Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT & Mac & Cheese

Definitely a favorite for a good lunch sandwich. I can usually always count on Panera to have a fresh tasting sandwich and side. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because of the cost. For a cold sandwich the price is a bit steep. Had this been a larger grilled or panini pressed sandwich, perhaps I could understand the cost. But charging close to $15 rivals the cost of most gourmet burgers at decent restaurants, not fast food. Overall like I said, Panera delivers a great lunch option for people on the go and they certainly didn't disappoint with this one either.

Walked in with my granddaughter, waiting on line for around 6 minutes until we were noticed. We ordered Mac and cheese kids meal with go-gurt, and a French onion soup, with a drink. Then went back on line when we finished to order for my son, since I was dropping my granddaughter off at her dads house. The drink area was disgusting, the floor and counter was covered with liquid, ( hazard for someone slipping) there were no straws and no covers for drinks. It was that way for the 45 minutes we where there. For our food we were eating there took almost 10 minutes to get, I kept checking and couldn't find an employee making any meals. Finally they called our name, my granddaughters Mac and cheese was not creamy, it was so dried out, she wouldn't eat it. The bathroom, was like a hurricane just happened, one stall , the toilet bowl was over flowing with species in it. Paper towels all over the floor, and the only stall that was working, we had to wait for, and it was an employee in that stall, so it wasn't like they didn't know about how disgusting that bathroom was, my granddaughter, just couldn't hold it in. Another Hazard. Then it came to ordering my Togo order, and it seemed to be the manager doing the drive thru and taking orders at the register at this time. I ordered a large broccoli & cheddar soup and a Turkey bravo sandwich to go and a strawberry mint lemonade drink. The drink was empty and still a mess at the drink area,no caps for the drinks or straws ( hazard area for slipping) , I waited for the new drink to be filled and had to go back up front and they handed me a cover and a straw. Dropped granddaughter off, and as my son opens his Turkey Bravo sandwich, there was no Bacon , that Is one of the main ingredients for the sandwich, it's in the name. If I could give negative 5 , I would. This place is a huge Hazard Zone.

Stopped in on my way back home from business meetings last week. This location was about half a ride and was lunchtime. Used Siri app on my iPhone to get nearest Panerabread store hence here... ordered usual half Mediterranean veggie minus feta tomato soup chips and drinks included . Seating area is limited as this is smaller shop . Usual clean restrooms gender separated and drinks fountain. Pickup your order/ clean dishes off food separate utensils .. self service type all units.. good relaxing feelings...

$12.00 for this?!?! How pathetic! This wouldn't satisfy a toddler. I said that I ordered it with chicken and they said it has chicken. Where? On the bottom of the rice. Really? How can that be since there's only a small amount of rice.

    Chicken salad to go.

First off, I was raised around food service and restaurant businesses and have particularly high standards. The ROLL should be FRESH if not crusty exterior and warm inside. The steak meat should be mixed with some type of American or Provolone, Pepper Jack and onions, peppers, mushrooms or without. Hold the salt; the cheese is full of salt. Then add a nice wide drizzle of marinara or red sauce across the top and VOILA! Add a huge bag of fresh cut French fries to the mix and it's a ridiculously awesome combo that NO CHEESESTEAK PLACE can beat! That's what this place serves consistently each visit! Although it may be tucked behind the now destructed NEWBURG INN over off of route 191, that travel time will be worth every bite. This place will impress even the pickiest of critics. Give it a go.

I ordered the cheesesteak special; 10" cheesesteak, fries, and drink for $12.49. Definitely a great deal! I got my cheesesteak with American cheese, onions, and mushrooms. They didn't skimp on the meat and it tasted great. A better roll and more cheese would have put it in the 8s. Newburg Deli is strictly a grab and go. There is no dining room and there is no delivery. Trust me on this one - I took my family there 2 nights in a row, and we were only in town for 2 nights! Service was friendly, knowledgeable and spot on. Vibe is PA bar classic. The food is AWESOME! Don't think of this as just a pizza place either, although the Detroit style pie is excellent! The chicken tenders are killer: special in-house breading, huge, more than a simple tender, these are hefty. Most of us only ate 2 of the 4 in a serving. Wings - go for the HOT sauce - also a hit. As were the cheesesteaks and the sophisticated grilled cheese varieties. And the Pizza. Order the Hot N Honey one, or whatever hits your eye at the moment - can't really go wrong. And the cast iron apple dessert is killer too! Wouldn't be a fair review if I didn't give you at least one thing to skip: barbecue sauce is an acquired taste, and I lived in KC, so I've acquired a different one. And the parking can be difficult - because, as I said, the food is so good people come here from all over. Worth every bit of your drive. Best advice: COME HUNGRY. Get Mozzarella for all. Order enough to take home!

I first found Giacomo's when I moved from Jersey to the Lehigh Valley more than 20 years ago. Long…read morebefore the sons of the original owner opened the Market and Grill in College Hill. Raised in Brooklyn, NY for 20 years, my expectations were low. The old man closed his store and retired and I discovered the tradition moved forward in the new College Hill store. The original Giacomo's was not a grill, but the old man (whose name escapes me), knew how to make sausage. Imported cheeses and olives with bread brought in from NYC made this a no brainer for folks like me. The old man couldn't retire and he came in just to make the sausage - of which the thin (pictured) parsley and cheese sells out the same day quite often. My favorite - though the other varieties are top notch too. I heard he still makes the sausage today but I can't confirm or deny that. Having moved to Naples, FL and then Myrtle Beach, SC - I had long forgotton Giacomo"s. Now back in PA (Allentown), I recently wanted good ravioli. The company that make the best ravioli in the world is Pastosa's. I went to their website and saw they opend a bunch of stores in both NY and NJ. I had just about talked myself into an hour or more ride when I found they also sold at select retailers. Wouldn't you know Giacomo's is one of them. My car drove itsel to Giacomo's and I got a box of the large ravioli, a bag of home made meatballs, and a qusrt of homeade tomato sauce. OMG - Pastosa still make the best ravioli in the world. And Giacomo's seel the full line including a bunch of ravioli varities, stuffed shells, manicoti and more.Of course I picked up some Italian specialties along the way while there. HEAVEN! Don't go hungry and bring plenty of money - because it's easy to drop a hundred dollars there and you'll have ZERO buyers remorse. Check out their website ba cause this review just scratches the surface of all the authentic Italian delicacies they have. Don't forget Junior's Cheescake - Simply The Best!
