Bacon Avocado Melt
Shay B.

First time eating at this location. The service was fast and pleasant. My husband had the bacon avocado on sour dough, which is his favorite. We also got a chicken on focaccia which was very yummy. We used the drive thru because we placed a mobile order. The grounds were clean and menu board was in working order. Will visit again soon.

Easy to find

Grabbed a green smoothie on the fun email discount, still amazed people drop in here for a small smattering of sodium rich over processed factory sourced foods, crazy lack of value without any matching quality or nutritional content across the menu. The green smoothie and salads are the only decently healthy items but priced like family restaurants. App is easy and gives good customization options. All the payment options online and in store tap to pay is what we all expect. I do have issues with the rewards extending perks and rewards. Five purchases now to get a deal when it used to be three, add up the price gouging, way too easy to drop twenty just for one person which is nuts at this level despite the friendly staff, clean inside, and great location.

Egg white avocado breakfast sandwich

I entered my ordered through the app but it was not ready as promised because they were experiencing a partial system failure. The drive thru worker was apologetic and friendly. This Panera is located in a very busy plaza so it was crowded, but the line moved quickly. The egg white avocado sandwich is excellent, but on black focaccia bread with chipotle aioli sauce.

I enjoyed the food for the most part the soup was really creamy and very tasteful the grilled cheese sandwich I had was very cheesy and the bread was extremely soft and it just melted in your mouth. I do think it was somewhat overpriced for grilled cheese and soup but nonetheless it still was fulfilling and I enjoyed it. I wanted a whole grilled cheese. I got the two for two for around $10, the server was very nice and patient and helpful in the restaurant was very nice and clean

ROTTEN AVOCADO ON MY BREAKFAST SANDWICHE!!!!
Frank M.

I ordered a family meal for breakfast that has 4 sandwiches. There is a place where an employee signs to verify that order was checked, I assume for accuracy. When we got home, there were only 3 sandwiches. They would not make me my missing sandwich but instead will send me a coupon in the mail. So I do not eat because I'm not going to let my wife and kids not eat. Then, to top it off, my son removes the avocado out of his sandwiche because he does not like avocado and the avocado is rotted! I took pics. What happened to you guys? You guys use to provide great food and great service. The last 6-7 years have been anything but a great experience.

This is extra pickle chips???

This is one of the worst Panera's I've been to. I'm a member of drink club so I've been to many Paneras. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and paid extra for extra pickle chips. See photo for what "extra" looks like. LAME! And my sandwich was cold. Nasty. Next the girl making the food had bats in her bat cave. Go blow your nose. Nasty! Next they are out of napkins... go to the dollar store! And last they are out of large cups... ok I understand supply chain issues but why just large cups???

Over easy egg and white cheddar on brioche

Really solid Panera location. Fast service, and the food is always fresh and good. You can order at your table using the Panera app, entering your table number and they will bring the food to your table. Nice dining area and there are plenty of tables near electric outlets for those of us who need to plug in our laptops.

I what I expect from Panera. Very clean, courteous staff, good healthy food and hot coffee. Fast service got me in and out quickly.

Typical Panera Bread location. Convenient to a number of hotels. Located directly off Lincoln Highway.

Not as great as other Panera's. Their is no attention to detail and the staff is less than enthusiastic.

Pretty average Panera bread, except with no other orders in queue it took over 9 minutes to get one order of Mac N Cheese. Disappointed.

People, here is a genuine diamond in the rough!…read more I came in for something to drink and ended up not only with a bottle of IBC Black cherry cola but also with the 2 piece jerk chicken box lunch to go. They give you a choice of dark meat or white meat and I chose the latter. The chicken was well cooked and mildly spiced, although the breast was slightly dry. As for the spice, for me it was fine, but I suspect it might be on the mild side for lovers of jerk spice. Not so with the bed of red beans and rice it was served on. This is an ample portion and was not only delicious but came with quite a spicy kick. Red beans and rice weren't the only side either, the cabbage the box lunch came with was tender and delicious. Wait is that white bread home made. Yes it is! You just don't see that in even some higher end places. This is a family owned place and I got a chance to talk with them a bit and what a bunch of really nice people. This place is currently nestled between the hotel villages to the West and Southlake mall on the East. There is more than one vacant business or building and the lack of maintenance on the surrounding grounds made me wonder if the restaurant was open for business. I am glad it was. They certainly make up on the inside for what is lacking outside. The interior has ample dining space, is cheerfully decorated in an island theme and they have reggae playing softly in the background. The owners mentioned they are looking at a more welcoming location close by. But if you are looking for an inexpensive but delicious box lunch give this place a try. I don't think you would be disappointed.

I haven't had the experience of being in the restaurant itself, but I absolutely love coming here…read more We have been ordering takeout, and I've never been disappointed by what I get. I just get the pad see eiw, and it's delicious every single time. I love how friendly the people at the front are and how cute the restaurant is as well. Definitely need to come in for a sit down!

Had a rough experience here today. Wanna hear about it? Buckle up!…read more So I've eaten at this place no less than 60 times over the last five years and most of the time, 80% even, it's incredible. Like one of the best meals you can have in the area. But the other 20%? Varying degrees of diabolical and today was the worst. Ordered my usual red curry described in detail on the menu as "Bell peppers, bamboo shoots, hot peppers, coconut milk, & fresh basil" and you guessed it, the curry itself is red. What I got today was pumpkin orange, overpoweringly sweet, and hodgepodge of vegetables that have no business being in a spicy dish (or are in the menu's description) carrots, baby corn, mushrooms, cabbage and not a dang bell pepper in sight. I tried, and I was calm ladies and gentlemen; I know the waiter didn't make the food and I never get heated with service industry workers period, their job is hard enough. But when I explained this to the waiter he tried telling me what coconut milk tastes like after I explained to him this was my go-to meal at his restaurant. I know this doesn't matter and young people aren't great listeners but this is an $80 for two meal with a dish I didn't order and side of gaslighting. Sad to say this is the straw that broke the camels back and I am going to miss those 8 awesome yearly meals. *The food ordered was correct on the receipt.
