Thy used to have amazing cinnamon rolls then they changed them and now they are gross.

I have had the greek salad, caesar salad, broccoli and cheese soups, and french onion soup. All the food is good, but the portions are WAY too small for me. I was in Atlanta, got the you pick two soup & salad, and was still hungry an hour later. I've learned that you have to get the full size salad and a soup, and then go home and eat. The menu is overwhelming in that they do so many things, w/ so many options: you pick two, you pick one, you shoot yourself in the head. Lights are really bright, cake and cookies take up too much eye space at the ordering area. I don't like the vibrators used under the table while you wait for your food. Panera Bread is impersonal and blows me up. I get overstimulated and feel like I'm on the conveyor belt waiting to get sliced like deli meat on a flatbread. read more

This location is clean and the staff was friendly. I appreciate the amount of booth seating and the layout of the restaurant. Additionally, they have a drive-thru at this location which is convenient if you want food to go. The food is the same as the other locations the only downside to the trip was that I stood in front of the registers for a bit while there were people around but not attending to my order also the soup could have been a little bit hotter. Once got a dirty knife. Guys, dirty dishes? Are you serious. Cappuccino is ALWAYS served differently, sometimes a cup is full, sometimes it is half-empty, and you don't know which way is right. One servant said "expresso" lmao trying to explain why my cup was half-empty. Tried doing this tablet-order thing. The result: servants don't know who made the order and don't give a receipt, though I pointed in the order that I needed a printed copy. Tables smell like the wiping tissue, or whatever is used, haven't been washed for days. Please, please, PLEASE do something to it! read more

Panera used to be my favourite place to eat salads and sandwiches before I moved to Gainesville. This branch is terrible, and the staff is rude and does not follow the Panera standards. Every time I go, I tell them that I am allergic to red meat, and every time I have found bacon in my salad. I hate coming here now, and what's worse is that I have worked this location before and it's only gotten worse. read more

I have always heard great things about panera bread, but for it to be my first experience I was very disappointed in the food that I received. The customer service was very pleasant and nice. But when I received my food. My sandwich was just thown together the turkey was coming out of the sandwich and the avacodo was not sliced, so I had this big chuck like half of an avocodo thrown into my sandwich. The avocodo was so hard that I had to throw it away. I was not pleased at all. Especially when my food was so costly. I had expected better food. read more

Considering it's a chain, this Panera location is the only one I'm reviewing. Food-wide, the portions are satisfying, but a little bit pricey for what you're getting. I most often go with the Choose Two meals where you can get half-portions of most menu items for around $10 combined. Food is always tasty, which is the important thing--I especially enjoy their vast array of sandwich selections. Good rewards program gives you small freebies here and there for loyalty. My favorite thing about them however is their "Rapid Pick-Up" service wherein you can order online and grab your food from a shelf inside without even having to talk to anyone--good for when I'm feeling anti-social and in a hurry. On one occasion, however, they have gotten my order wrong, and for the price, I usually prefer scooting over a few feet to McAlister's. This restaurant always has good food to my experience, however the service when I went there today was horrible. I ordered 5 bagels and a sandwich. I was asked what size cream cheese and I said enough for 5 bagels. When I got my food I asked "is this everything" and was told it is. The bag felt light, so i looked inside and they forgot my sandwich. I got that fixed and drove home. Then I realized I was only given the small cream cheese for 1 bagel. My roommate and I went through the panera drive-thru this morning and much to our chagrin, they messed up our order several times. First, I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I got a cold bagel with no cream cheese. My roommate ordered a tub of plain cream cheese, which obviously costs money, and they forgot it. When we drove back to get it, the girl at the window again gave us the wrong thing: a small single serve cream cheese. We showed her the receipt and she finally gave us the tub of cream cheese, but removed the small one that I had ordered with my bagel. When we finally got back home, I started eating my egg and cheese sandwich and noticed there was no cheese on it, just egg. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with panera. Also, the girl at the drive thru window was very rude and snotty when we went back for the cream cheese. read more

This morning I ordered the egg white, avocado & spinach sandwich and the pumpkin spice latte (hot). The sandwich which I normally praise was just okay this morning and they used the wrong bread for the sandwich this time without any warning to let me know if they had run out of the type of bread and had to use a substitute. I love this Panera, and visit it almost daily every morning. However, recently I've noticed that the blonde manager is always yelling at the workers. I've always pleased with the staff, especially with the barista and the person that makes the food in the front. Sometimes, I order large amount of food but they always get it out in timely manner. So, I don't understand why they get yelled at by their managers. I will continue coming here, but would greatly appreciate it if I didn't hear the blonde manager yelling while I ate. read more

