Finally back in town where they make REAL tacos!!…read more Listen... after being away and surviving on what Vegas calls tacos, coming back home and hitting Jazmin's Cuisine felt like a full cultural reset. One bite and I remembered exactly why Maryland's Latin cuisine stands on business. The tacos? Packed with flavor, seasoned like somebody's abuela was in the back making sure it was done right. Fresh toppings, tender meat, and tortillas that tasted like they actually matter. No shortcuts. No playing around. And let me be clear -- Jazmin hits WAY harder than Chipotle. Not even the same conversation. This is the kind of food that reminds you what authentic is supposed to taste like. Vegas couldn't touch this if they tried. If you want real flavor, real culture, and real tacos... stop scrolling and pull up. Jazmin understood the assignment.

*****3.5 stars*****…read more It's been awhile since I've been to Jazmin Cuisine so decided to stop by for linner since we were starving and it was on the way home. The wings are definitely where it's at here - plump, juicy, and packed with flavor. They do take some time to cook, so be sure to order this first. I also shared the tres leches which was also really good. Unfortunately the rest was just okay - quesadilla not crispy and the carnitas again lacked flavor. Chicken burrito packed with more rice and beans than chicken, which had decent flavor though. Service was friendly and they did their best to keep the line moving.

I've been wanting to try this place for quite some time, but there are a lot of specific negative…read morereviews for this place which gave me pause. I can usually spot the overly angry complaints that are far off the mark or specifically trying to call out something specific, but the complaints here seem valid. They gave me pause until today. First off, this is in a gas station. That was strike 1 for me. I know people love Royal Farm's chicken, and i'm not a fan. So when i realized it was part of a gas station, i was apprehensive. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that this chicken was quite good. Is it the best. No, but its up there. When you combine the fact that a 3 piece meal with a side and biscuit is just 10 bucks, then value-wise, its way up there. I found the chicken to be fresh. There was a definite crunch that seems to be missing from a lot of fried chicken. The batter is not overly seasoned and you get the natural chicken taste. The main thing is that because its a gas station, there isn't anywhere for you to eat it fresh. I only ate it because i wanted to try it fresh, but when you have to take it home, or elsewhere to eat, time is of the essence as the quality will drop pretty quickly the longer you have to go. That loses a star for me, but otherwise, its a solid fried chicken if you live close by.

DON'T GET WAFFLE FRIES…read more I really thought I would like this place but I didn't. I got -family size waffle fries -12pc Cajun chicken tenders -"chicken sandwich meal" aka just a chicken sandwich (unless you pay extra money) (this may be an issue at DoorDash, not the business itself) I love waffle fries and fatty food, but this has to be an exception. These fries were really disgusting. I looked at them and I could see the grease/oil seeping through them. I tried to eat one and I could not taste the potato inside. All I could taste was the oil that it soaked into the potato. I tried to eat more, but it's really hard to. The chicken tenders had to be the high point of this meal. They did taste pretty good, but some of the batter was peeling off of them. They aren't exceptionally crispy or crunchy. (I'd say the business name is rather deceptive )But we're ok for the price. The chicken sandwich was not that bad (as far a the chicken & bun). It was a little small, but still worth it. The main issue is the chicken sandwich was that it was pictured having pickles in it and mine did not have any. I did not go Inperson so I have nothing to say as far as ambience. (To my understanding, it's inside of a gas station.) Update- 35 minutes after eating. My stomach now hurts. Changed 2 stars to 1 star
