We've been here many times in the past. Unfortunately, today's experience was dreadful. I got a cinnamon roll. It was overcooked and chewy. They did not have my favorite pumpkin muffin item. My husband got coffee and a bagel, and we waited for 15 minutes while we watched them prepare everybody else's food that came behind us. When we asked about it, they acted like we were the problem. At least we got our money back, but in the level of customer service overall was poor. Another important thing to note Is that all of the tables were absolutely filthy. We got here pretty early in the morning, and I'm pretty sure that not every table had been used at that point, so they should've been cleaned. To me, cleanliness is the most important thing. This place needs new management. The cashier never greeted me. She walked up to the cash register and stared at me. She never said," Good Morning, how are you, what can I get for you, etc". We've always loved Panera, but this one is a huge disappointment, & quite honestly we are not sure how this location even passes health inspections. Restaurant is absolutely filthy every single time we go in. Went there this evening with my family of 5 and ordered $79.28 of food at 8:43pm. When waiting by the pick up counter for my food I saw they were bagging it up to go. I told them it was for here. Was then told they are closing soon and it would have to be to go. I asked what time did they close and was told 9pm. It was before 9pm and I told them to hand me the food on a tray that I was eating here. Someone went and told the teenage manager and she said they closed at 9pm and would be turning off the lights at that time. We then got in a discussion that I ordered and was getting my food before 9pm and would be eating in the restaurant. She then came to our table and said she called the GM and she would give my family until 9:15pm to eat and then we would have to leave the premises. We were finishing up at 9:15pm and she cut the lights off. Incredibly rude and disappointing customer service experience. Had we not just left the funeral home just prior to arriving here and my wife was already upset over her mother's passing, I would have pushed the matter further. If I could rate this specific location a "0" star I would. I caution anyone who even thinks about visiting this location to consider having their meal elsewhere as clearly these employees are more concerned with clocking out for the day rather than providing customer service. On this particular visit I was disappointed with my pasta and my Cuban sandwich. The pasta was harder than I like and Cuban was very very dry. However, the bacon Mac and cheese was delicious. How can you not love Mac and cheese? In any event I know this is abnormal for Panera so I will continue dining at these locations. Staff here was awesome. Our office ordered a very large order for lunch today. I understand this can be a very daunting task. And they pushed our time because it was such a large order. However, it was still late, nothing was labeled, and they missed several items for several staff members. We have ordered from several places as a group before this will be our last time at this Panera. The manager did give us several bottled drinks for the tardiness. I have never seen a Panera is such a state of disrepair. booths are falling apart. bathrooms were a disaster. i was told when I walked in one morning "are there only 6 bagels left up there" that "yeah and we're not making anymor either". so there you have it. that was my last visit. last order ever at that restaurant. This is my neighborhood panera, I will generally hit it on weekend mornings after a bike ride or trail run. My go to is the egg white and avocado breakfast sandwich with a coffee refill. The staff is above average but I generally use the app to order to speed things up (unless it is warm out when I don't mind waiting on the patio). Sometimes the app will say they are out of the regular bread for the sandwich when it is actually there, that is annoying. Also, the coffee tends to be either empty or luke warm, which drives me crazy. But, big space with a nice patio and normally pretty clean. Above average for a Panera. read more

The lady who took my order was friendly and kind. However, as I walked back to the area where orders are picked up, I noticed a sharp change of energy. Customers were standing around looking dejected. They kept calling one guy to tell him they were out of multiple items from his order. I waited for some time and wasn't notified when my order was ready. I finally had to ask, at which point they pointed at a bag with no tag on it. One of the workers in the meal prep line had long curly hair and no hairnet. My sandwich looked like it was thrown together by a hasty teenager. Thankfully, it was tasty after i reassembled it. Received one star due to this being the lowest I could give. my husband ordered soup, it was cold. I ordered the new Italiano sandwich. had to give it back to be toasted. description stated that it was toasted. when I got it to my seat, the lettuce and the "dressing" that comes on the sandwich. The most unorganized Panera I've ever been to. The staff aren't helpful and have attitudes whenever you ask for any type of assistance. After waiting in line for over 5 minutes the cashier finally decided to tell me their register is closed and to go to the kiosk i guess that would have been helpful maybe the first 3 minutes while standing in line? We just ordered lunch to dine in and while my husband was waiting to pick up our order, a female employee decided to have a discussion with her co workers about condoms not working and how there is bacteria on the scrotum. .yes, that actually was the conversation he heard as he was standing there. When he came to the table with our meals I noticed he hadn't grabbed butter so I went up to get some. Not a good experience for us. The place looks worn out. The black duct tape on most of the ripped brown plastic seats looks bad. Tables have a rubbery-film type feel. Clean? No service at all. I had to make 3 trips to carry our food back to the table for my 97 yr old mom... asked for a tray...nope. Extremely confusing menu on the wall and no paper ones either. One cashier/order taker with 10 people in one slow-moving line. At least that gives one plenty of time to try to decipher the confusing wall menu...pick 2? Why? Why not 3?, or just give up and point at a picture...hurry up...there are people waiting. The employees don't know the prices of any of the deserts, and they are not posted anywhere. I guess Panera feels that if you need to know the prices, you can't afford the $3.75 cookie anyway....go ahead. They look good. Order a dozen for the kids. Actually, the sandwich, small cup of broccoli-cheese soup, and half salad were all very good.. But I think $29 (+ tip - for ???) Was a lot for that, even with the free water and napkins. I usually go to this Panera all the time. But today I actually got food and sat in the establishment. And let me tell you. Every table that wasn't taken up was either sticky, or layered with crumbs. As well as there being children playing in the back, and I don't mean teenagers I mean 8 or 9 year old children. I ordered some Mac n cheese, and my first bite was cold. The heavier set gentlemen that was taking your order behind the counter appears to be very poorly trained and it was not friendly and mumbled to the point that couldn't understand him. The food quality here is not as good as is in the other locations. We had to ask 2 times to have the coffee dispensers refilled so we could get our coffee with our breakfast. By the time they replace the coffee we were half finished with our breakfast...it appears the staff here really don't like or care about their jobs. Worst experience EVER! Ordered food at the main counter and wasn't advised that I had to go another counter in the back to pick it up. Package sealed good job at that but when I got home to open up the bag. Half the order is missing and the other half is basically burnt to a crisp and not fresh. I couldn't believe it. Tried calling the store bc they were not near my location and a little bit of a drive to advise of this disaster and nobody answered after numerous calls. I would not suggest anyone ever go to this location and I love Panera but looks like I'm going to have to switch to McAlister's as they have currently not screwed up my order.
