I love Panera, but this location needs A LOT of improvement. They have to train their staff. Seriously, they keep getting my order wrong. VERY ANNOYING when you have to wait 10 mins in the drive thru then realize you didn't get what you PAID for and have to come back. This has not happened once or twice, it has happened like 6 times! And it's not only about getting your order wrong, they even forget you made an order! One time I made my order using the drive thru, after waiting a long time I get to the window and the girl says"I'm sorry, what did you order again?" Another time I ordered a smoothie and it wasn't even filled up all the way. I didn't even bother to complain. Their prices are too high for the mistakes they make, well at this location. Awful customer service. I asked them for a frozen lemonade because the poster was outside advertising it and when I order it I hear them in the back saying "they don't make them anymore" even tho you have a poster outside saying you have it. And then when they made me it they said "I hope it taste like lemonade" what the fuck did you put in my drink then. So rude. Who would give a customer a drink and say here I hope it taste like it.
