I think this is one of the better Paneras in the area. It's close to my office and my coworkers and I come here sometimes. Service is fast which we need since we're all on limited time for our lunch break. I like ordering from the touch screens and use the My Panera for rewards points. This Panera is located in the mall but is accessible from the outside. There's always plenty of parking. read more

I used to love Panera but lately their portions are small and prices have gone up. I get it that it's like this everywhere but it's most worth going anymore. Very disappointing. read more

I ordered chicken roma asiago bagel and cream of chicken and wild rice soup. I'm allergic to sesame seeds, and the bagel was the only one that didn't alert me it didn't have sesame when I added my sesame allergy to my order. So I thought, "I put my allergy down." After a long day of working two jobs, coming back at 11 PM I took a bite of the bagel and had an instant allergic reaction. But the soup was fine? I'm sick and balance two jobs with little food because I can't afford groceries or eating out. AND THE ONE TIME I order food from a place, I got food from before I got an allergy reaction. LUCKILY, SINCE I ONLY TOOK ONE BITE. MY MOUTH SWELLING WENT DOWN AND DIDN'T CLOSE UP MY THROAT. IF I DIDN'T GET AN INSTANTLY REACTION, I WOULD'VE KEPT EATING AND IT WOULD HAVE KILLED ME. read more

Coming here for my afternoon coffee run; tried the Madagascar vanilla latte, and it was delicious. However when I brought my own tumbler to the cashier for the soft drink, the staff refused the tumbler and used their own plastic cup. From business point of view there's no problem, but if from environmental concerns, there's more one-time-use plastic cup that can be saved, why not? Anyway, the store indoors was nice and clean, with many seatings. The store located in the Brunswick Square mall, and it's quite convenient. read more

Panera is that place you go to when you're in the mood for a quick and decent soup. I usually get the tomato soup which comes with a side of a baguette. Ive definitely had better tomato soup in terms of taste and creaminess but in a pinch, this place will do the trick. This location has a good amount of seating inside where students and working professionals go to do work a lot. Lots of families come as well. It's also pretty clean at this location. There aren't a lot of kiosks to order food so I was waiting for a bit to order. Price point is ok. I got a tomato soup (bowl size) and the you pick 2 option, and a drink which all came out to around $23. read more

Every time I go here there are large flies and fruit flies, this means that they do not clean properly. The bathrooms are always disgusting, they are never clean, toilets are never flushed, feces and urine in and around the bowl. My warm food is always served late, cold and on a dirty dish. I have had to use the self serve microwave on several occasions to warm up my soup. The employees are loud, young, have terrible attitudes and when I go in at night the music is blasting. The management does not seem to care, the manager "Sobia", as her name tag says, is extremely rude to the customers and her staff. She thinks by offering a free pastry that my experience is going to be forgotten. read more

2 stars because the food is pretty good but the portions are TINY. I got the soup and sandwich combo with a drink and it was $13.40, seriously??? I really left this place feeling ripped off. Pretty much a cup size of broccoli cheddar soup and a 5-bite half of Turkey Bravo BLT & Avocado. I mean I know I can eat but it really took me no more than 5 bites to eat that "half" of sandwich with next to no turkey on it. The soup is always good but I feel like prices here go up while portions get smaller. I get the "fast casual" feel but I could literally go to any of the other places in that category and get a meal for $10. I am in no rush to return. read more

We go here all the time, and honestly it's pretty good. Food seems fresh, but maybe a little light on the ingredients sometimes. Based on other reviews I read, would be good if they had someone checking prepared orders before they go out. Good spot, but room to improve. read more

This food was absolute vile. In my 45 years of living have I never had Mac and cheese THIS bad. It was cold and soupy and on top of that to make it even better; there was a BIG ice block of frozen Mac and cheese to make this horrible meal even worse. The least they could've done is warm up the bread but they didn't even. I will NEVER be coming back here. read more

