This is some of the best food I've had! I got the zesty chicken and wild rice soup, along with bacon chicken ranch sandwich. Every bite my table took we were just talking about how good the food was. Cashier was super sweet and helpful being that it was our first time here. The atmosphere is almost more calm than that of a normal restaurant. Students were there with laptops and books open, working on their schoolwork. Really enjoyed and will come back ! read more

There's a girl that works the drive through who is so rude that I won't even use the drive through anymore. She commands you to "order when you're ready" and will cut you off to ask if you have rewards, and cut you off again to ask "cup or bowl". Sounds like a Caucasian female mid-20's from somewhere up north. The last time I pulled up and heard "order when you're ready" in a rude, brash tone, I left. Looked hours up (8:20)and it says open until 9:00 pm ....Place an order online while passing Thru town... pay online ... get notification order is ready ... pull up at 8:45 lady comes out (with no food) & says they closed at 7:00... ask us to come back tomorrow to get a refund... we explain we don't live here... she finally goes in & brings back cash to pay us our money back. Says there's a glitch online for their hours. Odd to me there is someone there 2 hours after they close. Pretty sure someone just didn't want to cook food. read more

This small town has landed a somewhat healthy fast food chain! Hooray!! I hope it does well here and they open one up on the coast. I love their breakfast sandwiches.. and their hazelnut flavored coffee (no syrup in it either). They always have fresh breads you can choose to take home and lots of pastries to carb load your sweet tooth up with. The staff is friendly and they keep the sitting area clean. Sadly I'm afraid to go back after experiencing food poisoning from a egg soufflé that wasn't cooked all the way through. It wasn't running but it wasn't solid, it was like half baked. I remember because as I was eating it I remembered thinking oh this must be their new light and fluffy texture. It made me sick for the whole day and I thought maybe I had eaten something else that was bad but then I woke up still sick with upset stomach and using the facilities from the raw product. I called management and they were so sweet and apologized and said they would look into it. They even offered to remake my meal if I came back in but I didn't go back because I'm afraid I could so easily get sick again. It has me weary of eggs in total, I don't even want to cook them at home. read more

My chicken noodle soup tastes like a fish tank was poured in a bowl and put in a microwave. My sandwich had a gnat in it. When I got my new sandwich it was not what I ordered. The woman taking our orders completely didn't get my moms order. All of the tables inside were dirty. It was overall an awful experience. read more

Edit: as of 7/27/18 they're a lot better at getting my order correct. I'd say 9/10 times they don't forget anything but that one time they forget my croutons with my soup just really gets me every time even tho I check my bag, I think they're in there but when I get home I realize I was mistaken and they're not in there. I love my freaking croutons, man! Original review: They're so BAD at getting orders correct. It's a miracle if they get everything in my order right. Soup? Check. Croutons? Nope. Salad? Yep. Dressing? Nope. Next day, it'll be breakfast sandwich but wrong bread. I ordered a vegetarian salad from here one time and it came with chicken on it (Panera has both a veggie and meat version of this salad). Thankfully, I am "mostly" a vegetarian (I eat meat but extremely rarely) so while I was disgusted with having chicken contaminating my food, I just picked it off because I didn't feel like going back. But, holy crap, the kitchen needs to get it together. Their bakery is delicious though so they deserve three stars for that. I ordered my food at drive thru and waited for a car at the window to move but it did not happen for 10 mins! I'm sorry but I did not have another 10+ mins to wait for my food so just drove off and got food from Zaxby's. The car was finally leaving when I pulled up to the road after I got my food!! Ridiculous!! It was at 2pm on a weekday. It's sad to see the only healthy fast food place in town is going down like this. read more

This is a very cosy place. The staff was polite & friendly. It was very quite, so it could be a great place to study or read. Food was okay. What is really cool, it's juices. They have nice variety of different juices and some of them are without sugar. I'll be definitely back! read more

This is easily the best Panera location I've ever been to. The staff remade my bagel after the first one was over toasted. I didn't even have to ask, they just did it. They're polite, they're slicer works right, and the bagels here are full and well-made. I wish all Panera locations were this well done. Bravo. read more

I hadn't ever eaten at Panera Bread, but when I did, I was rather disappointed in the food I ordered as the sandwich was very dry and bitter (I didn't know my sandwich used dijon mustard). The lady at the counter was not very helpful with me being confused about the menu options and just stood there staring at me until I ordered leaving the both of us awkward and uncomfortable. I am hopeful that this was just bad luck for my first time here! I would love to come back to give Panera Bread another try! read more

Not one for negative reviews but this is exactly what you'd think a Panera bread in Hattiesburg, Mississippi would be like. Saw a live roach crawling under a table. Employees were nowhere to be found for about 6 minutes when I walked in then they acted like I was a jerk for existing and wanting to order. I will give this place two stars because the staff were really friendly and polite. On the other hand, I take my kids health very serious and you gave them expired yogurt with their orders. Not only that, the kids grilled cheese was so hard and burnt that they could barely bite into it. Maybe it was a one time thing? Maybe just kids food is an issue? The rest of our order was pretty decent, minus you not having any bread bowls was pretty upsetting, since it was the main reason we went there. Also maybe try using shaved Parmesan on your Caesar salads, that grated stuff you use is just the same as what you put on spaghetti. Also, I paid for chicken in my salad, but alas I didn't receive any with my order. I have gotten great food and service at other locations, but this particular location was a huge disappointment. This Panerai Bread is new in Hattiesburg. I found the overall layout was nice. Ordering was good especially not knowing the menu. I thought the .99 bake good promo was poor. You had to order a full meal with full sandwich and drink just to get the bake goods, but your actually paying for it. The employees on the floor almost ran over customers trying to clear tables. They need to show more respect for employees. Good tasting food and clean environment. read more

FINALLY, something new besides Newk's Cafe or McAllister's Deli! The food is delicious! They offer fresh baked goods (Brownies, bagels, cinnamon rolls etc.), paninis, sandwiches, soups and salads. They have daily soups specials. The staff is very nice. The restaurant is kept very clean and service is prompt and pleasant. read more

Healthy maybe great diet food since most of the meal went to the trash. The roasted turkey was soggy, the bacon was tough (how do you make bacon tough) and the bread was refrigerated cold + soggy like the sandwich was made early in the morning and sat in a refrigerator. At least the avocado was ripe and the bagged chips were not stale. read more
