Everything comes a la carte, and a hamburger that is of normal size at 15.00 is a little costly with no fries or salad, or something. Everything made to order. They need some iced tea, freshly brewed or something healthy to drink in their drink cooler. It was all sodas and Gatorade or water. Even coffee or cold coffee would have been nice. Plenty of seating, when you go in, make sure the AC is working if its a hot day. Bc the kitchen hogs the whole place to just heat up the restaurant. I will be back, supporting locals. The food was excellent.

Yesterday, the sole front line employee rang up my order incorrectly, then just turned and walked away from us to chat with a delivery driver . On returning we started reworking my order. I opted for the Por que no el Puerco on the cashier-recommended pretzel bun. The flavors and the layers were sensational. A great bite without being too heavy or too greasy. The pretzel bun was also a great choice - some salt but not trying to actively dehydrate you with every bite. The Bear bottled latte was also quite good. It was a very unique flavor profile with obviously lots of banana but it took a little getting used to being mixed with the bitterness of the coffee and some of the nuttiness of the hazelnut and oat milk. I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to get it again, but with the limited coffee options here, I wouldn't not get it either. Overall, a really solid place to stop. We had to ask for water. Our server I will say was very sweet and tried to be as attentive as possible despite being one of only two servers working. We had the street corn appetizer which was delicious, the grilled bread was chefs kiss and as always is my favorite part. I was starving and couldn't decide so I chose both the new Chinese crispy dumpling salad as well as the steakhouse salad. Stay with me, this is where this review is going to get a little long winded. The Chinese dumpling salad was one of the best salads I've ever consumed! It was described as golden-fried chicken dumplings tossed with shaved Napa and red cabbage, cucumber strips, carrots, scallions, and fresh cilantro served with a housemade honey-miso dressing with toasted sesame seeds. A M A Z I N G Give me 15 of them! It was flavorful, crisp and so so fresh. The dressing paired with the crispy friend dumplings was epic. The steakhouse salad was described as tender pieces of grilled filet mignon, crispy smashed potatoes, slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, red onions, and creamy Gorgonzola cheese, over baby arugula and chopped lettuce. Served with a housemade Dijon balsamic vinaigrette. This salad was alright. The filet was indeed not tender but tough and there wasn't a crispy potatoes in sight but instead french fries. I didn't complain as I was on a high from the previous salad but it in my opinion was not worth the $23 price tag. I also ordered the bbq chicken pizza and added on fresh pineapple and bacon for an upcharge. I counted maybe 6 pieces of chicken on the entire pizza, the topping went well proportioned at all. Not pictured was an $8 bowl of kids portioned macaroni and cheese which was pretty basic and very loose. It pretty much gave noodles and melted Velveeta cheese; I ordered this for a 7 month old so it's whatever. Overall I enjoyed my food, the experience and wait kinda gave me a bit of anxiety but I honestly want to go again tomorrow for that dumpling salad!
