The restaurant staff deferred resolution to the 3rd party delivery company, which was the opposite of what the 3rd party delivery customer service rep said upon outreach, so it was an unexpected annoyance to have to call/stay on hold with the customer service reps to get someone to deliver the food. My order was placed directly through the True Food Kitchen website. Food itself was fine, just unfortunate that the warm dishes were cold by the time we actually got it given the delivery issues (~35 min later than scheduled).

An old woman came out a few minutes later and asked if I wanted anything I said I just told the young man no cause the kitchen is closed as it's 208. She said no it's not closed until 230 I said well your staff gave miss information. Because all he offered me was a drink, a coconut key lime pie or blueberry muffin neither of which I eat. The ambiance was good. Good music and good people We went around 4:45 so the bar was getting a bit crowded considering Happy Hour ends at 5pm on the weekdays. Luckily we were able to find a seat at the bar. Once we sat down the friendly bartenders gave us menu's but we already knew what we wanted and why we were there lol. So we ordered the beignets and the sangria flights. The sangria flights were good. They are very refreshing and have perfect balance. The beignets were good. The bread was baked to perfection however, the dip was cold. We anticipated that the dip would be warm as that would have been paired well with the warm beignets. Overall, it was a good experience as always

Glenwood delivered that excellent dinner this week and it deserves all the stars I can muster up. I had the Ahi Tuna Salad. Delicious, fresh, crispy, and with some of the best sushi-grade tuna I have ever put in my mouth. It was a great entree salad and this is the 2nd time I have had it. You know what, there will definitely be a 3rd time too. But, the diva of this meal was definitely what my spouse got. The incredible, edible rotisserie chicken pot pie!!! OMG this dish was crazy good, so good that I wish I had made it. The crust was the best crust I have ever had in my entire life bar none. It was crisp, flavorful and a little bit doughy. Its taste was great all by itself. But let there be no doubt - the filling was top notch too. Creamy, luxurious with crisp, fresh vegetables and big hunks of rotisserie chicken. It was the BEST! Thank God my spouse shared some with me because it was life changing (ok maybe that's a bit dramatic but you get my drift). The service matched the food. Erika was our server. She was so bubbly, friendly, helpful, smart and hard working. Glenwood is not a haute cuisine restaurant but the service we got from Erika matched the best restaurant service anywhere. That woman can do anything anywhere. I would hire her in a minute. Glenwood is one of those places that has hit its stride and I'm damn glad that I stumbled upon it. I highly recommend - NO - I demand that you go to Glenwood immediately. You will not be disappointed.

We ordered the Big Eaters Platter, the Corned Beef Hash & Eggs, and shared a Nutella Crepe with Strawberries for dessert. The portions were generous, especially the Big Eaters Platter, making it a solid choice if you're coming in hungry. The corned beef hash was decent, and the Nutella crepe with fresh strawberries was a nice sweet finish to the meal. That said, I thought the food was just okay for the price. Nothing we ordered was bad, but nothing really stood out enough to make me want to come back. The quality was solid, but I left feeling like there are better breakfast options in the area for the same price point. If you work nearby or are visiting one of the surrounding medical offices or hospitals, I could definitely see this being a convenient spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. However, as someone visiting the area, I don't think it's a place I'd go out of my way to return to. Overall, friendly service and a clean restaurant helped make for a pleasant experience, but the food didn't quite justify the price. A good neighborhood café if you're close by, but probably not a destination breakfast spot.

The ambiance was nice in a chain-location kind of way and service was solid. Our waiter Matt was friendly and attentive, and when things inevitably took a turn, the manager turned out to be apologetic and personable. (They were inexplicably playing Disney's Fantasia on the wall over our heads with a projector?) Food was terrible. Specifically the desert-dry Fable Mushroom Gyro and the cocktails that tasted like how cologne smells (Pomegranate Paloma and cucumber Mojito). My husband had the Steak frites that had to be sent back for coming out raw instead of medium. The Bavarian Pretzel app we tried had burnt, cold pretzels and a weirdly gritty cheese sauce. Despite all of that, our bill was still over $100. Ridiculous. This visit has definitively solidified my no-Ted's policy.
