When I got home, and looked at everything, I discovered that not only did I not receive my extra avocado, I didnt receive any at all (which I paid $1.00 more for). They also forgot my large lemonade as well. When I attempted to call them, I was on hold for 25 min. So I have no avocado, no lemonade, and no refund. Not a great experience. read more

Order was ready 1 hour AFTER time it should have been completed! It was a big order. So, I figured they would be late as always. I was willing to give them half hour leeway. Then 45 minutes came and still nothing. The waiting area was littered with people who had been there waiting as long as me. I finally was able to ask a cashier about my order. "Oh, they are preparing it now. " Me "Ok, do you have ETA? It was supposed to be done by 11:15. It is now 12." Cashier "Like, 5 minutes." Order finally comes up as ready. Go up to rapid pick up. Nothing. Find the same cashier again. She finds it and helps me to my car. Get back to work and NOTHING is labeled!!! No idea what the sandwiches or salads are. No names-why bother ask for names if you aren't going to use them???? Get out master list....oh look, we are missing 5 lunches. Try calling cafe, twice. No answer, because of course, it is there busy time. Drive back to the cafe. Low and behold, they forgot to give me a bag. "Our apologies." Get back and guess what still missing 2 sandwiches. Of course, can't call and complain to the cafe. Called 800 number. Spoke to customer service. They at least were helpful. read more

No - Just NO! This use to be a great place to eat. However one can only guess that new management and or a lack of trained employees have left this location a mere shell of itself. Went in on 6/12/16 and ordered a bagel, cut and toasted with butter. 30 min later and my name wasn't even on the list to say they were 'working' on my bagel. The server was RUDE, and kept rolling her eyes at everyone she waited on. Do yourself a favor. If you truly want Panera, drive a mere 7 miles more to the location on RT 22. Terrible service, disorganized, and not worth it. I'm currently living in the hospital - literally across the street from this location - waiting on a heart transplant. While they have delivery service, they specifically will not deliver to the hospital. Fine. But the last three times we've placed a pick-up order, either salad dressings, side orders, or entire entrees have been missing. Since my wife has (all three times) waited for the guy to unpack the bag, check the items against the ticket, and put it all back (for "accuracy" according to them), you would figure they would spot entire entrees missing, or absent salad dressings. They don't. THREE TIMES. When she called to complain, she was told by the manager that they were "very busy." Well, duh. It's a restaurant at dinner time. How is that her problem? What kind of manager makes excuses instead of apologizing? We've gotten a similar excuse every time this happens. They don't offer to bring the missing items to the front doors of the hospital - which would be easy for them since they already have delivery drivers. She on the other hand would have to leave the huge hospital campus, navigate the parking garage and hospital traffic to go back for the missing items. They offered to do nothing - not even give a refund. So she had to demand a refund for the missing item, and they could only refund the money by SNAIL MAIL. Despite being able to order online - they can't refund money any other way. WHAT? Complaining to customer service got me a $10 gift card (1/4th of the bill for the screwed up order) and a vague apology in a form letter that did nothing to address the specific issues. There's no way they even read my entire complaint. So after 10 years as faithful Panera customers, we're done. There's an Applebee's across the street and a Chipotle down the road. That's where my money goes from now on. Yours should too. read more

The staff was very friendly and helpful with choosing what to eat. They were very informative and willing to cater to your dietary needs. I had the Asian Chicken Salad (not the exact name, sorry) which had a very good peanut sauce but in my opinion too much pineapple. Other than the pineapple it was perfect. My friend had the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich which she enjoyed. We got free water and sides (the options were chips, bread or an apple) and a 99 cent baked good as part of our meal. It wasn't too crowded or loud and was a nice place to relax after a day at Hershey Park. read more

Ordered online for catering. The assistant manager calls THE DAY OF EVENT at THE DELIVERY time to report that the address was outside of their delivery zone. When I called back the assistant manager apologized and said she would figure out a way to get the food to our event and left it at that. The supposed manager of the establishment then calls, first of all begins saying how it was not their fault at all that they called AT THE DELIVERY TIME that they REFUSE to deliver the food and that it would be available for it to be picked up. SEVERAL times raised her voice and THREATENED to hang up the phone if we did not agree to her terms. Finally "said" she would call the Camp Hill location and have it delivered there, at least get the items half way, to which that was already 30 mins late. REFUSED to apply a refund or offer anything due to the inconvenience. Went over to the Camp Hill site to which the staff had NO idea we were coming or of any order that was supposed to be coming their way. Ended up asking the manager of the Camp Hill location to provide whatever foods or desserts they could spare for our event. Called this location again to inquire why they had failed to provide the Camp Hill with the food or any communication about our missing order to which we received more rude, incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful hateful commentary along the lines of "this was no longer their problem".... please please beware of catering from this location, not only will you NOT get your food, but you will be met with incredibly rude and u professional staff that will honestly ruin any event. read more

Poor customer service, I walked in and waited 5 minutes at the counter before just using self order. Tonight they were out of kale, baguettes, cucumbers and avocado. Because of all these the system won't let you order like all the salads. Then I unpacked my food and I'm missing dressing, and got no bread at all. You're a bread place! My boyfriend and I came here for lunch today. He ordered the frontega chicken sandwich and I ordered the bbq chicken flatbread. They brought us our food and the chicken in both of our dishes was underdone. I took it to the counter and explained that we would not eat it cus the chicken was undercooked. This is the absolute worst Panera Bread location in the history of mankind. My husband and I order from them on occasion out of pure laziness and we are disappointed every single time. There have been multiple occasions where they get our order wrong and never apologize or offer any sort of refund, discount or promo towards a next order. Prior to going to Hershey to attend a concert, we stopped at Panera Bread. We found several kiosks at the front of the store that serviced the group I was with, ease of use. Worse Panera visit ever for me. 3rd in line, took15 minutes because 1 girl taking orders from her fellow employees 1 at a time and ignoring other customers. Since I started law school, I've always gone to Panera on exam days as a ritual of mine. Today, I went to place an order online and noticed all the bagels were sold out. Thinking it was a mistake, I went inside and noticed there was an abundance of bagels. Confused and thinking the kiosk was wrong, I approached a friendly staff member who was also confused on why I couldn't place an order. Over walks another obviously annoyed staff member who treated me like garbage, ripping off her gloves to let me know that it was intentionally set that way and asking me what I wanted. Another customer and I chatted about the confusion and as I walked out, she approached this customer (obviously a regular) to tell him kindly why they didn't offer bagels. I have a bagel now, and I'm so disturbed that I lost my appetite. This is my exam day and while I know what it's like to work retail, that was so uncalled for. read more