Placed a large order by phone around 11am because I could not get the "order online" to work. 17 orders - sandwiches, soups, drinks. Order on Line says food in 30 minutes but I was told may be longer than that so I said my employees would be there around noon which would be just over 1/2 hour. They got there & were told the order was not put in the system & it would be a wait. My staff texted me at noon. They were given some extra cups to have drinks while they waited. Out the door at 12:15 so not too bad - YET. Get the food to the office & find 2 of the sandwiches falling out of their wrappers, very poorly done. 3 sandwiches have no label to know what they are. None of the salads are marked. MISSING one half/half order. I call & the manager catches attitude after putting me on hold to curtly say "you weren't charged". I have the receipt, I can see that yes was charged. She asked what I wanted her to do. Lousy attitude. I have a room of eating executives & now one HUNGRY one. I said get the order ready & someone will come pick it up. No apology, no offer of desert or something to make up for the inconvenience. Nothing could make up for the customer service from this manager. Will not be ordering for our meetings from there any more. read more

I was so excited for a Panera Bread with a drive thru, and it's close to my job. However, don't ask for a coffee with anything in it, because it seems an impossible task to do. After getting a coffee 3 times with no sweetener and asking for it, AND even double checking at the window to see if it had been added AND told it had, no sweetener. Inside service seems to be better. At least you make your own coffee and know it will be right. read more

I hardly write reviews, especially negative ones but this location is terrible. Your experience will vary depending on who is working that day. On my first visit, I ordered a sandwich that came with avocado. The cashier asked twice if I wanted avocado on the sandwich and I said no. I get home and avocado is on the sandwich with about two slices of meat. Today, the cashier handed me a cup of Pepsi that was dripping all over. The lid wasn't on correctly and Pepsi spilled all over my work uniform and my car. The cashier asked if I needed any napkins and continued giggling with her coworkers. I also ordered a turkey sandwich with no lettuce or tomatoes. I unwrap the sandwich and there is lettuce on it and seeds from tomatoes which I can tell were picked off. I will give the Archer road location a try because Panera is awesome in general. This location is complete crap compared to the location that I visited in Tampa. Panera is too expensive for this kind of service. read more

Honestly, I gave one star because I had to. Where to begin? I've called this Panera 3 different times on 3 different occasions before going to write a review online so I feel like I've given the managers plenty of opportunities to fix the problems that I come across. Every time I go, I get the same thing, the group soup broccoli and cheddar, and either one or two whole chicken frontega panini(s). Let me begin with the soup, the soup itself is fine, but I never get the correct amount of bread or sometimes I don't even get bread at all. Now after I get the bread and get all the way home to eat it, it's hard as a rock. I understand that I'm coming around 9pm but this store is open until 10pm so if you don't want to keep things fresh until that late then why bother staying open that late? Which leads me to my sandwich... $8 for one sandwich and my bread is stale, (if they even have the correct bread available) it hardly has chicken on it, the cheese is burnt, the red onion is always in just one place of the sandwich, and it's just so sloppy. I get that everyone is ready to go home but I feel like I'm wasting my money when my total bill is around $30 ($22 with one sandwich). Panera isn't cheap so I expect to pay more but I expect more in return for that price even if I'm coming at 9pm. If you don't want to provide a good, quality service because of the time of day then maybe management should close earlier in the evening. Like I said, I called on multiple different occasions before writing this review. If I'm going to continue to spend my hard earned money at Panera then something needs to change. read more

I have eaten at Panera a few times with different people. I was excited to try this new location as it is not very far from my house. I was with a couple other people and we were all barely satisfied and that is putting it nicely. I ordered a steak sandwich and added bacon and avocado both of which were forgotten. I went back up and instead of taking the sandwich back they handed me both of the extra items to do it myself. On another note, the amount of the steak on the sandwich was dismal, 2 small pieces. Barely enough to cover the bread much less make for a good bite. I was very disappointed but kept it to myself as not to ruin the mood at the table. My wife got a salad which was 99% wilted lettuce and speckled with the toppings. I mentioned it to the manager on duty and was quickly shunned off and she said that she didn't have time to listen to me complain although it wasn't a complaint just a meager suggestion. We will not be going back and I would steer clear if I was you. That is unless you want an over priced and under delivered meal. Best of luck. read more
