because it tasted like burnt coffee and three cubes of ice somehow failed to keep it cold. Sounds like this Panera is taking some tips from Mr. Krabs' business practices read more

Don't come here for dinner and expect fresh baguette bread. Their always OUT by 6:30pm. So disappointing! Wish they would plan better and bake more bread. Also wish they had a way to encase or cover their pastries and bread too. Saw flies in the restaurant which means they probably landed on the pastries and bread several times. No thank you! That's just gross. read more

After eating half of my salad I realized there was a dead bug in it! I called corporate and they gave me a free meal which is good costumer service but does not make up for how disgusted I am. Every time I go here I will think of how there was a bug in my food. read more

This location is terrible for catering orders. Either there's something missing or the food isn't always fresh (salad - wilted). And the lack of customer service is just appalling. I already don't care too much for Panera for regular orders and to see that they fumble catering orders as well is just ridiculous. read more

Workers should get a raise ;) it's tough getting used to new managers, good job working so hard

Ordered food on line at 6:45pm...took my order. Online system said order was ready...went to door and it was locked. Manager came out and said they were closed..."not enough staff"....Panera is a restaurant brand you don't expect that from....maybe it is just this location. My credit card was charged for the meal that I never received! Still have not received a credit as the manager said "I will not be charged" which was total BS! Won't be going back! Seems to be common practice so they should just close doors! read more

I used to love going to Panera Bread. Not in the last few years. This location, especially, is frustrating. I've come here on weekday evenings at 8 to find it closed although they're supposed to be open until 9. I got here today (Saturday) to grab a quick bite at 6:45 PM only to find it closed! Surprised, I checked the timings on the door to find that they have conveniently scratched off the closing times on weekdays and weekends and they now close anytime they wish. Very unprofessional. I wonder how fresh the food is if they have limited business which is the reason for this. Avoid this place. It's not the same chain we all have known. read more

I'll start my review but saying I do like Panera food however I am writing my review on the wait time. After dining in here, 10 minutes later I got an email stating my panera rewards account email was updated, which I did not and then my debit card was used to charge $110 to a panera bread in NY. Clearly someone is stealing account information. When informed the manager, all they said is that it couldn't be any one from their store. I don't know what is worse the stealing or the naive manager. read more

Seriously? How does Panera BREAD run out of bread??? I was greeted with, Welcome to Panera! Just to let you know, we have no sandwiches because we ran out if bread. I've been here twice when they've been out of avacados, too. Whoever is in charge of their stock needs to be trained or replaced!!! When they do have avacados, it's hit or miss whether they're all mushy, black and rotten looking. To their credit, when they were out of avacados, they gave me credit for a free sandwich. But, really. read more

the food is often really good i won't lie on that part and they're understaffed which is understandable for wait time however when i go into a food chain of any sort i don't expect to be looked at by your employees like a piece of meat ready to be served i promise you i am not over exaggerating this even as i was doing something else i look back and i am still being stared at in the same way and they are staring at my butt it is rude and disgusting and i will permanently be switching which panera i go to. Worked here for a few weeks managers and majority of staff are unstable and unprofessional one of the most hostile work environments i have ever been a part of managers threatening coworkers with termination regularly don't work here if you are looking for a job to get a lot of hours in unless you know how to work a job figuring it all out yourself they can't afford to train anyone Due to the low profits and shortage of staff so be prepared to get insulted and met with ridicule and sarcasm daily for trying to learn yourself also did Not receive a single paycheck for 4 weeks and on the day I was finally supposed to receive it i had to call frantically as the check still wasn't even deposited on time and the head manager acted like she was doing me a favor The biggest Joke here is the fact that everything is "made from scratch" when the romain is brown rotten and spoiled pretty much every fruit is bruised And has or had mold on it that they deem consumable for the customers every single soup comes frozen then goes into from the microwave in and goes into the cup out of a plastic bag There was almost 10 different times I had to remove large portions from the meals as the managers told me it was "too much food for the customer" feel bad for the people throwing away their hard earned money here for what Panera used to be in the past Nothing is even clean I saw the grill and ovens get cleaned one single time in my whole time working there Also didn't get paid for about 15 hours of work but what else can you expect from the lowest rated Panera store in Greater Atlanta you could get a fresher coffee and bagel from quick trip or 7/11 Only thing that was fresh probably the napkins and plates as the dishwasher know what he doing Everyone else in that Store wasting oxygenation read more