Love Panera. Don't like this location. When you're working somewhere, especially when there is food involved please make sure that the tables are always properly cleaned and maintained. I shouldn't have to walk around for 5 minutes looking for a table that has actually been cleaned off. My caesar salad also had to be taken back. It's a caesar salad, where is my CAESAR dressing? I think this specific location just needs a huge adjustment. Perhaps train the staff a little bit more and then I can boost my rating up a star OR maybe even two. Again, I love Panera but this def is not my go to location. read more

Located between Tilted Kilt and Ruby Tuesdays in Brunswick Square Mall. Enter from storefront or from mall interior. Order from one of three touch-screen kiosks (or wait in line to order from an employee if you must pay cash), grab a pager, enter pager number, swipe MyPanera rewards card, and wait with pager at table of your choosing. Despite being smaller than standalone Panera stores, this location seems to have better ambient lighting than others I've been to because its narrow layout and glass walls expose it to either natural light from outside or to lighting from inside the mall. I suppose this feature makes it a slightly better place to study, though it is always crowded. I waited for my order at a booth for about 5 minutes, and the friendly food runner who delivered the All-Natural Turkey Chili Bread Bowl I ordered made a second trip when he saw that my Blueberry Scone had not been delivered yet. As expected, the sourdough bread bowl tasted fresh and chewy and had the right amount of sour; the turkey chili had a slight kick and was refreshing on a cold December afternoon. $6.62 for the bread bowl was filling, probably because the bread bowl was mostly bread and only about 30% chili. The floor outside the men's room was sticky, but the men's room itself was relatively clean and well-stocked. read more

Trashy Panera. Do not come here, unless you want crazy attitude coming at you and made you feel unwelcome. The manager here is rude and condescending. She's wearing all black, kind of big body and short, dirty blonde r*chet hair. I ordered picked 2 with chicken noodle soup. And the soup came out was cream of chicken and rice. And I told her this isn't what I ordered. Like it's wrong. She told me " well sweetie it's either u take the food or it's getting toss out". I don't know you, you are not my friend, do not refer me to as sweetie please. I was shocked?? And Like this isn't what I ordered my receipt is here like I'm not eating the soup that I didn't want. And like what's ur problem with that attitude. She proceeded to take the soup out from the bag and slam it into the trash infront of my face. And at this point I just want a refund for my food lol. Then she proceeded to get the chicken noodle, pour it til it flood so the whole entire bowl is dirty with soup and it's filthy looking. And she slam it on the counter and said "here's ur soup". how can someone get a job here and act like that. Panera isn't even cheap, I paid for the food and the service for her to act like a child? Bye girl, never again. read more

This location is very nice. Decent music playing throughout the establishment. This location seem like it's a homework place. Lots of young folks using the internet and enjoying a healthy meal. So disappointed. I ordered curbside. After waiting a long while, I get my order and young lady apologized for the wait for which I was thankful. She hands me bag with a seal and receipt listing ordered items in the bag. I get back to work to find a missing item from the bag. Frustrated. I open the parfait I ordered and it literally has two small scoops of yogurt. Literally mixed the granola and placed spoon to show how the parfait cup is mostly empty. I'm frustrated that I paid so much money to give myself a lunch treat to 1) have a missing item and 2) get charged $5.19 for a less than 1/2 serving of the parfait. Thank you Panera for reminding me of why I stopped being a regular customer at this Cafe. read more

Food is comparable to other Paneras but it can get pretty busy during peak meal times. During those times tables are hoarded by people doing "work" for hours and not really eating a meal at the moment. Thus tables for groups greater than two are hard to come by. The lines can get pretty long too. Thank goodness there are multiple kiosks where you can order your food without getting on line. The kiosks let you easily customize your order as well (additions and omissions to sandwiches or salads). Once you place your order they can locate you via tracker and bring the food to your table. Unfortunately, sometimes a table is hard to come by. read more

