I don't know why this location doesn't have better reviews... but the service has been super fast and attentive, orders are always correct and staff is friendly and efficient. We haven't had to wait on a single buzzer going off, they always bring our order in its entirety before it's able to go off! I'm in love with their toasted Asiago bagels and their Mac and cheese is fantastic too. My daughter loves that and the green tea with papaya or whatever. I love their super fruit smoothie (no strawberry in it as I'm allergic so this is a win for me). I also like their morning oatmeal. For lunch I really like their chicken paninis and wow, pretty much can't go wrong at this place!! I want to try everything but my eyes are bigger than my stomach most of the time! Shifty business practices! We have friends that always picked this place for breakfast and we decided to follow their example and get a rewards card. I submitted all my info to the counter girl and she made a card - which in the 3 or 4 times we next visited - never worked. I knew it had registered somewhere, however, because I received a flood of emails. Fast forward to today, when I noticed for the first time a $12 or so charge on my credit card. Turns out I had been registered for the subscription plan and I had been paying that monthly fee for months! The number I was given to rectify this, anticipated the complaint - the answering message said "...no refunds would be given for the subscription service.." When a human finally answered she confirmed that they could cancel the subscription but would not refund any prior charges - no matter the circumstances. The thing is, I never got any benefit from this supposed subscription as I never knew I had it and only go there when our friends insist. I have to believe there are many like me who were subscribed in error either by the counter girl or by registering their card erroneously. I just think Panera demonstrates a very suspicious business practice by categorically denying all subscription refunds. After all, they should be able to track any time the subscription was accessed. . read more

I have been to this Panera tons of times, my parents are Saturday regulars. The service is quick, the food is delivered to your table. When I asked for it to new fixed, the teenagers working made a bigger deal of it than necessary. Then while waiting for it, we could hear them talking and laughing about us. No strawberries. Perhaps they aren't very good at determining their need. Yet again the manager indicated he could not leave the store for 15 minutes to pick up fresh strawberries from across the street. He would prefer to have a poor rating on Yelp I suppose... I recommended he get with his regional manager and explain his need to have items on hand. I did not get a good response to that. I enjoy Panera. I really do. Visited this Panera location for lunch several times and always had a pleasant experience. This location offers kiosk ordering which I enjoy because it allows you customize your food order and not hold up the entire line. Food comes to the table fast and the staff checks it over with you and asks if you need anything else, quick and efficient. What made this experience exceptional was the service of a gentleman (Andrew Braden) who noticed i was holding my 16 month old, wallet, keys, a book and water- and offered to not only bring our food to us at my booth but also fill up my coffee, bring creamer in a little mini-cup, and sugar options as well! What could have been a disastrous lunch outing for a rookie Dad turned out to be a great daddy daughter memory. My favorite bagel is the Cinnamon Crunch and is usually the only ones I get, 1/2 of the time they're all out. Or the cookies I like, the shortbread cookies.