I LOVE this Panera location. They rarely mess up my order ...i think that's happened once so i just went inside and got the forgotten smoothie. I typically get the chicken noodle soup, green goddess salad, any of the pasta( i prefer the mac n cheese) and the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. They're usually friendly even when the drive thru line is super long. This 5 star is for the day I forgot my wallet and they gave me my meal for free. I almost cried y'all. Now this doesn't mean you should lie about not having your wallet and expect them to do the same. read more

This was the worst take-out order I have ever been a part of. I ordered online and when I picked up my food they forgot 30% of my order. You can't make this stuff up. I'm going to try to attach a picture. They wrapped up a piece of bread that was cut in half and folded it over and put it into their paper wrapping. Seriously nothing, not even mayonnaise, just a folded over piece of bread wrapped in paper. Good luck with your online business. read more

I love Panera but the second time this week my take-out order was missing something. It's so annoying!! Why can't they get it right!!!

This is the WORST Panera ever and the staff is worse than the food they serve. If you have an allergy of any sort---do not eat here. If they mess up your food and you call to discuss it, they will keep you on hold for over 20 minutes and the manager WILL NOT speak with you. They will NOT refund your money either because guess what THEY DO NOT CARE. Unless crappy food and crappy service are up your ally---don't go to this Panera. read more

This is literally the worst Panera I have ever been to, and consistently. I'm a huge Panera fan generally but the service at this particular Panera is unfathomably and consistently despicable. Worst and slowest customer service ever. read more

I typically like Panera for their healthier choices and fresh food when you want something quick and casual. And I don't typically write reviews for large chain restaurants. However the Milton location is just awful. The tables and floors are almost always dirty. If you have a to go order there's a 50% chance your order will be wrong(last three times in a row it was wrong), there was a hair in my food one time, the employees curse in front of the customers-which is very unprofessional. The last time I was there(last visit ever) the employee dropped my sandwich on the floor, looked up and said "damn I dropped your sandwich", turned around and started making other orders. I would think Panera would have higher standards for their restaurants or at least some sort of standard. Apparently not. read more

holy crap dude, give these workers some raises are you kidding me? my friend and i stopped in last night (8pm 7/23/21) and we didnt leave until 8:30 for a togo order, at NO FAULT of the workers. we were cut in line repeatedly, watched the poor manager get screamed at and berated by karen after karen even though he was just trying to do his JOB. people not showing up to the pick up counter to get their food after the poor guy calling their names like FOUR TIMES, this woman rung up her order wrong and yelled at the MANAGER FOR A MSITAKE SHE MADE, and then proceeded to ask for "better bread???", and then the cherry on top: a woman in line behind my friend and i patiently waiting CUTTING IN FRONT OF US TO COMPLAIN THAT SHE NEEDED HER FOOD RIGHT NOW, are you kidding me??? To the workers of this panera, you guys are doing great with the deal you have been given, you are understaffed and clearly the people of your location cant be respectful enough to treat you with common decency, for yalls sake i hope things get better. Shoutout to the manager on staff (i think his name was gavin or something) he was working as fast as he could, keeping a level head in all the chaos, and even offered some free bakery items to my friend and i for the waiting we endured; which we politely declined but the offer was still very nice overall. Love and prayers to the workers here!! read more

