Always a joy to eat here. I chose the pick 2. I had the corn chowder and the Cuban sandwich. Both were AMAZING!

I'm going to go ahead and give this location 4 stars because I feel like it got some really unfair reviews. This location is at least 3.5 stars, not 2.5. I think the portion size complaints are mostly unwarranted, at least as far as a You Pick 2 is concerned. I've been eating at Panera for over 10 years now (+ have been to locations in at least 6 states), and I feel the portions have stayed roughly the same size. (Maybe there was a specific employee who was serving up oversized portions before?) My sandwich had a good amount of filling - greens, tomato slices, red onion - and the usual 2 slices of turkey. My soup was standard issue Panera soup, regular size. I stopped here while traveling south to Tampa from Orlando. A solid choice if you are into soups & sammies. My one complaint is that the bread did not really taste fresh. read more

Twice I've made the mistake of ordering the Napa Chicken Salad sandwich at this N. 98 location. It is NOTHING like any of the many other Panera Breads serve. It had almost no mayo, no grapes, was orangey in color, and tasted terrible. I don't know what they think they're making but it's not Napa chicken. Please get the correct recipe! read more

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to do so after this morning. We waited 20 minutes for 2 toasted bagels - to go, mind you, with a nearly empty restaurant. When I approached the back counter to politely see if my order was ready (after waiting for 15 minutes) I was quite literally barked at by the preparer, whom we affectionally nick named "dragon lady." Just prior to this she had barked at the other staff to deny any breakfast orders moving forward. Upon receiving our orders my husbands bagel was cold, and my iced coffee was either so weak or watered down that it resembles weak tea far more than coffee. We are bummed, bummed for the people there who have to work with Ms dragon lady, bummed we had a subpar experience from a place we generally enjoyed in the past, and bummed we won't be doing business with this establishment in the future. read more

This is the perfect place for relaxing atmosphere and comfort food. They have the best coffee ever. We tried the Southwest Chilli chicken salad. Great taste and lots of it. read more

Taste just like any other Panera. The flavor is consistent across them all. One thing that I have noticed, especially recently, the portion sizes have gone way down and their prices have increased quite a bit. Diner beware. You're not getting nearly as much for your money as you once were. read more

Me and my family were eating and my cousin found hair in her food ,and my food was dry and cold ! However I thought it was just a mistake but later on I realize there are ants everywhere even in my food I don't recommend coming. read more

Panera used to be one of my favorites go-to places for a healthier meal, and didn't mind the prices as much, being that they say their ingredients are clean... that was some years ago. Their service was great, their portions were nice, and the price, well, was decent. Fast forward some years, and boy have things changed. Their portions are ridiculously small, their prices are higher, understandably since everything has gone up with inflation, and the customer service is lacking. I was in the other night with my two little ones, and while my oldest eats his own meal, I always eat with my little one being that neither of us can finish normal portions. When the pager started vibrating, I went to get the meals, and didn't think I'd received the adult portion of the greek warm bowl I ordered, so I ask the guy behind the counter if this is the half portion bc I had ordered the whole, and he says, "No, this IS the whole portion." Now, what I am forgetting to tell you is that a few months earlier at this same store, I ordered a french onion bowl to go, and they didn't include the cheese or croutons!! That's like the entire flavor of the soup! I made it all the way home before noticing this, so I called and they actually had the audacity to tell me to go back so that they can give it to me. I said no way, I have 2 kids in tow with me and had already put the one to sleep so there was no way, they tell me they would send me a voucher for a free you-pick-2. A month goes by, no voucher. I call again, They tell me again they'll send me the voucher, and another month and a half goes by...nothing. I call the last time, and a manager calls me back and actually follows through with sending me the vouchers. Paying for a meal I was really looking forward to and not being able to eat it bc it was basically broth was infuriating. Anyhow, I am sticking to Crispers, they have tastier food and not as expensive, and they give generous portions. No, I don't work for Crispers, and have no affiliation to them. They also give coupons which is enticing. At the end of the day, people save your money and time, go elsewhere. read more

