Yikes! This Panera has gone downhill. I ordered for delivery and it arrived on time. We were right down the street from the Panera, so not a far delivery. I was missing items and the quality of food was poor. I was missing the 4 French baguettes. The bread on the two Mediterranean Veggies was soggy. Soggy bread on a sandwich ruins the whole sandwich. The avocado was missing from the sandwiches. I picked off the bread that was soggy and tried to eat some of it to salvage what was left of the sandwich. The Summer Salad had brown lettuce and was so gross. The fruit on top was slimy and mushy. We couldn't eat the salad at all. Overall, just really bad food quality. The Mac and cheese was the only thing that was good.

You just can't go wrong with Panera. Service is always friendly and the food delicious. I had the chicken salad sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup and a side of chips. My son had the chicken but sandwich and the candy cookie. We ate outside which in California was a beautiful day. Awesome lunch with my cool son.

Good place for breakfast and lunch or even a light dinner. I came in to pick up a couple of bagels. The bagels are reasonably priced but to add cream cheese to the bagel adds nearly 2 extra dollars to the bagel. Oddly enough, a tub of cream cheese is under $4, so if you're getting 2 or more bagels, buy the tub instead of having them add it directly to the bagel. I really like Panera but today two things concerned me: (1) the sticky floor near the to-go waiting area (and this is just after 8:00am); and (2) the guy that took my order had on gloves since he was handling pastries as I walked up. He took my order touching the register screen, I paid for the order with cash which he accepted while still wearing the same gloves, gives me my change from the cash drawer and then I see him grab bagels from the bin without changing gloves!! Someone else finished preparing the bagel. I'm assuming he does this regularly which is concerning & I hope he is retrained. Unfortunately I didnt get his name.

Service/wait: - I usually come here around 8am on Tuesdays and it is quite a wait even with a pick up order placed. It takes about 10 minutes or so until someone is able to hand you your order - definitely reccomend placing an order online as the regular line takes much longer The bagels: - favorite bagels are the jalapeno/cheese and everything bagel - bagel pack is around $18 for 13 bagels - freshly made but they do run out fast on tuesdays!

*This review is based solely on Panera's flatbread pizza's* If like me you looked at the menu online and thought "wow I should try that" - well don't lol. Very disappointed as it was just toasted flatbread and some veggies with very little chicken. It really did feel like you were eating cardboard. I know I couldn't expect much from a fast food place but for $13 you'd think it would be a little better. Save your money and get yourself a sandwich instead!

I know not everyone loves Panera but I do. I feel like no matter what one I go to, I get consistency. The food is always packed correctly and is never missing anything. The taste is always comforting and my favorites are always there. My favorites are the Hibiscus tea, the breadbowl soups, orange scone, and avocado/turkey sandwich. This one was very clean and the staff are very friendly. I tried the caprese sandwich because I had a coupon on my app and it hit the spot (I am a melted cheese lover). I also belong to the sip club (3 month free membership) on the app and find myself loving it.. for free. I will reassess after my months are over if I want to pay for it.

This Panera location is just too convenient for me that I didn't aware of its existence until now, located in a big shopping center, this one also looking huge, very spacious inside, not sure what used to be before, but the way they set up all their tables, it actually has a lot of tight and corner spaces but they fitted in a zigzag formation, which is good, giving people more privacy. Everything looking nice and clean, kiosk located by the front register instead of placing them by the entrance, no sign of asking for your servers, all the cups located right in front of the counter, you can just pay and grab them as you please. I kinda like this idea, they are unique compared to others Panera. Definitely stop by again if it's on the way.

Came in for some lunch this past yesterday and the young lady who was at the register was so very pleasant. My daughter and I order the choose two option. Oh it was so fresh and so good! I forget sometimes how good Panera is. Chicken noodle soup however I feel was down to the bottom, like when the noodles are breaking apart and you want more noodle . Other than that everything was great! The strawberry mint lemonade yes please!!! So good!!!

Out of lettuce and expensive. Got pick 2. Tuna and turkey chili. Paid around $14. Geez. Mediocre lunch. Not impressed.

