I took my mom for lunch and we had problems with the kiosk and i asked the manager "Abby" for help and she yelled from the kitchen ...infront of everyone ..very rudly ...we waited 25 - 30 min for our food ..our bread was all ripped open ehen we finally got it . When we recieved the food i found a hair in mine ..we asked to speak with the manager "Abby" dark hair and glasses very rude and not sympathetic to our dissapointment watsever. This rude manager did nothing but have a smart cocky and very non cateing attitude and when she walked away very cocky said have a nice day ?... we didnt even eat the food ! The coffee was out, the creamer carafes were out, and my order of a breakfast sandwich took 27 minutes. Understaffed is a bummer, so I'll speak to the breakfast sandwich - the croissant ham Benny. Big Panera, please listen. 1. The croissant falls apart. 2. Too much sauce. 3. The egg is rubbery. 4. The ham is overcooked. 5. It needs salt. I would have switched to a knife and fork had it been served with utensils, but it was not, and there were none available in the dining room. Even though this Panera was quite busy during my visit, the team communicated effectively every step of the way. Despite the crowd, they kept things moving smoothly and ensured customers were updated on their orders. The food came out piping hot and perfectly prepared, which was impressive given the rush. I used their kiosk order option, and it worked flawlessly, our order (for 5) was ready on time and exactly as requested. We also did the rapid order for cookies and brownies as we were finishing. All Paneras are iffy. The last 2 locations were definitely misses in many areas. Speed, accuracy (because of the noise level I think?) and quality/taste/age of food. The first location I would not recommend is the Cranberry Twp PA location. My personal opinion- it checked off all the boxes of why NEVER to go back. Cleanliness, quality of food, noise level. The second one is Nashua NH. Long lines. Cranky workers with VERY short patience levels(they're in the wrong business) and very old, stale, questionable food. I told all my relatives in the area never to attempt to get anything even resembling food from this location! Don't bother even trying this one. read more

For a normal you pick two meal, I rarely have much to complain about when I come to Panera. The food is relatively fresh, slightly overpriced but usually hits the spot. I tend to go with the french onion or chicken and wild rice soup (turkey chilli on occasion as well). They do a good job with their pastries and fresh bread as well. That said, do NOT order one of their new pizzas/flatbreads, especially the margherita. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was disgusting... I've never used that word for a pizza, even the worst of them. read more

We did an online order (where there was no notice of the 30+ orders in front of us) and then proceeded to sit in the actual store for over an hour. After waiting we finally decided to leave and get a refund WHERE THE MANAGER THEN DECIDED SHE NEEDED TO YELL AT THE EMPLOYEE HELPING US. If the manager on duty had any respect she'd see that her employee was trying her best to placate the hangry people asking for refunds, not yell at her to help with food. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had! No one was working at the counter to take orders, so you had to use the computer system, which was having issues. We waited a long time for someone to come help. I then waited at least 20 min for my salad. They forgot my chicken and one of the tomatoes was moldy. My mom ordered coffee and a cookie. The Hazelnut coffee was empty and Light/breakfast coffee was cold. We asked them if they could fill the Hazelnut, preferably. But they just changed the Breakfast one. My mom wanted to add some hot water to it to dilute it further, but that was cold, too!! This was around 1:30pm in the afternoon, so it wasn't even at their "rush" time. Now since the weather is getting a little colder it is time for Panera soup! This Cranberry location is right in the heart of the Cranberry mall and close to shopping and getting a quick bite to eat. I went during lunch time on a Thursday and there was no line. I ended up ordering at the self service kiosk that was sanitize after each use. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and baguette and it was delicious! The staff were very nice and were getting out all the orders very efficiently. Highly recommend! read more

I can't help but love Panera. I took my family there yesterday for a late lunch and it was great! We all got the "U Pick 2", which gives you a choice of 1/2 sandwich, hearty soup or 1/2 size super fresh salad. Just pick 2. I love it. We got Sierra Turkey and Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwiches. My brother got broccoli cheddar soup, my sister got french onion and I had a wonderful Fuji Apple Chicken salad. Tons and tons of food, we were really stuffed! And the lemonade is amazing! And of course, you have to walk past the pastries on your way out. So, you can imagine what happened next. We went home with cinnamon rolls, pecans braids and pumpkin muffies. Yum! read more

Good variety of sandwiches. My fave is the turkey avocado. I might be spoiled by Loafers, but I definitely prefer them over panera esp for the variety of bread, the taste of chicken cesar salad and chicken noodle soup. The chicken noodle here is oily and a little too salty for me. The chicken in the salad does not seem fresh and the dressing taste like it came from a store bought bottle. Hands down the worst experience at Panera ever! (Except for the time that some walnuts ended up in my salad after I told them I was extremely allergic) I ordered the pick two with broccoli cheddar soup and 1/2 grilled cheese with bacon and tomato. I came in yesterday with my mom and I ordered my usual mac and cheese. Usually I love the food here and yesterday it just tasted bad. The mad and cheese looked dry and microwaved. Very unappetizing. I'm really upset with the front counter service that I got here this visit. I was standing in line, with one lady in front of me for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I don't even want to think about how long that poor lady was waiting. As I was watching the cashier take her order, she seemed...exasperated with her.
