30' minutes for wait and ‍ Only one man continuously packs food, while the others are slow and ignore customers Broccoli cheddar soup?

Bulk order placed online for pickup, was ready when required and all orders 100% accurate.

Panera is Panera is Panera. This review is about service / management. Held a work lunch nearby, placed an order on line for 20 lunches (Soup and Sandwiches). All different, called the Manager, and provided a spreadsheet of the orders and they labeled all the lunch bags. Bottom line: Ready on time, easy and every order was 100% accurate. Thank you.

Panera bread menu item description for iced coffee

Tried the iced coffee. Was horrendous. Was fooled by the menu item description. Was actually liquid in one of those chiller machines that tasted like a watered down coffee mix. If that liquid been sitting there all day just churning, off course it's going to taste like sewer water. If they actually did what the advertisement said, take a fresh brewed pot of coffee and poured it over ice when ordered, it would taste a thousand times better. False advertising. Not surprised. Employees looked like they didn't want to be there. Probably overworked and underpaid. Panera corporate B.S. I'm actually dumping the swill I just bought, get a fresh hot cup of coffee, and pour it over my own cup of ice. Thanks Panera...

Nicely requested 4 dressings, received 1. Not even enough to cover 1/4 of the salad

If my company didn't order our office lunch here once a month or so I would never eat at this particular location. Not sure what the disconnect is with this location but EVERY TIME we order from here there is something wrong or missing. I get it sometimes things get overlook, but EVERY TIME is ridiculous. There have been times a co-workers entire lunch was left off. Now is if that isn't bad enough the quality of the food at this location is subpar. Lettuces & vegetables look like they're expired or close to it. The presentation of our food is like Stevie Wonder himself is back there making the plates. It's beyond bizarre how someone could package up food for a customer, let alone another business in town lunches w/ out thinking "hmmmm this doesn't look appetizing". Again this is EVERY TIME! We've complained by phone & sent in surveys asking about our orders but management has the same "I'm sorry we'll try better next time" song and dance. I will say as is with most panera locations their freshly baked breads are good and I do purchase those from time to time, its the only reason they are getting 2 stars vs. 1

Went for the first time today. It was really good. Cute little restaurant/ Wine shop with a very…read moreinviting Atmosphere. I remember buying a Bike there in the 90s when it was Still called Blue wind, but obviously it was a bike shop at the time. They had a pretty extensive menu of Sandwiches, wraps and salads(All light fare) and some very good looking specials, I had the "garbage" sandwich with a side salad. Fairly large sandwich. Loaded with turkey, Pulled Pork, Ham, Swiss and a BBQ sauce on a Ciabatta roll. Great Flavor, very yummy sandwich, But it was just a tiny bit cold in the middle still(A VERY minor complaint). Side Salad was solid, with a great dressing. The Lemonade was also good if a bit on the Sweet side. Service was also very friendly. Definitely 5 stars. Will be going back the next time I am in the Area.

I found Blue Wind Gourmet searching for Yelp to fuel up after a business meeting and before a long drive in the rain (east coast in February!). I was a bit confused when I walked in. The space is a wine and chocolate bar and has a hipster wine bar look which is suprising for the area. They also have sandwiches (including crab cake) and soup (crab & corn chowder) so I ordered both and settled in. Coffee for me, no wine (too early), but the wine selection looks impressive. The food came out in maybe 5 minutes, hot and fresh. The crab chowder was delicious, plenty of identifiable crab lumps and good flavor. The crab cake also had crab lumps, not just shredded crab. I did wish the sandwich was a bit bigger though. It was maybe about 3 inches square. Service was prompt and friendly too.

Stopped in on a Tuesday night; it's our first visit. The place was relatively quiet and there were…read morenot many visitors. It's a very clean establishment and the staff that greeted us were professional and very friendly. We perused the menu and decided on Thai chili mussels and cheesesteak egg rolls for apps, water and a fig martini for our drinks. The egg rolls came with marinara dipping sauce which was different. Both appetizers were good but lacked in flavor. They were both missing an umami flavor that would have elevated them. The eggs rolls specifically could have benefited from more cheese, a better quality of steak (the menu described it as having rib eye but it was very chewy..I know good ribeye has a nice fat cap but this wasn't that), and salt. The mussels had the spice from the red curry paste but again was missing salt. Sea salt or even soy sauce being added would have elevated that dish. It could have also benefited from some fresh garlic and a fresh herb like Thai basil. To note my martini was very sweet. It was comprised of fig vodka which intrigued me but it just wasn't for me. Our mains were the double crab cake dinner and I ordered a Caesar salad with cajun salmon. My salad was executed okay but with one exception: the dressing. I don't know what it was but it was definitely not a classic Caesar dressing. If you love a good Caesar salad you know the dressing is a crucial element to that salad and as much as I was looking forward to this dish, it failed. The salmon was cooked perfectly, there were shards of parm and not shreds which was a welcome addition and the romaine lettuce fell a bit short as well as it wasn't crisp. Overall I finished the salmon but not all of the remainder of the salad. It was just ok but the salmon definitely saved it. My husband had the crab cake dinner and he enjoyed it very much. There was not much filler in them and they were made with lump crab meat..I venture to say maybe even jumbo lump. I tasted them; they were seasoned very well. The dinner came with fingerling potatoes and coleslaw. I didn't get to taste the potatoes because my husband devoured those..so I guess they were good. I had a bit of the coleslaw and it was dressed well and flavorful; the celery seed in it was pronounced and it wasn't overly dressed in sauce which was good; the cabbage and other vegetables were able to retain a nice crunch. All in all we agreed although some things about our meal could be improved, we would certainly come back. There was a nice vibe in there, that allowed for a great laid back early week date night.

Good food and service. Kind of spread out, but that's OK. If these guys were in a better location…read moreor had slightly better visibility, I feel like they'd be a lot busier. Chill vibe inside. Regardless, it's a solid place for a meal or to get friends from work together. Thumbs up!