Panera Bread - So good - Sandwiches Near Me - Milton, Georgia

I noticed the past few visits to the windward location that the Sierra turkey sandwich I get has a different turkey meat on it and it's pretty awful tasting. I never paid any attention as to what type of meat they had, it always tasted good, but that has seemed to have changed in favor of a poor lunch meat turkey you'd expect to get from the Frugal Hoosier. The turkey consists of round slices that are wet and stuck together. Not like what it used to be. I know they also have roast turkey, which is not what this was, so I'll ask for that next time. I hope Panera is not beginning to cut corners on food quality. I wonder if that's what happened to the Atlanta Bread companies which used to taste good and be so abundant around here? read more

Went here around 7:30pm and stood in line for a few minutes waiting. When I went to order they informed me that I couldn't order any sandwiches because they were closing soon...in 30 minutes. Not sure if this is the normal procedure for most Panera locations but it seemed odd to me. read more

We usually like to stop here for lunch when we are on our way to doing some grocery shopping or just shopping, or whatever. This place is always very clean and the staff are always very friendly. I like how they list the fat and calorie content of some of the salads on the menu, I like to eat light during the week since I usually pig out on the weekends,LOL. As the name implies, this place is famous for its bread and although I usually abstain from eating white bread, I make the exception when I go to Panera Bread. The only minor problem I have with Panera Bread is that start asking you want you want to eat before you can really get through the door. Maybe I'm just slow, but I need a minute to look at the menu,LOL. read more

Awful service in the drive-thru. Always rude, always out of something we want, and they leave items out of the bag that we don't realize until we are home. Really doesn't deserve any stars at all. I guess I'm an idiot, though, for going back and expecting anything different. read more

I absolutely love this place. I had never been to a Panera Bread before I started working off of Windward. I tried it once and am now hooked. Their service and food quality is very consistent. I eat here at least 2-3 times a month. They have some strange things on their menu at times that I stay away from (what is an ancient grain salad???). The pick two is very convenient and for the area, a pretty good deal price-wise. I never eat in because they use real silverware and dishware and it freaks me out to think I'm going to trip and break a bowl of soup on the floor. If I'm in a hurry, I do the rapid pick up which is very convenient. You can order online, drive and pick your order up off a shelf near where you would pick up your order if you were eating in. I prefer this option because you get very detailed with your order on the website and add and remove ingredients. If I am not in a hurry, I go through the drive thru which can be ridiculously slow but I use the time to unwind and take a break from work. They have a rewards program which is pretty cool and you get a couple of bucks off of random things like a drink or pastry or a pick two. If you go through the drive thru you can enter the code online so you get the visit recorded. I haven't had a bad sandwich there and their macaroni and cheese is delicious. Soup I stick with broccoli cheddar and french onion. I have tried their baked potato and clam chowder and wasn't too overwhelmed. The salads are always fresh and are really yummy and a perfect portion. I wish they would offer a sweet option as a side, like a danish or cookie but it's only bread type items, chips or an apple. All in all, it's an awesome place for a quick, filling lunch. read more

this location is HORRIBLE!!! you would think that the service & food would be good but it's not! They've messed my order up at least 5 times. Along with my girlfriend on several other occasions! It's ridiculous I ordered chicken ceasar salad 2 days ago. I get home there's no chicken on it. I call no answer so I drive back there . I asked for manager the girl says he's busy ! How the hell is the manager too busy to speak with customer who has a complaint. The workers aren't professional have no work ethics. Fire the whole staff get the people from Chick fil A ! When prompted by the welcome greeting during my drive through experience, I asked "could you just give me a second" since so many items have been crossed off the menu due to covid, and I needed a moment to make my decision. Once arriving to the window, a woman working told me that she had overheard me ordering and that "You were being very rude. I heard your order" and continued to berate me about how I was rude and would not hand me my food until we had an extremely awkward conversation in which I apologized multiple times (for doing nothing) and when I finally got my sandwich the entire bottom half was wet and soggy. I couldn't eat it. I will never visit this location again. read more
