I like Panera. I'm a "sip club" member. I ordered a half sandwich of Smokehouse BBQ Chicken today with a salad. When I took a bite, I tasted a lot of bread. When I opened up the sandwich, it was a complete disaster. It looks like it was put together by a kindergarten student. This needed more chicken. Please don't insult the customers by giving teaspoon portions.

Decent Panera location with an okay atmosphere and standard decor. I prefer the location in Aspen Hill, MD much more after their renovations so now I have this mindset in which all Panera's must match that ambiance. My go-to is usually the Pick-2 (Turkey bacon bravo with a side of pickle, southwest chile lime salad and a bag of chips). Everything tasted pretty fresh even near closing time so I really appreciate that. I'm always concerned whether or not the avocados will turn brown after a whole day but I was really happy knowing that my food looked and tasted great. I usually do mobile ordering at this location so I can't comment on service, however the employees here are super friendly and attentive. They acknowledge you and jump right on your order almost immediately. It's usually pretty empty inside, but I do see a few people on their laptops doing work, or last minute dinner grabbers like myself eating before closing. Overall, decent experience and would recommend.

This location I have visited numerous times for different items. The lack of consistency is amazing. Flat muffins and barely cut bagels is what you receive there. The only good item out of the 10 times i have been there in 5 years is the pizza. I just totally give up with this location and the other Germantown location isn't any better.

I have both worked and dined at this Panera Bread location. Work wise, this place gets 0 stars, the manager at the time had an affinity for sliding things under the rug and allowing any and all awful things to continue happening at this location. Food and service wise this location deserves 2.5/3 stars. The cashiers are ALWAYS rushed and rushing you in return. Even if there is no one behind you they stand at the register calling next until you decide to hastily order something, ANYTHING!! The food and line staff are always really quick and great at what they do. Although my dad did order a Caesar salad once and got a garden salad instead. The food is pretty fresh here, Panera standard food but it's always fresh at this location. No wilted salads or soggy breads in my experience so pretty good. Tables are usually dirty bc people love to leave their dishes and they don't get cleaned fast enough. Pretty subpar experience here.

I liked coming here for lunch when I worked, but after today, I'm seriously reconsidering. I ordered a You Pick Two, with Baja Mac and a Turkey/Avo BLT. The mac I ordered EXTRA Avo, NO pico. When I got it there was a ton of Avo, but it also had pico in it. When I asked for it to be fixed, I got no apology. The girl fixing the food didnt even hand it to me, and instead slapped it on the cashier counter for the cashier to hand to me. This time there was BARELY any Avo whereas I had paid extra for it. Nice to know you get punished and cheated out of money for THEIR mistake. I ordered the BLT sans Bacon. Surprised the employee that couldn't read "no pico" COULD read "no bacon," so at least that was correct. They also skimped me on Avo on the sandwich, as the photo clearly shows. Staff was rude and unwilling to apologize for a mistake they made.

Not crowded at 6ish on a weeknight.

It's Panera. So I won't go into the details like I might for a a lesser known establishment, but I can say it's a strong location. I don't usually come on the weekend when it would be more crowded, but in any given weeknight you can find friendly service, food delivered as advertised, and an open environment with plenty of seating options. When I've (rarely) had a problem with an order, it is typically resolved with friendly quick service. Now, are there some disappointments? Sure. The occasional undercooked egg (which I think Big Panera is forcing them to do with their "over easy" egg), the once in awhile thrown together sandwich? Yes, but this is more on the person making it on that occasion, rather than a reflection of the restaurant. Is Panera a destination restaurant? Uh, no. Is this location a pretty good fast casual spot when in the neighborhood? Totally.

Talked to Brianna who argued about it, and literally laughed about the order not being done and that's truly all she did; laughed. This idiotic disengaged attitude was impressive. Their main job, take the order correctly, nothing special about it, how difficult? Went back in for the overall third time Brianna was nowhere to be seen. The Halal food truck is located just outside of the Marathon Gas Station and across the street from Flagship Carwash (currently closed for renovation). There is parking available, my family and I got our food to-go as I believe most customers do. I ordered the food via UberEats and it was ready when I arrived. We ordered two Cheesesteaks and I thought they were delicious, they were also pricey... $13.99 each. I did like the Flame Sauce drizzled on the sandwich. The sauce isn't spicy, but it is zesty and it added another flavor profile to the meaty cheesesteak. I also appreciated the thickness of the bread. It definitely held its own, didn't get soggy at all, or fall apart. The only Pupusa we ordered was the VegeMixta and I thought it was unique with ground Loroco Flowerbud being the first ingredient (never had it before and would have thought I was eating green pepper if I didn't know otherwise). I'd be interested in trying the other varieties of Pupusa. The Yuca Fritas came with fried pieces of beef, a cabbage slaw, a few pieces of radishes and cucumbers and a very light and delicious tomato based dipping sauce. I just loved that sauce!!! It was almost like tomato soup, but a lighter take of it (and not warm, like soup is usually. Also was mild in taste, not spicy). I don't know if I'd get the pieces of fried beef again, I wasn't interested in trying them, they looked hard and dried out/tough to chew (they can be excluded from ordering via UberEats menu). We also ordered a Nutella Crepe (the plain crepe is $8.99, and each topping is $0.99 extra). The amount of Nutella in and on the crepe was a generous amount. Just note the prices on the menu on their website are already outdated compared to UberEats, at least for the crepe. It used to be $6.99 and not it is $8.99... Not sure if this is the norm. There is one small picnic table outside of the food truck for anyone interested in eating on location. I feel this food truck will get busier when the Flagship re-opens!
