Not good. I have been here before and they've not had everything and this time just pushed me to leave a review. They didn't have the bread for my sandwich (even though it's known for it bread) and ran out of my lettuce for my salad. They had me wait 20 mins even though I was a drive thru order. And then, when I asked for my refund I only got $10 when I was supposed to get $12. read more

Pretty standard panera restaurant... But i probably favor this one the least. I ordered their Chicken Cobb salad but found half of the ingredients more stale than fresh. As for their bread, I found it stale as well. I feel like they did not put enough avocado to balance the other ingredients and they added a little too much dressing. Oddly enough, I had a slightly more salty chocolate chip cookie. Delicious, but it was unusual... Very nice staff and service! read more

Panera is typically great quality, value, and a positive experience but not all Panera are created equal. This one suffers from difficult access. The place is small which isn't a problem if you keep it clean. It had a bathroom smell across half of the dining area. My table on the far side of the location was dirty. Cashier seemed sweet but asked 3 questions to a coworker during one small but long order. So I ordered via mobile instead and while waiting the Manager asked if I was being helped - Extra Star for that. Speed was good and quality wasn't bad just not up to typical Panera standards - ciabatta wasn't fresh and was loosely placed together. And for some reason there is a ton of weird chatter from employees about you didn't do this / you didn't do that / hey while you're doing nothing could you do this / are you on break / I want to go on break which I guess is normal but it was 1 excessive and 2 didn't really feel like joking around - morale issue ?! Not sure. Gentleman named Kenny took a phone order and sounded very professional and helpful. If you need it to taste like Panera it's close - if you need it to feel like Panera drive to a different location. I do not normally go to Panera bread however, we decided to try something different. I got a steak and white cheddar sandwich pick 2 with a cup of broccoli cheddar. The total came out to a little over $10 for just my half sandwich and cup of soup which seems a bit pricey for the amount of food received. Presuming the soup comes in bags from corporate, it was not too bad. I liked the creaminess and cheese flavor but broccoli was soggy and mush. The sandwich was good but the horseradish was a bit overpowering and there was only red onion on half of it. The staff was extremely kind and helpful which saved this review. I also love their bagels they have here which my significant other receives one free a day through their rewards program. I would not personally come back here again besides for their bagels or baked products. read more

Stopped by today for a quick lunch. I ordered the Pick Two: The Italian and the Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken. I enjoyed the salad, it was a pretty good size for the pick two, but the sandwich wasn't the greatest. They recently changed it to a hot sandwich and I liked it better when it wasn't. It was filled with arugula and not much meat. Overall, it was a decent meal but I wouldn't get the sandwich again. read more

When with my wife for late bite. Terrible place it was dirty I had hard time finding clean table.l paid 22.00 for two small bowls of barely warm soup two 1/2 sandwiches one with hardly any tuna and the Mediterranean sandwich was awful. I will never go to this Panera again. The help was more interested in going home than taking care of their customers. I will also be contacting Panera corporate to let them know this store is a disgrace to the Panera brand. read more

absolutely worst service ever. disgusting. i ordered the most simple thing ever. toasted bagel with egg and spinach. they had me pull up to the front and wait because apparently that takes so long to make. they come out 10 minutes later . forgot the spinach. i pull back around no sorry they remake me for me and now the egg is all scrambled in scraps with like 3 pieces of spinach. worst service . do your job right. read more

The reason for 5 star is the restaurant manager Jim ( sorry I forgot the last name). He stoped at the each table and asked if the customers were okay, they need anything... you usually don't see this type of behavior from managers at chain restaurants. I used to LOVE Panera, but this location has me thinking I may not return. Every time I come here the service is incredibly slow and 9 times out of 10 they our order wrong. The staff always looks like they'd rather be somewhere else other than helping customers. Ive also noticed the portion sizes have become a lot smaller yet the prices have increased. Just really bummed with the company overall, but this location in particular has me questioning whether or not I'll continue eating at Panera. read more

First off, terrible service. They forgot about my smoothie and I waited 20 minutes only for them to ask me what I ordered. After they knew what I wanted and being the only customer in there, it still took an additional 10 minutes. Finally after being handed my smoothie, I took a sip and it was room temperature-warm. As we walked out the door, one of the staff rudely makes a comment to me. Overall, I love Panera but this one was a disappointment compared to all other locations. read more

The roasted turkey and avocado BLT gives me life! Honestly since the first time I tried it I can not stop ordering it every time I stop in. The mac and cheese is so creamy and delicious and I love the broccoli cheddar soup. Ridiculously thankful for the pick 2 because I would struggle every time I ordered without it lol. The staff at this location have always been pleasant and helpful and my food is finished in record time which I love because I usually can't wait to have it. I keep asking myself why I go into this store. Went in today for a loaf of bread. 3 people in line. One person on register. Several more customers come in. Employee waits on first customer and then walks away to slice bread. We are all standing there as he sliced loaf after load of bread. There were computers with signs to avoid the lines. Then there were confusing signs as to where you were to go if you used the kiosk. I avoided the lines by leaving. No one was paying attention to you regardless of where you were standing. DISGUSTING !!! Tables were filthy, floor littered with food/stains, beverage area in disarray, dirty dishes on tables. Asked for an extra piece of bread for my salad, was told I would have to pay. What ?? !! ?? Stewed on it a bit, talked to JEFF, manager, who then reported what I said to his staff and ridiculed me to them. Guess he didn't think I could hear him. Classy. Panera bread is rarely thought of as a fast food joint. But, this one has a drive through. I think that is what made me first go into this establishment, but that's definitely not what makes me keep returning. When walking in, one might notice the comforting atmosphere. Even while busy, the employees are always very friendly. The food here I find to be fresher than most Panera establishments. The drinks are always full, and the restrooms? Always clean! This is our 'go to' place whenever we are in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a calm, relaxing meal any time of the year. read more

It really is sad to see how a franchise can go down hill so quickly. Spent $21 dollars and got a misleading explanation of the crazy pricing, the wrong order of pasta, old lettuce, no baguette, rude service and I could have overlooked ALL of this if the restaurant was not disgustingly dirty!!! Very few people were eating, so one of the five employees could have been picking up the trash, wiping down the table, doing anything to clean up the mess. Don't stay open that last hour if you don't have the help to keep up decent standards. We are not going back to this location. read more

I try to avoid going to this location. There are only teenagers working here they yell and have conversations while taking orders. They are super unprofessional! They management isn't even professional! The have messed up my order numerous times! The last straw was when a one of the guys handed me my food and he was not wearing gloves! This is the best panera bread i have been to, every employee i came in contact with was extremely friendly. i got my order quickly and it was delicious i have no complaints for this cafe and i will most definitely be eating here again i would and will recommend friends and family visiting this cafe :) read more

I can't tell you how many times, due to the fact that I was in a hurry, I submitted myself to the health risks associated with most fast food. The problem had always been the necessity of the "drive-through window" when one is saddled with a hectic or busy schedule. Then I realized that Panera Bread also had a "drive-through." It's no secret that their menu is superior and the quality of the food is far better than "McArby-Kings. Now I can get better quality and I can get it fast.
