Food Is always Good here. Like you can't go wrong with the God but the service is horrendous. This morning I entered and got greeted with a snarky remark that was completely out of pocket. The older lady working looked at my Bag and told me that I'm not "camping here". I forgot that brining a school bag of supplies is The same as me bringing a tent, fishing pole and other things. As for the ambiance of the place It sucks. Seeing the same employee smile and be all "fairytale God mother with others is hurtful. The judgmental attitude gave me was the same look I've seen homeless people get. "This place isn't for you to camp out " Anyways, I hope this review helps at-least one person in reflection.

Not only did we come in to the woman with the brows and the braids in a bad mood going off about management, the managers specifically and the "work load" but they got my boyfriends drink wrong. It took them 10minutes to make the wrong drink. And the other big woman didn't call out my drink. So when I thought they made my boyfriends drink, I reached and instead of communicating like a decent woman she decided to make some sort of sound like a badger and go "uh uh! No" I had to ask "is this not for [his last name] and she said I don't think so. I don't know what management is doing to these people but now it's affecting their communication with customers

Is this Panera Bread going bankrupt? No salad and not napkins I asked for extra napkins and the worker said can give an only a few because we're low. How can you be out of napkins? Smh won't be back here at all as this was our Panera Bread for years since opening. Portions are smaller but price is more. Two you pick two meals for $38 and the service is crap. Do better.

It's been a long time since I dined here. I was surprised that they took away the ability to customize from the kiosk. That was the one big let down as I had to verbally request for the baguette to be microwaved. In lieu of my request, they gave me one that was already warm. The dining room was quiet, as I remember and like it to be. I would've given a 4 star if it wasn't for the lack of ability to customize from the kiosk.

I dont know if its just this location or all Paneras... but I am shocked how awful it has become. The food portions and flavor have gone so far downhill it's below sea level. A HALF caprese sandwich (so one slice of bread total) with a little chopped bacon is $9! That is outrageous. A fruit cup with 1 strawberry, quarter slice of a pineapple, and some pieces of cantaloupe is over $2. The chicken and wild rice soup has a slimy texture and tastes mostly of celery. I started eating at Panera ten years ago and the quality was phenomenal. It's now more expensive and plain gross. What happened?

I found myself with about an hour of extra time between meetings in Kent last week, and tried to find a coffee spot nearby so I could get some work done, but nothing was open at that early hour so I zipped into Panera. Always a solid choice when I can't find a locally-owned option, this Panera didn't disappoint. The coffee was hot, the service fast and friendly, and I even enjoyed the bagel I ordered too. Most importantly on this day, their wi-fi was strong and since it wasn't busy I was able to stay for an entire hour and not feel like I was getting in anybody's way. The only thing that struck me as bad about this place was that it was pretty dirty. The tables weren't being wiped down and the DIY coffee bar was a little messy, too. Still, a good place to stop if you're in need of coffee and wi-fi near Kent Station.

The thing about franchises in general is that you should be able to go to any store and have relatively the same experience when it comes to the food. This holds true for Panera. I have been to many Panera Bread restaurants and quite thoroughly enjoyed the food. I will say, the thing that separates one franchise store to another is the customer experience which equates to customer service. Let me say, this Panera bread is 5 Star for me in the customer service department. Each encounter with every employee I came across was pleasant and you can tell that each person enjoys being there. When I was deciding on what to eat, my cashier came with great recommendations and patience for my indecisiveness. Every point of contact was such a good experience. So if you like Panera then you'll LOVE this Panera. I signed up their rewards program via the MyPanera app. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

    Strawberry salad with poppyseed dressing

The vegan options are pretty limited in Panera. They generally only have couple of warm bowls, a sandwich option (not a good one though) and few bagels. I always get the Baja bowl (after omitting the cheese and yogurt). The sauce, beans salsa and the avocados make the bowl pretty good. Today I found a new (limited time) option - strawberry salad with poppyseed dressing! It was really good albeit very sweet because of all the fruits (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and oranges!!). It is more like a fruit salad ha ha. I added some onions, basil, veg blend and edamame to make it more like a regular salad. It came out to be $15 with taxes (which I think is reasonable with the inflation?). Now I will continue getting this until they stop having it! Please consider having more vegan options! The service is pretty good though!!