Zoom in to see no meat!!! No cheese. Pathetic.

Staff is a bit arrogant, but competent enough. Whenever I stop by here, I get a whole wheat baguette and eat it through out the day.

One of the coolest touches is the large window where you can watch the staff making dumplings by hand. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The fresh fruit teas were also delicious and incredibly refreshing. A great place to satisfy your dumpling cravings, and we'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

I spent around $77 including tip which was 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 3 main plates. Actually, they don't have just a side of fried rice, so we were forced to buy it as a main plate. Everything tastes good. I just finished my leftovers and I'm already craving the noodles since they were so soft. The restaurant is clean and modern with big windows and an outdoor patio. If it weren't so hot (We came on a 100F day) it looked like a nice place to eat under the umbrellas. I accidentally spilled a jar of hot sauce which for some reason had a loose removable lid and one of the waitresses was quick to clean it up for us. She was nice about it, too, like she could've easily copped an attitude with us about it, but didn't. A man next to us said he accidentally did the same thing which makes me think they need to find a different container for that sauce. There's a huge parking lot, so that wasn't a problem. However, the area directly in front of the restaurant and the other shops near it were sectioned off with yellow caution tape for some reason and my sister said it looked like a murder scene, which made me laugh. I'm fairly sure that wasn't the case, but I don't know why they did it. The only reason I knew the restaurant was open for business was because I saw people eating inside through the windows.

The banchan was delicious and had a nice variety, including radish stem kimchi, cucumber kimchi, fish cakes, soybean paste with nuts, fried eggplant, and more. Everything tasted fresh and well made. We started with the fried dumplings, which were crispy on the outside and filled with really tasty filling. The soybean stew was packed with flavor and had potatoes, onions, and zucchini--super comforting. The short ribs were juicy and flavorful, especially with a side of rice. The pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. Even the salad was good, with a dressing that wasn't too overpowering. They serve hot barley tea and water, and you can buy canned soft drinks if you want something else. Everything we had was delicious--honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Prices were fair, and the customer service was great. Our waitress checked on us several times to make sure we were good and even showed us how to make rice porridge using the hot barley tea and the crispy rice at the bottom of the pot, which ended up being really good too. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, well-lit, and has lots of natural color (tans, brown). It appears to have been recently remodeled. There is plenty of seating and open space. This restaurant is great for groups of all sizes. We'll definitely be back to try more items.

Kimchi was not fermented enough and was a pale orange color, fishcake was not offered without you asking, there were no cucumbers, scallion pancake, seasoned bean sprouts, potatoes, or noodles. The flounder offered was very tasty but again, offered at the end of the meal when we were wrapping up. I'm used to this being offered at the beginning or during meal. I think I would only go back if they ramped up their banchan but I did ask, and they said they won't really rotate their banchan :( staff was very attentive but the food will make or break it for me. I didn't even bother to write a review at that time, but had submitted five photos, some good, others not, that told the tale. So this time, with some trepidation, we gave them a second chance. Glad we did. This time was different. Two dishes, the black bean ribs and the salt & pepper pork chops, turned out great. Not only did they have good flavor, both dishes were quite generous and meaty. And if we had stopped ordering right there, I wouldn't have had any reason to drop a star. It was the dim sum that almost ruined it. The siu mai (8 pcs) were small and oddly fishy tasting, lacking the traditional aromatics. One bite and I knew there was no way I would continue eating them. No reason to bring them home either. Was I willing to just throw away my $13? No. Disappointed, I bravely told the server, and then, the manager. I got a "deer in the headlights" response, followed with a "what's wrong with it" query. Awkward moment. But, minutes later, the server returned from the back kitchen, and the most miraculous, unexpected thing happened. She said they would take it off my bill! Honestly, I was not expecting any resolution. But in wisely doing this, they frankly rescued the situation and my attitude. I respected that one gracious gesture. So, while the siu mai will still never be anything I order here, there is a vast menu to explore, and a few dishes I already know will not let me down. Two of these were from our first time, the char siu baos and the shrimp with scrambled egg. These were good. That said, this is a decent business that proved they wanted my business. We will come back.
