Horrible service and Management!!!! My wife and Mother-in-law went to the Erie restaurant today. They ordered a Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt, and waitress repeatedly argued they do not sell chicken sandwiches. Finally she noticed them pointing at the sandwich in the menu and said, oh that. My wife also ordered a cup of soup. When the food came the sandwich had no chicken on it. When they told the manager, he offered to have some chicken cooked and brought out. At this point they justed wanted the money back. He said he could only refund 3$ and they had to pay the 9$ for the sandwich. They gave my wife a bowl of soup instead of the cup she ordered so she had to fork another $5 for their mistake. What a joke! They expect people to eat there? I wouldn't even take a shit there! My wife and I used to get panera once a week as a healthy option on nights we didn't have time to make dinner. We stopped going to Panera because it was getting more expensive and it seemed like every order was not made properly. We decided to stop at this panera because they usually get our orders correct. Today was different. We both ordered green goddess cobb salads. The first problem was the lettuce was brown and didn't look good (i alnost took a picture). I wish i would've looked at them before we left. Were 10 minutes away and it wasn't worth turning around. Problem! 2 - salads were in consistent. My wife asked for both to have arugala and not regualr lettuce 3. The salads were both missing avacado which i guess makes it more consistent because both didn't have it. All in all. We still enjoy panera on occasion but too many issues like this will keep us away for a while. read more

The food service was great and came out quick, the front of store service however was very slow. The person at the register seemed to be training but the rest of the staff messed up our drink order 3 times and took about 20 minutes to finally get our coffee out in the wrong size. Its OK, and its not their fault. I know these are corp owned stores and they have to live by their rules. So lets start with the pros. 1. All you can drink coffee. (very handy if your the 12 step type person) 2. Lots of room in here and actual chairs if you want to sit and read for a time 3. Free Wifi to yelp while your there. 4. I was already in the Yorktowne Center this place is in. I thought a nice lemonade sounded good. When I go to get my lemonade they had the regular lemonade or a blood orange lemonade. The blood orange has orange, blood orange, lemon, carrot and turmeric. Oh. My. Gosh. It is soooooo good. A crisp and refreshing beverage on this beautiful spring day.
