Grill cheese
Laur R.

The establishment was clean and service was fast during a relatively busy afternoon. The half grilled cheese I got wasn't as tasty it as had been in the past. It was pretty bland.

Weight of Fruit Cup

The soufflés are hit and miss as sometimes they are over cooked and brunt on top and other times they are good. This last order I purchased a fruit cup that is supposed to weigh 5oz's and include strawberries and blueberries. The one I received via my door dash order weighed 4.5 and did not have one single strawberry or blueberry in it but just honey dew melon and cantaloupe.

Autumn Squash Soup

During this season, let me thank you Lord for this lunch. The bread was dry and stale but it was filling. I remember being hungry, so thank you. The Tea was soured and really bad, but I'm so thankful for something to wash down the bread., so thankful. The squash soup was hot and delicious, super sweet and is probably not healthy for this diabetic, but I am grateful, so thank you! During this week I am Thankful for so much that so many people are doing without. Happy Thanksgiving!

I don't have abnormally sized hands this is what wedding receptions refers to as a finger sandwich

I'm torn because the Cranberry, Walnut Chicken Salad sandwich was absolutely delicious, but I can't help but think I was taken advantage of in the drive-through! The sandwich was Incredibly small!! I wanted only a half sandwich, but I feel as though I got a quarter.... I've noticed the reviews tend to mention overly small sized portions when they are delivered or received through the drive-through, so I can't help but feel as though they are intentionally selling the undersized product in this way. My bread was clearly cut from the edge of a round loaf and wouldn't have been placed in a plate because of its ridiculous size, so just wrap it up and send it through the drive-through. I've noticed numerous instances of under sized bagels being sold this way too (see the other reviews).... I think this location has a quality control issue. Get your act together Panera Greater Arlington!!! Your prices are too high to skimp on portion size.....

I decided to stop by Panera's for a light lunch while I studied a new lifestyle. Instead of my usual drive-thru routine or rapid pickup, I dined in using their new table-side ordering system from their App. The Panera App allows me to first find the perfect table; get settled; then place my customized order using the table number and wait for the staff to deliver your food. As soon as I entered the establishment it felt different. More organized than prior experiences. Management and the staff was friendlier and extremely helpful as soon as I walked in. As I am sitting at my table, eating and studying, I overheard who I assumed was the manager of this location discreetly explain ways he could adjust an employee's time. I assume this person had quite a few occurrences. He also mentioned how things operate at his store location. No, the manager wasn't loud. He pulled the employee to a secluded area of the store facing away from customers. I believe I have radar ears. The managers ethics made me realize, the higher ups (headquarters) applied action to the complaints and reviews from customers. Now, they have implemented noticeable strategies to improve this particular store. This visit changed my opinion about this Panera location. The staff readily bussed tables, asked if they could take away empty plates, and made sure the customers was okay even when I almost lost my balance on an unnoticeable piece of ice near the drink fountain area.

Asiago Bagel

The service was good. The problem was the tiny bagels. Mine was not their normal size (quarter shown for perspective) and my dining partner's was even smaller! Panera can do much better than this.

Tiny bagel

I would give the staff a fivefor quality service and friendliness. However I would give them a one or two for the size of their bagels see photo. Tiny!!! Every other Panera in town has bagels about 50% to75 percent larger than this. Disappointing ...Atlantic Panera you can do better .

Kiosk ordering
Magan D.

This is one of our go to places when we can't decide on where to go. We love ordering online and using the rapid pick up feature. They are fast and convenient. The restaurant is always clean when we go and the staff is friendly. This visit we used the kiosk to order breakfast. We prefer this to talking to people as we make a ton of changes to our orders. It is easier and the chances that we will forget something or they will get something wrong is less. When you order at the kiosk you can have them bag it up and pick it up at the rapid pick or delivered to you table. We waited for our food near the rapid pick up and watched it name go from "preparing" to "ready" on the screen that show the progress. Once it was dinner I watched them double check everything in our order to be sure it was correct. The food was delicious and no complaints from anyone in my family.

There's nothing green about this green goddess sandwich
Patrick C.

It's seems like this place is getting worse and worse. I ordered a green goddess sandwich and there was no arugula on it at all. Just tomato and cheese. This has happened twice here. Wtf!

The person serving the food is extremely rude. Talking about customers while you're standing right there waiting on your food. Horrible!