4 stars to this particular panera because they actually bring the food to your table (i been to certain ones where they do not bring the food to you and your left trying to juggle two or three plates all the way to your table) the service here is usually pretty good. My only inconsistancy is that it seems that i get more soup when i "take out" vs when dining in. Portions should always be the same no matter what . But its just an observation. Panera Bread is a great place to go for soup. I absolutely love the green passion smoothie as well. I recently ordered a particular soup, paid for it, and then found out they were out of it completely. I was extremely disappointed. I most likely would not have gotten the combo if I had known they were out of this particular soup. I received a refund for the soup but was stuck with a sandwich, chips I paid for. It would have been nice if the staff had been more aware of the soup availability. Overall my food tasted alright. But I know Panera bread has a lot more potential than what I experienced recently. read more

The food is always delicious and it makes me feel like I'm eating healthy. I like ordering at the kiosk and just waiting at a table for my food to arrive. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. I don't think I've ever seen the drinks run out. My favorite dish is the fruity Lemon Poppy Chicken salad. I highly recommend it with apple chips and parmesan cheese. read more

Ok, not sure what is wrong with actually having the food you show on your menu, but if you come in count yourself lucky if they have what you ordered our make it correctly. We have visited many times and they are always out of something for our order. When you order the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich, you may get a small portion or they will just be out if it. Heaven forbid you ask them to correct it. Never will your food taste the same, apparently they freestyle the recipes. Always interesting if you prefer a familiar flavor. We like Panera, but this location is awful. You might as well go to one of the other 2 star restaurants and save your money. read more

I am updating my review. I got the chicken panini and there was so much sauce on it that it was soggy. Sad. Service leaves something to be desired which is why the three stars. The cashier was great. When I was standing there waiting on my food to be prepped, I watched a girl texting on her phone. When they realized I knew, it was all talk about her boss from the other store kept texting her. That may be true, however, if it was, that boss shouldn't be doing it, allowing it and condoning it. Took 10 minutes to make my sandwich. I just left. I dont accept or tolerate phone usage on the job. read more

On August 25 2013 at 8:15am: Trying to enjoy breakfast with my hubby when we were accosted by a homeless man INSIDE Panera. The manager says there is nothing she can do, but hey here's a free muffin. What a crock. You can believe I won't be back here-at least not by myself. I was right by the counter and not one employee said anything until we brought it up. Then they said well since he's not in the store anymore we can't call the police. Gah! If you come here be careful and be aware of your surroundings at all times! read more

Disappointed again with this panera. Maybe it's just on Sundays or maybe it's all the time. I got a chai latte that tasted bad both times they made it. My husband ordered coffee and asked for fresh coffee because the coffee that was out was 2 hours old. They brought more out immediately, and from the taste it had been brewed and burning on the stove for over an hour, i mean they brought it out so fast that it wasn't possible for them to have made it fresh. Too bad, in general i really like Panera but this location is a real disappointment. I may try again on a week day and see if it's any better. read more

One of nicest Panera's! Stopped in for lunch today. Service wAa super fast. Had all three registers open. Provided a table tracker but they bring the food to you! Appreciate that lemonade is available next to soda (perfect for Arnold palmers!). read more

Took about half hour to prepare a couple pick 2 order. Placed a rapid order 10 minutes before arriving to the shop, waited about another 20 minutes before the food was ready. Food tasted the same as other Panera. read more

I came in about a week ago. I ordered the steak & white cheese panini. I was halfway through my sandwich before I noticed all the hair in the container. It wasn't just a strand mind you. It was like someone trimmed their beard over my container & slapped the sandwich on top. I was horrified. I'm all for panera bread but I do not recommend eating here. Good Size location, drive thru a plus. I am a sucker for the egg/croissant combo. WiFi is slowish...9:15 AM not really crowed or peak lunch time. I usually go to My Office and More when I am meeting people or not working at home so I am spoiled by wicked fast WiFi. read more

When my family can afford to go to a sit down restaurant, we like to go to Panera. Better than fast food and just as good, if not better, than the classic sit down restaurants, plus you don't need to leave anyone a tip. We rarely have a bad experience here. The one time we did, the manager gave us a coupon for like $7 off our next visit. The food is fantastic. We usually order a sandwich and it always tastes so yummy. The one thing we look forward to most is their bread that goes as a side with most sandwiches. And the danish pastries are super yummy as well. The seating can be a bit crowded at times but we've never had a problem finding a seat. Parking is a little annoying mainly because of its location and you may have to gasp and hold your breath with some of the smokers who like to sit at the outside tables. Every time we finish a meal here we always say how much we love their food. It's not perfect but definitely worth at least 4 stars. read more
