This Panera Bread is great! The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because every time we go here they leave something out of our order. They correct it right away, but I still have to check our to-go bags before we leave. One other thing that keeps it from getting a five star rating is that they run out of the bread bowls before 5pm most days and they don't even close till 10pm. I once went here around 3:30-4pm and they were out. Obviously it's a popular item since they seem to run out of it 5 hour before closing, so why can't they make enough to last themselves till closing or at least near closing. I Had their Onion Soup and it was delicious about two weeks ago. Two days ago I had their breakfast sandwich and it too was delicious. The coffee was good and hot and service efficient. read more

First impressions: Looks like a Starbucks, kinda. The restaurant is very clean. Service: perfect. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Best service-with-a-smile I've encountered in a while. What's up with this place lately? Used to be my favorite place for lunch. The salads, Asian Chicken and Chicken Cobb were my favorites. As other reviewers have said, the problem with this particular restaurant is that they are out of items almost immediately after the store opens. The latest fiasco was when the customer in front of me ordered the same souffle I was going to order. After hearing that there were fresh souffles coming out of the oven in 7 minutes I felt confident I would be able to receive the item I was wanting. Imagine my surprise when after stepping up to the counter I was told there were NO souffles available. After remarking that I had just heard there were some in the oven I was told that they were already sold. Bear in mind that this was at 8 a.m. Terrible service and only mediocre food earns this particular Panera only 2 stars. read more

I got the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich, and it was not too tasty. I got the half sandwich which was noted to be 350 calories. The whole sandwich would have been 700 calories. For a "healthier" food store, their foods are quite high in calories, and it is quite a lot of calories for something that could be a "salad" if the bread was removed. At least they show the calories beside their food items for people trying to watch their intake. read more

The food is here is healthy and delicious. I didn't get to dine inside, because it was filled with customers, so we decided to go through drive thru and the employee working there was very helpful and answered our questions about the menu very gracefully. The food was packed really good. I had this turkey, ham sandwich with a carrot cake and my mom had a soup in a bread bowl (which I really liked) with a piece of bread. Has not kept up to the promise when it first opened. We loved it and went a couple of times a week at first, great place to get a coffee & snack, lunch, etc. for about a year. So many times can you write a review or provide an opinion only to have it fall on deaf ears. I recently received an email from the corporate office of Panera Bread regarding my visits and they truly seemed to have a concern about the issues that I had at this location. Regardless of those issues, the fact that someone actually took time to listen and then reach out to their customer to attempt to fix the problem deserves two thumbs up. I have not been back since by last negative visit but because of this effort to correct my problems, I certainly will go back. I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time. I went through the drive-thru, spur of the moment, on my way back to the office. Unfortunately, the young lady working was very rude and acted "bothered". I understand bad days but this was my first impression.. Her attitude left me very unsettled. First time at panera, really enjoyed it! Nice decor and staff, great food. Had the tomato soup and Sierra chicken sandwich. Sweet tea is good too. Only Pepsi products (yuck). I really love the online ordering option for when I want to pick up breakfast for a group! I got a ton of breakfast sandwiches and bagels for my bridal party on our wedding day and they were kind enough to cut them all in half for us! read more