I usually get the sweet potato fries and a burger without the bread, so I get it as a lettuce wrap. The fries are always good, and I really like the sauce too. I also like their pizzas, including the frozen ones. My main issue lately has been the burger patty. I assume they make the patties in house because the size seems to be different every time, but the last couple of times I've gone, the patty has been extremely small. It was more like a little meatball than a burger patty, which is disappointing when you're ordering a cheeseburger. If they are making the patties by hand, I think they could really benefit from weighing or measuring each patty so they are more consistent. I still like the healthier options and some of the food here, but the burger quality has definitely gone downhill for me the last couple of visits.

They also offer it in their frozen meal prep section, which makes it an easy go-to meal option. One of the servers told me it includes brown rice, turkey burnt ends, edamame, carrots, green onions, sesame seeds, and Korean BBQ sauce. Not only are the ingredients surprisingly nutritious, but the combination is incredibly flavorful and satisfying. This was easily one of my favorite things I tried at the festival, and I'll definitely be making a trip to their Tinseltown location soon to add it to my regular rotation. Side note: I'll upload a better photo once I grab a full-size portion -- this was the festival serving size!

Bright, clean and has the character of a great local, family owned restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and informative. You order at the register where you can see the clean and busy kitchen directly behind. Your food is then brought out to you and everything is made fresh. There are Coke products in a soda fountain and a refrigerator with sodas, beer and wine. We ordered the Vegetarian Platter. First, the best hummus and tahini in the area. The falafel is fantastic along with the gyro. I wasn't expecting the fries to be so amazing but they were crispy and seasoned so well. Everything hit, and this is a new go-to for us. If you're anywhere near Arlington and want great Mediterranean food, you must try Tabouleh. One of Jacksonville's best to me.

Standouts on the platter were the warm grape leaves, the hummus, and the tabouleh salad. The falafel was tasty but a bit greasy. The spinach pie had great flavors but would have been better served warm. The pita was warmed and great for dipping in that delicious hummus. I have a new favorite hummus in Jacksonville. My chicken shawarma wrap was filled with chicken and so well seasoned. I have half left for another meal. The fries were crinkle cut but cooked crispy with a seasoning, really liked them. The place had seating options inside and outside too.

My husband and kids absolutely love middle eastern food so we decided to give this place a shot today. We ordered the beef shawarma and the lamb kofta plate, and wow, they did not disappoint! Several reviewers have suggested Lily European Kitchen…read moreRestaurant is a hidden gem in Jacksonville. And I completely agree. This restaurant is in an unassuming strip shopping center in Jacksonville's Southside area on Southside Boulevard. The owner and chef hail from Ukraine and are presenting some of their native foods to diners in Jacksonville. The restaurant is small. 7 tables including several booths. It's an intimate setting and the perfect place for a date night. My dining companion and I visited on a Saturday afternoon at 2 pm. The restaurant was not crowded. I can see how it might be in the evening. We ordered the pierogies and sausages, which is served with sour cream and topped with crispy fried onions. We also ordered the Cheburki, a large empanada made from pastry dough stuffed with ground chicken and onions - a traditional Eastern European street food favorite. The Cheburki is served with a green salad. Both entrées were well cooked and delicious. Although we shared them, it was definitely enough for two people. There's lovely music playing in the background that adds to the ambience and I believe they have fairy lights hanging from the curtains that would add to a completely romantic mood for evening meals. The owners were completely hospitable and welcoming! We thought that the addition of Italian specialties on the menu was unusual but later learned that not everyone wants to venture out and try Ukrainian food. So this is a way to appeal to the less adventurous diner. Service was spot on and we will return!!

First, the mozzarella salad that's pictured on Yelp with balls of fresh mozzarella isn't what you actually get. It was shredded mozzarella and the lettuce was brown and wilted, not very appetizing. The service was decent but they definitely microwaved the food because I heard it go off multiple times in the hour I was there. If I wanted to eat microwaved food, I would have just ate at home.

This place is well run, with women servers on a mission for excellence: people are seated promptly and are seen by their server quickly. Here are some things that I noticed about this place: -the family bathroom was clean, well-lit, and (thank god) did feature a coat rack! *this is important for purses*, changing station, and railing on the door and walls to assist our friends who need extra support. -the grits were HOT, buttered and delicious, very simple recipe with cheddar cheese and my addition of salt & pepper, best restaurant grits ever (and I'm generally underwhelmed by grits from every restaurant) -I was able to sub turkey sausage for my topping in the Secret Bene dish was met with a smile and agreeance. No pork on this fork -if you want to dine with ease, come here the seating in the general dining area is built for tables of 2-4 patrons, semi-closely spaced but the larger tabletops are sequestered into their own section. This seating plans allows for smaller parties to be tended to quickly and redirects the noise and collaboration needed to tend to a larger table top away from others' dining experience. I am delightfully pleased to say that they need to bring back this classic American dining practice of partitioning of space for a larger tables.