Upon arrival on the rainy day i was offered water or warm tea and opted for both. Nothing better than that combo for me. Ordered my usual... Pho with rare steak, tripe, tendon and added meatballs. Broth is flavorful, as with anything you make it how you want after the initial taste and i only add limes and chili oil with the added basil. Nothing else. Fun fact: sriracha and hoisin are meant to be on the side to dip in, not poor into the broth. Also what makes me come back here is the Pork Patty Spring Rolls. The added crispy crunch on the inside makes these next level with the dark Romaine and just enough noodles to not overwhelm them like other places. A little added tunes whether traditional or not would be great. Or maybe the sound from the TVs playing food videos from around Vietnam would be cool. The silence was actually a could change up with the air conditioning and sound from the kitchen cooking. Great experience and glad i finally got to come in here!

There were a few people picking up at the time we entered, but nobody else dining in. When one of the servers came with our cold waters, we placed our food order right away with her. We got two orders of the Pork Patty Spring Rolls, a Kids Meatball Pho, a Combination Pho, a Grilled Chicken Noodle Bowl and a Vietnamese Pancake. After about 5 minutes, we got the Pork Patty Spring Rolls. Every single time we order them, they taste so good!!! Hits the spot whenever we visit this restaurant. Probably our favorite dish, actually. After we devoured the Spring Rolls, our entrees came out - Combination Pho and the Kids Meatball Pho. Then a few minutes later, the Grilled Chicken Noodle Bowl came out. I normally like to pour some Sriracha and Hoisin Sauce into my Noodle Bowl along with the sauce it originally comes with. Mixing everything in all of that makes it that much more flavorful for me! Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the food and the service. The Pho broth seemed a little bland and not seasoned as well as before. Other than that, all of the other food items were tasty and to our liking. The restaurant itself has ample amount of space to sit at since there are plenty of seating and tables available. Parking outside is good, there are plenty of spaces to park at as well. There used to be a Big 5 Sporting Goods store, but since that's gone, parking hasn't been an issue at all. They have pretty decent Vietnamese food for reasonable prices and adequate portions.

The pancake was delicious. Very herbaceous and savory, the pancake was crispy and chewy at all the right places. The wontons weren't super spicy, but the flavors were good, and the wonton itself was tasty. The top dish for me, though, was the beef braised noodle soup. The handmade noodles were bouncy and perfectly chewy. The beef is definitely the star of this dish, being so freakin tender and flavorful! The bok choy added that freshness and crunch that complemented the soup really well. From the tender meat, the chewy noodles, and the bok choy, this soup is my absolute favorite item here so far. Actually it's afternoon, but we get less sunlight around this time hence it feels like the evening even at 4pm. Anyway, the inside is brightly lit and is very casual, with the interior feeling like a fast-food joint but with much better seating quality. Their menu consists of teriyaki, Chinese food, sushi, bento boxes, fried rice, yakisoba and many others. They also have a special sushi menu located behind the counter, and one particular kind caught my friend's eye. Servers were patient with us and would come by once in a while to refill our water cups. Now for the food: - We each got our own bento box. For mines, i got their box with hot crispy chicken, spicy tuna rolls and four pieces of gyoza. The hot crispy chicken is already filling on its own, and they don't skimp on the spices. It was really crispy, sometimes to the point of scratching the inside of my mouth. Spicy tuna rolls were standard but also hit the spot, with the mayo sauce and even the tuna being spicy. The gyozas were also standard but were cooked well. Portions here are huge, and I almost asked for a to-go box for my remaining chicken. They didn't provide me with a side of salad as they advertise on their menu, though. It only came with my other friend's bento with chicken teriyaki, California roll and four pieces of gyoza. He did enjoy the teriyaki here, though. - My friend got a Diablo roll, which has a similar mayo sauce on it but is covered on the outside by a layer of Flaming Hot Cheetos. This was even spicier than the spicy tuna rolls which was actually even better. It gets really filling because of all the filling and sauces above it, and carries a familiar crunch with the Hot Cheetos covering. This place has some big portions for their food and needs more exposure! I'd be back for their other dishes and offerings.
