Had a great lunch experience. I love how you can order from the kiosk esp when there is a long time at the register. Ordered the Asian sesame salad with chicken, added a few crunchy items to it and love it. The dressing was light, ingredients were fresh, they only thing I would change would the chicken. I'm not sure if they thaw chicken that's already cooked out, it was not my favorite . But everything else was great. The service was awesome and fast. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and staff was welcoming and friendly. Want to go back and try more of their desserts. read more

Don't really want to be that guy but if you advertise that you serve breakfast until 11am on weekends and at 10:50 say you're not serving breakfast, I mean cmon. I just spent 40 minutes and $46 for the wrong food in a drive-thru. Ordering took 15 minutes. The order was read back to me and confirmed. Then, after another 10 minutes, we got the food and started to drive off. The order was wrong. I then parked, walked in, explained my order was wrong, and then paid for the items missed in my order. Placed a repeat order for a Bakers dozen bagels and two tubs of cream cheese. When we got home we had bagels and two single serve cream cheeses. When we called the store the only thing they offered to do to fix the issue was for us to drive back (20 minutes) to the store to pick up more cream cheese. I've never been the biggest Panera fan but after eating here recently, I eat it way more occasionally. There was this one time the soda machine shot a nozzle at me and sprayed me and it was annoying but I sure did enjoy my food. I recommend the broccoli cheddar soup with the ham sandwich and an apple. While I was at the drive-thru window, I witnessed the girl at the window (who was very helpful and very sweet) get aggressively yelled at by this man, who I assume, was the manager. The window was wide open, which I find completely unprofessional on his part. Sad to see this is how the management at this Panera is treating its employees. I've been coming to this Panera since it opened in Fleming Island. Unfortunately, the service here is a bit spotty. The cashier I had last time seemed a bit confused and not very friendly. And while the food and drinks are the standard Panera fare, the staff seems lackadaisical and apathetic. With many places opening up, perhaps they need a lesson in great customer service as opposed to just being mediocre cashiers. I'm not really sure what's going on here. Giving them an extra star just because the atmosphere is perfect for spending as much time as you need with family and friends (which they allow), but overall the service is less than stellar. 3-Stars read more

Tried to order dinner there and when we got home we were missing several items, the steak and cheese sandwich was missing half the steak and cheese, the Mac-n- cheese sandwich was missing the Mac, the pizza was cold...and all for $43- what a deal....getting more mad by the second that you can't order quality from restaurants anymore. We used to like the food at Panera Bread. We went all the time, and in several states. We have suffered through the decline. Even made excuses for the bad food. Don't mind an overpriced item if it's good.... We have gone for the last time. Here is why: The soup is possibly dangerous to consume for the immunocompromised due to a lukewarm temperature at most of them. Some have been body temperature. What a nice habitat for microbes! The salt in the soup will burn your lips. What have they done to their bread? It is always stale or selection is unavailable. What have they done to their tuna fish salad? It is awful and it used to be great. Where are the blueberry or the orange-cranberry muffins? I don't know what the issue is but whenever we pick up food something is wrong. The wrong bread, no cheese, stuff we wanted taken off that was still left there. Feeling thankful for the employees at this location. They were all masked and very apparently on top of keeping everything sanitized. I think it's clear from my previous review and the number of times I've checked in, I want to love this Panera. Unfortunately they're making it very difficult lately. I typically stop here for breakfast/coffee during the week because I like their cafe mocha (believe it or not, this place is more consistent with their espresso drinks than the Starbucks across the parking lot) and it's a convenient location for me. Lately my breakfast sandwiches are more often burned than not. I mean, it should be pretty easy For a place that advertises sandwiches to make one without a rock hard, black bottom. One morning this week, I noticed they had changed their menu a bit and decided to go with the new egg white, avocado and spinach power sandwich. I used the drive thru and when I drove away and opened my sandwich (at a red light!), it fell apart. I managed to put it back together but the egg whites tasted like rubber (I ate a piece that fell out of the sandwich and it was so chewy it made me gag) and there was almost no cheese (the little taste of it I got was good). For a chain like this, it's the little things that matter to me. It takes you half a second to wipe the mess you made on the side of the cup off before you hand it to me. They used to be good at those little things but since the addition of the drive thru, it's gone. I've complained repeatedly on twitter and was asked to send details in a DM last week. I did so and didn't get so much as a "thank you for your feedback" response. Some of the food is still pretty good and some of the staff is really friendly but it's getting hot out and the Dunkin Donuts down the street has iced coffee that's tasty and cheaper than the mocha here. I am a frequent visitor to this Panera and have never had many issues that weren't fixable. However, this last experience was HORRIBLE I ordered a Caesar salad and soup... I got down to the bottom of my salad and there was a DEAD DRIED UP FLY (huge) which means he had been in there a while.