I've been here a few times, and I always find that the food here is very good! They do have a really good creamy mac and cheese that will be very popular with kids! They have a big variety of sandwiches here! Kids will probably go here for the PB and J's which is always a classic! Soups are good here as well, being I'm not a big soup person! The staff is friendly, and work quickly, but I would still say the menu is kind of limited, but the food is delicious overall! read more

I generally do not like going to Panera because they do such a sloppy job of food preparation particularly in "sandwich construction". However, this Panera did an excellent job of making my chipotle chicken sandwich correctly. In other words, the two halves of the sandwich were identical. At other locations, I have found that the simple task of making a sandwich and cutting it in half so that both halves are essentially the same, never works out. My compliments to this location for getting it right. I also liked that they bring the food to table instead of having to wait on a line to pick it up. Counterperson needs to speak a little more slowly or clearly for these old ears. Nice seating both inside the restaurant and at some tables set up in the mall's lobby. Please note that if you switch tables before your food arrives, you should notify them since the tracking device they give you for your food remains "attached electronically" to the first table you place it on. read more

Not a big fan of this location. One time there was sliced up chicken in my fruit cup. And when I had a coupon, Denell gave me a nasty attitude at the register when I was ordering. I don't go to Panera very often because they don't have a ton of vegan options, but my friend and I went to this location for breakfast this morning. I'm really surprised to read all the bad reviews here because I had a great experience. In fact, I kept remarking to my friend how nice/helpful everyone was to us. The cashier, first of all, was warm and welcoming. She checked with the kitchen staff to get me an answer I asked about whether or not the oatmeal is made with milk (it's not and is vegan as far as I can tell). Also she just had a great, happy spirit and was making friendly conversation and jokes with us. She seemed like she enjoys her job. I ordered the steel-cut oatmeal with strawberries and pecans, and my friend chose the turkey sausage and egg white sandwich and a granola parfait. Next, the woman who expedites the food to the pick-up area happily got me extra items that I requested. She went out of her way to get my friend a spoon when there were none to be found. Also, just before I walked away, she asked, "Would you like more strawberries for your oatmeal?" Of course I want more strawberries. She just seemed happy to go out of her way for the customers. I have to admit that my friend's sandwich looked good and like it had been made with care. This Panera location was clean and has ample seating. I can imagine it must get pretty crowded and chaotic for lunch and later in the day. However, it was a peaceful and pleasant place to eat breakfast on a Saturday morning. read more

Gross, gross, gross. I don't know what has happened to Panera. Unless it's just this location? Haven't been anywhere but this location for sometime, but it has gone downhill. I normally order the Chopped Chicken Cobb salad with Avocado. That's always good, but the sandwiches are pathetic. On a visit with my boyfriend, who has never had Panera before, compared his Turkey sandwich to that of prison food. Comparison is totally legit, since he in fact works at a prison. It was two slices of bread, nasty looking turkey, one piece of lettuce and a tomato, thrown together. Also, there was mustard on his plate from the last customer.... BARF! Lastly, it came with a room temperature bowl of mop water with unmelted cheese sprinkled on top that was supposed to be French Onion soup. I went again last week and got a Tuna sandwich, to go. Tuna was always my go to before the Cobb salad. It was gross!!! When I unwrapped it, it looked like it had been prepackaged and sitting for at least a day. You know when a sandwich is made fresh, this was not. The bread was cold, so it had been refrigerated. Went again just the other day. My sister got a turkey and cranberry pita concoction. Same set up as my boyfriend. Slapped together and just the bare essentials of what was listed on the menu. Such a let down! It's sad when you can get a better meal in prison. read more

Amazing restaurant! Panera is really a truly amazing place to eat at. Prices are a bit high. You get a sandwich and soup for $13 which is pretty expensive. You also can add a small fruit cup to your meal for almost $2! It's just a little cup with fruit and it's $2 extra! I think that's ridiculous. Tables are almost never clean, I constantly have to come here and wipe a table off myself with a napkin. I also hear that the mac & cheese comes in a bag and they just heat it up?
