I love panera, and I order ahead 95% of the time. They always have my order on the shelf when I get there, but even in the mornings when traffic is slow, they do not check the order and leave items out. This morning, I did not get a cinnamon roll as part of a 4 piece pastry order. I am back home already when I noticed the error. They did NOT check the receipt. This has been a recurring problem ever since I moved here. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

So sick of Panera in general. This is what my chicken salad always looks like...why???? I pay over 8 bucks for a damn chicken salad sandwhich!!!!

Panera has made it to our rotation lately and we've been happy every visit. One of our favs is the pick-two broccoli cheddar soup and chicken Cesar salad and strawberry/banana smoothie. The drive through is so convenient it makes it hard to say no when my kids request Panera :) The people working the drive-though are always super friendly & professional, my order is always correct & made quickly, and the food is always good.

Milky ice tea. It's not supposed to look like this.

Myself, husband, and 14-year-old grandson could not have been more pleased!! Not only did we get five star service, but 5+++ food! The delicious bread they brought out was warm & unique . I ordered the bruschetta for a starter, and without a doubt it was probably the best I've ever had and my grandson kept raving about it! The tomatoes were.SO fresh! He ordered the Alfredo with shrimp and they were some of the largest I have ever seen! I had the cheese ravioli with Alfredo and spinach, and my husband had the rotisserie chicken and the Greek salad. The food was FABULOUS! What a little gem we found today

Owner John and his staff were exceptionally friendly, providing attentive service-tables were kept spotless, courses were cleared promptly, and water glasses were always refilled. The food was delicious, though on the pricier side. Beyond the listed menu prices, additional fees (like a service charge and an à la mode fee) plus city and state taxes made the bill add up quickly. What We Ordered: 4*Duck Pâté - Served with a fresh salad, crackers, mustard, and jelly. A delightful starter! 5*Pork Collar - Slow-cooked for hours, the meat was incredibly tender, and the sauce was heavenly. We nearly licked the plate clean-worth driving back for! A must-order. 4*Palazzo Pot Roast - The meat was a bit tough and chewy, but the flavors were well-balanced. Despite being full, we couldn't resist dessert-thankfully, the portions were small! Ice Cream Sandwich - very good, though we were surprised to learn it was store-bought, not made in-house. Mixed Berry Pie - A warm, petite slice served with a spoonful of ice cream (for an extra charge). Note: There's no dessert menu, so we didn't know about the additional fees upfront. Overall. a wonderful dining experience with standout dishes, though the extra costs were a slight downside.

Very tasty burger with the grilled onions. The house-made chips are also good. My only complaint is the tiny "side salad" that I ordered. The interior gives upscale sports bar vibes. We chose a high top table toward the back of the restaurant. Our server ended up being the bartender too. They had $5 margaritas that night so I ordered one and we started with an order of their pierogies. There were four and they were served over a smear of their beer cheese. There were ok. I wanted more seasoning in the filling itself. It was pretty bland. For my entree I got their hot dog with chili and cheese with their housemade chips. I was pleasantly surprised to see a cheese sauce on the dog. It was pretty good. Some of the chips were pretty overcooked. The service brought this score down. I think the bartender was busy but plenty of servers were available. There was a lot of conversation at the bar. We probably should have just sat there. We missed out on drink refills, having our order taken promptly, and getting the check when we were ready to leave. Overall there were a lot of interesting things on the menu. I would want to return to see what else tasted good.

The Sausage gravy was a white, almost flavorless gravy. You could see bits of sausage in the gravy, but it sure did not taste like anything. It was very underseasoned. I added salt, pepper, and hot sauce to impart some flavor to it. The eggs, corned beef hash, and hashbrowns were cooked properly. The corned beef hash is of the canned variety, but it was crisped up nicely. And the hash browns were crispy. I added a bit of salt and pepper to the eggs and hash browns, and hot sauce on the corned beef hash. If I had not tried the Sausage gravy and biscuits - this would have been a 4 or 5 star review. My server asked me during checkout how everything was. I articulated my experience with the Sausage gravy. Service was good. Paid with Apple Pay. #4CsRestaurant

I'm not sure what the previous reviewer experienced maybe just a bad day, which happens in this industry (I say that as someone who owns restaurants in Northern VA). Not every day is perfect, but consistency matters, and I can only speak from my experience. Helanna and Marissa have never disappointed. They consistently bring great energy, charm, and quality service every time we visit. Keep it up, ladies! I also appreciate that the owners have preserved the Culpeper charm.
